Didnt seem to care we was closing out a ten year account. My wife set up the account and hasanaged it for 10 yrs but somehow my ne was on it. Had a question on billing and the staff got rude over the phone. So we closed our account after ten year. Staff had to constantly ask for help to get our request done. Had a line of people waiting. Ended up paying an extra month of service but idc anymore.

I applied for the 50 off your bill back in May spectrum did not put my ticket number in so I could get the 50 off but my bill went up I keep calling them and got no where all thay keep telling me is the same thing over and over again they will not help me with this matter they keep telling me that I need to give it time it has been 6 months now and spectrum still is not helping but yet it is the fault of spectrum for not putting in my ticket number and yet they still want me to keep paying a high bill when it was the fault of spectrum and I live on ssi and thay know this

The first time we went to pick up internet equipment (after signing up via phone) it took over an hour to be seen. Second time to pick up cable equipment it was 10 minutes, so its just hit or miss. The employees were nice enough but after getting the equipment home weve always had issues and needed service technicians to come out.

Spectrum has been unwilling to offer any kind of payment arrangement if you get behind. Iv had Spectrum mobile services about 2 years now and have tested positive for covid recently. I do not get paid till the 25 but spectrum insist on disconnecting my service on the 22. Leaving me stuck at home sick with covid and no way to communicate with the outside world.

My modem had messed up I called the 1800 number to see what was going on they tell me I need a new modem so I am waiting in line and then I get called up and this guy that works there tells me you can add cable and phone and your bill wont change. You will only pay a few dollars more I usually pay $88.97 a month for Internet only so I get my bill yesterday and guess what? They are trying to screw me saying a technician came to my home even though I went in person and they said it will take a few bill cycles for the regular price to take hold. Now I have to pay $193.75. Thank you Spectrum for always try to get as much money out of me. Deep down I knew this was going to happen so I guess shame on me for falling for it.

45 minutes wait now going to UPS to turn in all Spectrum equipment. Adios Spectrum. Dont tell a Long time customer he cannot beat your rates. Try $68 a month less and my computer.has not lost internet since July 29. I would loose it 6 to 8 times a month. Never to be a customer of yours until pigs fly.

Expect to spend an hour waiting, there were alot of people in line. However there were 5 employees servicing everyone, which was nice. Definitely recommend making an appointment, so you can jump the line. Johnathan helped me today. He was friendly and patient!

Never thought Id give a cable company 5 stars. So far impressed with Spectrum. I called today to start service because I was done being in a manipulative abusive relationship with grande. Called today to set up service, and I am 100% impressed. My equipment which I bought, and spent a pretty penny on. I was told by Grande that their 600mbps internet was too strong for my modem. My modem is rated for 2.6gbps. Spectrum said it was compatible, set me up today, and sent the tech out today. He is due to arrive between 3 and 4. He called 2 hours early to see if I can take an earlier install. YES! I CAN! So for the 100 bucks grande was charging me for 600 mpbs internet which they are offering to new customers for 44.99. I now have 1gig internet for the same price. Spectrum rocks!

Went in to turn in my cable box and cancel my TV service. Reps at the store were nice enough. During the transaction, the rep asked me if I was just going to watch cable with our roku devices. About three months ago, I was told that we HAD to have the cable box. This is not a free device, you lease it for about 8 bucks. So I was paying them extra money for no reason. We didnt even hook up the box. Its the principle of it....DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I like their internet though, hence the 3 stars. Just make sure you ask multiple reps the same questions so you get the correct answers.

Waited an hour while there were three lanes open. Due to all lines WORKING ON PEOPLE BUYING PHONES, the people that were there to turn in equipment had to wait. Heres an idea as i told the customer while the manager was beside them. Create one lane just for people with the cable services. Not fair everyone has to wait. Four people walked out in that hour i was their.

The local Corpus Christi was amazing. Their customer service was so pleasant. Then I got home and called to set up services !!!! A woman named Anna in their bulk servicedepartment totally ruined the experience. She was rude. She was impatient. I asked to have another rep help me. She told she was disconnecting in 3 seconds. I aaked her not to hang up on me, and give me to another rep. She repeated her little 3 second speech and hung up on me. I will be returning my WiFi and not moving my phone service after all. This is the first time I have ever taken time to write a review.

