Ive been coming to this location for a few months now and I couldnt be happier. The staff is very professional, helpful and personable, the facilities are always clean, and the membership is reasonably priced. Its a gym where I can feel comfortable going.The trainers, specifically Nick and Nyah, ensure a wonderful experience overall. Dynamic workouts, highly motivating, and just being fun to work with. They make me want to be there, give my best, and test my limits.Its a small gym, but the personalities here are big and diverse. Definitely worth my time spent here.

They charge $10.00 for a day pass just to see if you like the gym.

Never open at 5am! Whoever opens the gym shows up whatever time they feel like it. Huge inconvenience.

For those who has problems with canceling their membership, please call your bank and explain the situation and they will handle it. I was in the same boat, they charge me 2x after I tried to cancel and my bank, WF, handled it and refunded the money and I never got charged again.

Floors are never swept . Dog hairs everywhere. Sweaty machines. Not once have I seen staff walk around cleaning machines or floors by the free weights and benches.

If I could give 0 stars, I would, but I guess even businesses get participation trophies. I hope that if you do decide to get a membership here, you don’t ever have reason to cancel your membership, cause they make it incredibly difficult for no reason other than to continue to leech off their clientele.

So my account has been frozen since March of this year because of the Covid-19 health crisis thats going on, I kept on getting text messages that I have an outstanding balance so i called the location and spoke to the manager at this location and I was told that they gym had opened back up in June and she claimed that all the members had gotten email of the gym being opened and I kept telling her I did not get an email, if I had known I wouldve cancelled my account then because I will not be putting me or my family at risk. So now Im being told I have an outstanding balance for when the gym was opened up and that I need to come in and pay to cancel my account. I dont think she understands that not everyone it putting their health and family at risk to even go inside a gym that some many people passes through. I will never be setting a foot inside this place every again.

Stay clear of this you fit gym,typical health club shenanigans, they force you to pay by automatic withdrawal so they can continue taking money out of your account even after you canceled your membership, my account has been closed for a year and a half and they continue to take money out, when you try to contact their so-called corporate office they will tell you time and time again we have no record of taking money out of your account you never can talk to anyone in a local store,don’t do business with this organization nothing but thieves and crooks!!!

My husband went Suwannee location to closed our membership 1years ago, because they closed mall of ga location, but recently I look at my husband bank statement found out they still charge us every month fee 11.99? I’d like to know what’s is going on here !!!!

Ive been going for a few months now and am very happy with the experience so far. The place is kept clean. Plenty of machines so while some might be out of order at times there have always been plenty of others to choose from. Staff is polite and doesnt pester you trying to up-sell you on things you dont want. Gym always has some people in it but never feels crowded.

As previously mentioned by others, difficult to cancel membership and hard to get in touch with someone who knows what they’re talking about.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I joined I was told there was no cancellation fees and I could cancel at anytime. I made sure to know all this before I joined since this was close to work and I could be transferred. I was transferred and there was no youfit close to where I am now working. When I go to cancel I’m hit with fees and told I have to pay a final month. I was told I was informed wrong, even though I asked two or three times before I joined. They were not willing to hold up to what I was told.Update: I’m still getting calls for me to come back even though I’ve asked 5 or 6 times for them to take me off their list. For the record I’m never coming back, don’t call me again.

Its a great place to work out. They are safe wiping the machines and wearing masks.

This place has the WORST cancelation policy especially if you move away. Like the other reviews that have experienced the same problems stay away from this club.

You fit has been closed for months due to Covid-19. Then, out of nowhere you charge my account for an annual fee without my permission and won’t close my account without a WRITTEN statement. last I checked we were in the year 2020. If you haven’t figured out how the internet works you need to get on it. Nobody is writing a letter to their gym. Nor will they refund my money.

I want to start out by saying that I normally don’t go around leaving bad reviews to businesses even if I do end up having a bad experience but I feel like this club is just very unethical. Due to Covid-19 they ended up closing their location from April and opened back up in June. I was charged $37 for the months they where closed and an additional $10 for this month. I called and was told to send an email to cancel my membership since I don’t plan on going to the gym during this global pandemic. I was then told that I needed to come in and cancel since they cannot cancel by email and that I would get the $37 back since that was charged for months we where not able to come in because of the pandemic. I thought that was fine they told me they couldn’t refund the $10 for this month because they needed more notice. I thought ok fine. I went in today to cancel and was told that they can’t give the $37 they charged for the months they where closed but that they credited it to pay for future months. So pretty much they charged ahead for the months up until September. I told them I had no interest of going to their gym and that is the reason Im cancelling the membership they said they could not do anything about it and just paid for the future months in advance. People are out here struggling because of this pandemic the last thing they want is to pay for gym memberships in advance especially gyms they don’t plan to return to. What a joke.

Youfit is extremely convenient for me. It is always clean, and the staff are always helpful and pleasant. It also has a great variety of exercise equipment to accommodate all levels and types of exercise programs. And last, but certainly not least, its a great value.

I don’t know who this worker is, but a lot of the times, he works at night till closing. He’s always walking around and vacuuming around us when we are lifting and it’s really annoying. When I mean around, I mean under barbells in use, benches in use, etc. None of us want to be tripping around a long orange extension cord while we are working out or the sound of a vacuum a foot away. Vacuuming should only be done when it’s close to closing or when the gym is more vacant. NOT WHEN THERES STILL DECENT AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR. Also, because he finds the need to always just be walking around instead near the desk, there’s always people waiting at the door waiting to be scanned in. It’s really irritating when you have to wait, especially when you’re busy and limited on time before the gym closes. Other than that, usually the other staff members are quite pleasant and know when to give us space.

