Dr. Reid and his team are excellent. Dr. Reid always shoot me straight. They have seen us at the very last minute as well. His team is so caring and personable. I love that they have two locations the other one being over off of Channing at Foothills across from Dixies.

I got 4 crowns and 1 vernier done by Dr. Jankowski and they turned out amazing! I previously had 4 root canals done from getting hit with a softball. I wanted caps to fix any discoloration from the tooth decay as well as I ground my adult teeth as a kid. Dr. Jankowski was able to get me my ideal smile and I couldnt be happier! Their prices were amazing as well. I will be forever grateful to RiverWest for their amazing staff, service, and hospitality.

Friendly staff, super professional. They were all really nice and I loved the decor. They all love what they do and do it well.

First time I have been here and there are patients in the waiting room and the receptionist calls our insurance company the verify that our insurances are active and we are good to go, she is provided our social security numbers out loudly along with our birthdays. Not very impressed and will change my decision on coming here in the near future. Very unprofessional as identification can be stolen. No patience privacy what so ever. Worse check in process ever.

Visited the office this morning for a cleaning. I was apprehensive about going due to the virus and the fact that I have a once month old at home. I assumed that they would be strictly following the masking rules and that it would be safe. Upon walking in I noticed that no one was wearing a mask. I thought they would put them on once I was getting checking in, however that was wrong. No one in the front wore a mask. This was concerning to me. I am an ICU nurse and have personally seen the devastating effects of COVID. Not only have I been treating these sick patients, but I watched my grandmother die from the virus just one month ago. I was shocked that I couldn’t even feel safe going to get my teeth cleaned. So disappointing that this medical office doesn’t follow the basic guidelines to keep us safe. My family and I will not be going there again.

I see Dr. Tyson. He is an excellent dentist. They got me numb and I didnt have any pain problems, like I have had in the past with other doctors. The appointment was quick and easy (even though I showed up 30 minutes late). The staff is well organized, polite, caring, and helpful. I also saw and overheard Dr. Tyson working at another chair with a special needs kid that required extra care and attention. Dr. Tyson did a phenomenal job with him! He is patient, caring, and super good with kids! I would say that a lot of it has to do with the fact that he has a great personality that puts both kids and adults at ease and makes the appointment more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend Dr. Tyson and RiverWest Dental!

As always I had a fabulous experience at River West! I got a same day crown and it feels great. It matches my other teeth perfectly! The staff did my cleaning and my crown in just under two hours- super fast. Everyone was kind and made sure I was comfortable. I tend to ask a lot of questions - they answered them all patiently. RiverWest is always very clean and the staff is professional. I highly recommend them.

Ive been to my fair share of dentists and this was by far the best experience Ive had yet. I came to this office 3 days ago as a new patient and am so very pleased with the care Ive received thus far. I went in yesterday to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and 3 cavities filled and was in and out in 2 hours. These guys are fast and efficient! The receptionist I dealt with last night was not very polite or professional but that had no bearing on the care I received past the front desk. I was having the procedure done without sedation and was extremely nervous. Dr. Bell was great at doing everything he could to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. I absolutely love him and the direct patient care staff! Hate him for making my face hurt, but still love him nonetheless :) Im so glad that Ive found a dentist that I feel like I can trust and seems to truly care about his patients!

Its easy to get my 10 year old son to the dentist. He really likes the nice ladies who clean his teeth and Dr. Bell is patient with his many questions. Despite retainers, fillings and other procedures there is no fear. I LOVE that!!

Definitely the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is awesome and extremely friendly! Dr. Tyson was great, Ive never been able to find a dentist who can get you numbed before without feeling pain until now.

Dr.Bell made sure my mouth stayed numb during a root canal. In the past other dentists never bothered to stop when my mouth was no longer numb. Dr. Bell stopped multiple times, and the entire staff is just as caring and attentive.

Had the most amazing experience. Dentist was very helpful explained everything to me. Dental hygienest was wonderful and very kind. Absolutely recommend them to any and all my family and friends.

Riverwest/Foothills dental are awesome!! They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible while in the office. My kids love going to their dentists appointments!