Never again! There were some businesses that I have crossed out, and will never go back, and this is one of them. They offered me a lower plan with streaming through apple tv. First day they took 2 hundred dollars for services then 2 days later another 200 dollars. When I called they said it was for services and equipment. Thats not what they told me when I signed up. Now they are calling me for another 200. I will not pay again. I only had spectrum for one day. We didnt like the apple tv and the small easy to lose remotes. Dish was happy to reconnect is with a savings added to my bill. Never get Spectrum.

Great experience at the Spectrum store on Saratoga!Store Specialist Frank Lopez and Assistant Store Manager Monica Musella-Robledo are fantastic to work with.We recently moved to Corpus Christi from N/W Indiana & my wife & I decided to switch our cell phone service to Spectrum.Our previous carrier was Comcast Xfinity, and they were a complete nightmare to deal with. I spent 3 1/2 hrs on the phone with Comcast the day before simply trying to unlock our phones, and was given a unlock code. After arriving at the Spectrum store, it turns out the phones were not unlocked & the codes didnt work.Frank Lopez and Monica Musella-Robledo worked with us for well over an hour, most of the time on hold with Comcast, and were finally able to get the job done. I really appreciate the patience of both of them.I strongly recommend anyone needing Cable/internet and cell phone service give Spectrum a try.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would do it. A young man was soliciting the service door to door in our neighborhood and because we were thinking of changing, we listened. He promised us a specific package which contained all of our favorite channels at a reasonably affordable price. A technician came out to assist us with setting everything up. But when we started searching the guide, all the channels we were promised were blocked. We immediately called assuming it was simply an error and could be easily fixed. NOT THE CASE AT ALL! We had been set up in the wrong plan and in order to switch we would have to agree to an additional charge! There was nothing else they could do, they couldn’t even offer us the plan we were promised at the same quoted price as a courtesy, after all they were gaining a new customer. We canceled the service after 2 hours...1 of which was spent being transferred from one department to another until they finally agreed to let us cancel. Thanks Spectrum, we’ve just eliminated you as a cable choice.

There was a gentleman named Mariano at the door, getting and signing customers in. The place was at full capacity and I was in a bad mood. He had EXCELLENT customer service skills dispite my less than pleasant attitude and a genuinely BEAUTIFUL demeanor. He gave me more information regarding my future transaction than I couldve hoped for.. completely changed my day for the better! TY Spectrum for hiring good people!

If you plan on visiting the store, I recommend making an online appointment. Otherwise, youll spend at least an hour there if there are more than 6 people in front of you. Im really taking the one star away just because of the wait time. I think Spectrum could do better to optimize their customer service.I walked into the store to get internet. Once I got to the counter it was pretty quick and the lady was nice.

Terrible experience if you cancel keep your recipient and document everything, I feel bad for the associates they are not given proper training. You need to know if you cancel on March 3rd and your bill is from Mar 2 - April 1 you will be charged a full month even though you only had service for a day. Internet is unstable and the answer I was given is everyones internet is unstable thats just the way it is. DONT PURCHASE FR9M SPECTRUM!

I just recently cancelled my cable with spectrum,though I still have their internet. When they first took over from Time Warner I thought they were great. Their top tier package was amazing and fairly priced. Then they removed Cinemax from the tier yet no price decrease. Then they removed some Fox sports channels and yet my bill increased, then they removed Nfl Refzone from the tier and added it to a sports package that you have to pay $15 a month extra to get yet bill goes up. Spectrum keeps taking channels away while your bill continues too increase. I now went to streaming and saving well over $100 a month now

I am only giving them a one star, because I cant give them zero stars. A few days ago, I made an appointment for today to return some of Spectrums equipment and try to lower my mothers cable bill. At the store they employee said we didnt have an appointment. It turned out that a Spectrum employee changed our appointment to the following day without our knowledge. I explained to the store employee that we just buried my stepfather and I am just trying to help my mother and she cant make the next days appointment. The employee went to talk to her female supervisor and the uncompassionate $@#%ing supervisor told us that we would have to wait in the long line instead of using the appointment that we originally made. I left and returned ALL their equipment and cancelled their service. I personally left Spectrum years ago for poor customer service. It is sad that years later their service still sucks. Another DISSATISFIED customer.

