I have been living here for 4 years now and I absolutely love it here. The new owners have done a lot of updates to the property and it looks so much better. Melanie is beyond amazing. She’s very responsive with emails and getting things done in a timely manner. If anybody is looking to live here I definitely recommend it.

Good price, poor management. I lived in the building that burned down in 2009 at 3943 Richardson Rd for 9 years and the manger then was Lisa she was very rude, had a click with some residents and a bad attitude if you werent in the click, she started trouble with the residents by talking about people. The owner at the time Carl he wasnt any better than the manager. The best thing that ever happened at Fairway apts is that Lisa isnt there anymore. Be cautious about this place. Be safe.

I moved in two weeks ago.I like how quickly Melanie Jetter (the property manager) responds to questions or requests. For the last year or so, at my old place, you had to leave a message and never knew when they were going to call back. My experience will Melanie has been positive and professional from the first time I called in March about viewing an apartment. I look forward to living here in part because of her.

Lived here about 3 years. Spacious rooms. Reasonable price. Place well maintained. Leasing office professional and courteous.

Do not rent from here!!! Melany who runs the place is awful! I lived here for 5 years recently bought a house so was moving out I went to her as soon as I found out and let her know I was moving and asked what proper steps I had to make to move out correctly she told me to give a written 30 day notice which I did! We were moving out on April 5th she told us to go ahead and pay for April’s rent and once moved out she would prorate us for the rest of the month! She told us this multiple times!! We then moved out and called numerous times asking about the money she never really gave us any answers and then when the check came no prorate!!! We called to discuss this with her and she claims she never said she would prorate which is a complete lie she then said she no longer had to talk to us because we aren’t tenants and hung up on my husband!! When we called the owner above her got the same disrespect!! These crooks stole $675 from me and my family which of course we could have used to pay our new mortgage I am appalled and so sad that people that I knew for 5 years would treat a family in such a way!!!

Very clean, Management and Staff are very friendly and very efficient! Great Community! I read the negative reviews after signing the lease and was very concerned. The Management has changed since most of the reviews and Maintenance has always been very quick to resolve any issues that have arose. As for noise from above, its an apartment what do you expect. Most Tennants are very respectful during quiet hours. We have lived here for almost a year and have never seen any bugs, trust me I would not live anywhere with bugs. This really is a great place to live.

I would not recommend living here. The owner of this complex does not care about their residents. He wont talk to you about situations, he will only choose to yell at you. The amount of disrespect that I received from the owner of the complex absolutely shocks me and unfortunately will not gain him success as an apartment complex owner. The apartment itself was not bad, however a lot of our clothing smelt like smoke due to the people before us being avid smokers. Very big apartment space, very affordable, but be aware of the owner.

I lived at these apartments for 2.5 years. For the most part i had a really good experience living here. The apartments are super spacious and neighbors keep to themselves. I didnt have any issues with management. Maintenance was great!On to the bad: You can hear the people above of you, if you have someone living above you. If something needed to be replaced, then it would take awhile to get it fixed. Other than that it is a reasonable place to live for a decent price.

I moved to Fairway apartments in Independence Ky for 8 months until my new home was ready. This apartment complex is not clean, the maintenance staff lacks knowledge of repair work. My family and I did not consider this place home, just a place to squat until my home was ready. I thought Lisa the manager was nice and could be trusted. Before moving out and returning the keys, I thoroughly cleaned the apartment. I received a bill indicating damage. I immediately addressed my concerns with Lisa, she continued to give me a song and dance for 2 months.

Overall not the worst, but definitely needs to get its stuff together. I have yet to experience the maintenance issues, however I did meet them and only one person seemed experienced. One other thing I noticed is the attitude of the staff has changed from friendly to slightly hostile.Pros: There is a playground with a fenced in pond. The apartments are very spacious with a large master bedroom. Easy access to the highway, and the complex is located on a fairly quiet street. The appliances all work great. Rent is fairly priced for the square footage.Cons: THE WATER LINES, when someone showers. When our neighbors shower the sounds of rushing water is so loud it will block out your television, conversation, or just plain scare the crap out of you. Next FLOORS the apartments are old, that being said the floors here creek and groan when your upstairs neighbor decides to get up and walk. The final problem Ive had is with insulation in the exterior walls. Im fairly sure that there isnt any. The second bedroom gets so cold you need a blanket just to sit in it. The Master stays a little warmer but I still needed to buy a small space heater. FINAL annoyance, the washer and dryer units are in separate rooms. Washer is by the kitchen door, while the dryer is in the second bedroom! Not what we were told when we were showed the apartment

This place is a decent place to live, HOWEVER, I agree with all the other statements. We constantly have ants, the LL is so FAKE & rude. Maintenance cant fix anything correctly. Our bathroom door wouldnt shut so he took the side of a screw driver and hammered it onto the wood to push the door frame back. It looks so trashy and our door still isnt right. Our fridge door doesnt shut all the way unless you force it to & our AC unit needs replaced. Our electric bill gets ridiculous. Water pours all over the floors from the AC unit, sometimes it doesnt get cold, and the person wont come to fix it until 2-4 days after calling. Happens every summer. Its NEVER truly fixed. Sometimes the water by our sink/washer room smells like foul sitting pond water & smells up the apt. I dont have a problem with our neighbors. The LL does complain about EVERYTHING. The kids are constantly being yelled at by her. If they would get rid of her & maintenance, it would be a better place.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The landlord lady is rude. Last year we applied gave her 70 dollars and she never even called us with a yes or even a no just took our money.

People keep to themselves and love the family friendly nieghbood but pest control was good the first 12 months but then 14 to 15 in this may the finally get pest control in a week later we see a big roach just now climbing the wall right by our son crib

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! management is horrible (Lisa) the landlord should be fired and upper management of this property is extremely rude. I had Sparks fly out of one of my outlets and they had no concern, water poured out of my washer connection, I had constant maintenance issues and I felt no urgency or concern from staff. I have gone through hell with them. They are deceiving! DO NOT DO NOT sign that lease!!!!

Me my husband and two kids live at fairway apart..it is a great place to live,everybody is nice, about two months living on the first flore we dissuaded to move in on the third fore and the let us change apart..after two months without any deposit,and anybody that is looking for app i would recommend fairway app