The front office staff and Dr. Tyson are amazing, kind, and understanding. My 13 month old had a dental emergency due to an accident right when most dental offices would be closing. Thankfully, Riverwest is open late certain days. They got us right in. Dr. Tyson isn’t a pediatric specialist (or at least, he doesn’t usually work on patients so young - understandably!) He was gentle with my baby and gave us an opinion on treatment and they tried calling around to help us find someone who could give us a final opinion the next day (the day before Thanksgiving). Thankfully we did find someone the next day, and my baby ultimately lost her tooth. But Dr. Tyson’s prognosis was accurate and the whole experience was handled so well by Riverwest and the other office that helped us out. Thank you, thank you guys so much!!!

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Reid does a great job explaining any work that needs to be done. Their office hours are great for just about anyones schedule.

At first I was excited to find dental care in Idaho Falls following a relocation. I told them my insurance was about to expire (in the next day) and that I needed emergency dental care on a cracked filling. I was put through a top of the line x-ray machine, given the works, before being told that nothing was out of the ordinary. My tooth still aches, there is a sharp and obvious hole in my back upper molar. They ran their tests and then told me to my face that everything looked OK. This was an obvious lie. I was clearly a quick buck for them.They took my insurance money and Ill never be back. Would not recommend!

They are so nice and welcoming! I love that they take the time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable in what can sometimes be an uncomfortable situation.

These guys are excellent! They took good care of me and my wife. She can NEVER get num and always leaves the dentist hurting and in tears. She came here and felt safe and didnt worry a bit. They took care of her and she was able to leave with a smile on her face which NEVER happens. I went in and they did the same with me. I left and things were done well and I was able to go about my way again. They are a little pricy but they take such good care of you that they are worth every penny!

Always friendly, fast and convenient- even having mouth guards/trays available to pick up at their sister location when I cant make it over to the Pancheri office!

This place is just a bunch of scam artists! My wife had a filling fall out that was years old. They said she needed 2 crowns and another filling. After insurance still paid $1100 . Less than 2 weeks later she is in pain and goes in and they said the need to grind down her crown that is what is causing the pain and it mimics an infection. 4 days later still in pain, now she goes in and she needs a root canal, another $200 on top of insurance. I go have a talk with them wondering why we have to pay since this should just be an offshoot of what was done in the first place. The Dr. talked down to me like I was some person that was not worth his time and how much school he went too and on and on. Cant wait to see what they try and say she would need next. Its just a scam to keep paying for the next thing they can think of. Stay away!!!!!! Save your money and find you a better dentist like we are. Dont waste your time or money! You will be looked down apon as a lowly commoner because you are not a dentist and basically told you know nothing! I know a scam when I see one, and that is exactly what this place does!

After having one of the worst experiences of my life when it comes to dental work, RiverWest Dental and Dr. Tyson saved me from pain and made my experience with them great.I was a patient at another dental office which I wont name but is very close to them. I had a tooth that was hurting and I told the dentist I believe the tooth is cracked, after he ignored me, he said I had an old root canal that needed to be cleaned out and that was what was doing it. So he started to drill on the wrong tooth and I made him stop because of the pain, he told me it was being made up in my head and said he will refer me to an endodotist.When I got to the endodotist and told them I believe the tooth was cracked, he told me I needed a root canal on the tooth instead and did not check to see if there was a crack in it. After he completed the root canal I went back to the other dentist to have a build up and a crown put on it. Again when he started on it I was still having the pain. He told me again I shouldnt have pain because of the root canal and said again it was in my head. He sent me back to the endodotist.When I got back to the endodotist I was still in the same pain I was when I first went in. He finally checked to see if I had a crack in the tooth and guess what, there was a crack in the tooth. So I had a root canal I never needed done on the tooth which I was still charged for. He took nothing off of the price and all my dental insurance got used up from these too people so everything else was going to have to be out of pocket for me.I switched and went to Dr Tyson and RiverWest and he helped me out. By this time my tooth had broke and had to be extracted from my mouth. I was in a lot of pain. He did a great job on it and I have found myself a new excellent dentist. Thank you again for helping me out. I would highly recommend.I believe if the other dentist and endodotist would have listened to me from the begining I probably would still have my tooth. Instead it cost me alot of money on work I never needed done.

I had a good experience with the dental exam, but the free Ipad is a scam... also the other promotions are never actually followed through with.... even after a $350 visit for Cleaning

I went in to get veneers on my front teeth, Dr. J and his team are absolutely AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond to make sure and answer all of my questions, I was really nervous going in, they were so patient and kind! My smile look 100000x better, this has been such a life changer for me, they look so perfect and natural!! Thank you Dr. J and team, I will be a patient for life!! 😁 I wish I could post before and after pictures on here!!