Long lines. Not worth the wait. They seemed to be working on everyones phone. Are the phones that terrible? Why not have a technician counter and another for customers trying to make a purchase.? Guess you just have to wait while they work on everyone elses phone. Id make producing more revenue a priority and leave a counter devoted to sales. But you can always go check out T-Mobile or another competitor.

Already with the lies. Got a call center in India and it just gets better from there. He said I would get the router and modem fed ex’ed Monday (this was Saturday). Wife is teleworking so I asked if they would overnight and I’d pay for shipping; for whatever reason, they won’t do that. I mentioned the possibility of picking it up in the store, he said “oh yeah, you can do that too” I asked for the address and confirmation they’d have the equipment there because I live an hr away. Surprise surprise, they didn’t have it there and the “manager” there has no idea when they’re getting replenished. Awesome waste of a 2 hr drive. Called to switch it back to shipping, and I get the “Im sorry, the system is erroring out”. Stay away if you have other options.

Absolutely the worst company ever! Yesterday I spent six HOURS trying to resolve a very simple request. The reps were all very rude and short and kept transferring me around so many times that I lost count. Each person I spoke to was more incompetent and useless than the last and all gave me completely contradictory information. Unfortunately this company has a monopoly in the region. Completely inexcusable to waste so much of my time due to their incompetence. I should bill them for my wasted time. I’ll take this complaint to the highest level as I have never seen such an incompetent and inept company in my life.

I have been a customer for this company for too long I guess. Years ago it was time Warner. Unreliable internet connectivity..home phone line I never knew if it was working or not. Dropped the line. Now..spectrum...sheesh. Not any better reliability for the internet. Waaaaay too often since i moved to corpus, no internet. Its on its off its on again. Reset and reset.veery frustrating. Monday is tomorrow. Time to drop this company.

I only gave it three stars because it is so difficult to get in and get something done sometimes theres a line outside the door and in the summer time is very difficult this area and sign is not that large they really need to have another location or two in Corpus Christi, this makes absolutely no sense. But I will have to say that the customer service there is number one. Someone greet you at the door and is very nice and get your name and gives you a number and is very kind the staff behind the counter are very knowledgeable and very nice again I love the people there and they are awesome they just need more locations

These people have scammed me far to many times, saying I’m months behind a bill!!! I only use them for internet service for GRAD SCHOOL!!!! Now they disconnected my service without calling me. They say I am 3 months behind, when I paid last month before I left to Mexico. I come to the building to speak with a manager and get my account active again. Yet they refuse to service me because I’ve been to Mexico in the past week!!!! Bogus!!

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life at any business the lady that was tending to me did not have a clue of what she was doing apparently did not have any proper training she had to ask for my drivers license and social three different times then charge my card $78 before even explaining what the $78 charge was for then after that she had to call Spectrum Mobile customer service to get help from them on how to refund me my money just a very bad experience and waste of time well over an hour for nothing still walked out of there with my same old phone aftre all that BS 👎🏼👎🏼

Spent over 2 hours on hold for online help through the App, was told a tech would be out by 3pm to fix our wifi. No tech came. Was on hold 1 hour and 47 min on the phone and got disconnected. Called back currently Im on hold again nearing 1 hour. All I want to do now is cancel after 4 years with spectrum and 6 years with Time Warner as they no longer care about customer service at all. I would rather pay DOUBLE with another provider who will actually answer the phone and give same day service. Spectrum you guys have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Its a shame that we have to give them even a full star. The internet we do get (when we manage to get it) is so unpredictable. In a time when so many people have to work from home, its such a shame that im getting such terrible service that im on the brink of getting fired with it happening so often. Spectrum says they pride themselves on their internet, yet its the worst service I have ever experienced. My honest recommendation? Go with Grande. With their service over a period of seven years, we had maybe two outages. Compare that with Spectrum where I have had numerous complications and outages in just over a month of having it. We would still be with Grande if our apartments allowed us to have it, yet they do not. We may have to rethink renewing our lease with them too.

Horrible customer service. We haven’t had WiFi in nearly two weeks, call every day and wait for over an hour on the line, no one answers and the line just gets hung up on. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service.