Do not join. Does not conduct business in good faith. We have been members for almost six years and they closed the location in Buford, GA (where we signed up at) without notice. They claimed to have sent us an email notifying us of the closure, but did not. I have heard that they want to charge a $10 cancellation fee and make me drive to Suwanee to cancel. I am just going to dispute with my credit card company. I will not give them another penny on principle.

Just charged $10 plus $20 1 month fee to cancel membership. I will never step foot in this place again. The service and cleanliness of this location is below standards.UpdateCustomer service called me to see if I was interested in renewing my membership. This company needs to STOP BOTHERING ME.

!!DON’T JOIN!! Was a member @ the Buford location. My sister drove all the way to the gym to find a forklift sitting in front of the door with the sign down. Claimed they “e-mailed” us a notice about closing that location but they never sent an e-mail to me, my sister, or her fiancé who WAS also a member. Also had to pay a $10 cancellation fee. We called and they made us drive to the Suwannee location to cancel our membership. While we were in there for just a short time another member from Buford came to cancel his membership too. My advise would be go find a better gym than this one.

I really like this place. It’s clean, friendly staff, and never feels too crowded. Only a few things I wish they had that I have seen at other Youfits: 1) an additional squat rack, 2) a stair climber, and 3) a leg press. Still, this is a great place to workout and get the job done!

I have been a member of Youfit for 3 years with my husband. Just yesterday a personal trainer approached my husband and told him he is not allowed to train anyone. In his defense, he is not training anyone because we train together as a couple. A manager was involved and said that is the policy for Youfit. We have never had an issue till just yesterday about us training together, our membership was cancelled due to this. This is racist! We have come across men that come in with different woman to train them but they were never told anything. DO NOT Recommend this GYM if you will train as a Couple or with Friends. We have a Mix martial arts gym our-self and use this location as a get away.

Its funny when you sign up that everyone is willing to go out of their way to assist. I signed my son up a year ago and he might of gone 5 times in the beginning. Good luck trying to cancel without paying the membership renewal and cancellation fee. These companies spend tons on advertising/marketing. I cant wait for friends to ask me about my experience and they will be sent to other clubs.

Started here in May and Ive learned so much. The staff is awesome, any question they can answer and if you ask for help they jump at the chance.The facility is always clean from the bathrooms to the workout floor. The equipment are all in good condition. Its a great environment, no overly full.

YuoFit is convenient for right after work on the way home. Great ambience and personnel to assist. My wife and daughter tied to have me switch on Sunday for a Planet$@# gym...they are there Im still here, because I would have to go out of way. Youfit rocks for me!

Cleaning is good and staff is good. But many running machinesmonitors do not working. I should check tv monitor several running machines whenever using them. It bothers me.

Great place to workout. Especially for the price. Equipment is new and it has everything you need to get fit. They have promos all the time.If you have complaints, take it to another gym. Its a friendly, great staff. If you want more than simple, pay more and youll probably whine the same.

Great place to go for affordable workout. Almost New machines, never had to wait, before or after work. All the fees other people complained about were explained to me. Even got my wife going with me who hates fancy gyms.

I love this location. If you are looking for a PT ask for Melissa! She is the best. My only problem is the youfit corporate policy on charging you a month for PT fees even after you have notified them you need to stop. Despite this being divulged up front I still think this is unethical business practices. (No reflection on the staff mind you! this is corporate driven). This place is clean, and the staff is great. If you are looking to get your fit on, there is lots of equipment to do it with.

This is worst gym experience ever! If you value your time and money DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE! The staff was ok I just was not happy with the equipment. Canceling the dues has been a never ending process and the worst part is they processed the yearly fee! How dare they charge me to cancel and take more money! Save yourself some grief and find another gym...

While I enjoy the low price and clean atmosphere, it seems things are falling by the wayside lately. Most of the treadmill and elipitical machines tv screens and/or heart rate monitors do not work. And no one seems to care as there has been no effort to fix the situation. Also, there has been no scale to weigh on for over a month now. It is ridiculous for a gym to not have a scale for this long! Every week, I am told it broke and they are getting a new one. How hard is it to complete this task??? This is the third time this has happened in 3 years. Maybe you guys should invest in a higher quality one or buy muliple at a time!

Basic gym with just about everything. You probably wont find better for the price. Location and hours are good too.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! i went in youfit to cancel membership after being a member 4 years. The front desk girl Ariel said to me as soon as i walked in you have 4 mins and confused i said 4 min until what? and she said 4 min until we close. I never come on Sats so i didnt know this. I told her i wanted to cancel my membership and she starts messing with the computer then says sh** fu**. She said im sorry i cant do it because the register is closed. I asked why was this closed before the gym was closed and she said im sorry youre gonna have to come back. Since youre required to cancel in person and i live far i wasnt gonna come back i asked for a manager and i said if they can cancel me over the phone thats fine. She proceeds to call them and it is now close and she said a customers need to cancel but the drawer is closed. I see her laughing then she said i told her that already. I asked to speak to the manager and she ignores me and hangs up and says im sorry we cant. I told her she needed to let me speak to a manager because between her cursing and being rude i wasnt going to leave until i spoke to one. She calls the gm now supposedly and proceeds to do the exact same thing and rushes them off the phone and says im just gonna do it but you need to know its policy. At this point i was over her so i finished my transaction. And i got my receipt. I asked her who she spoke to and she told me Shaine. And i said who was the other person and she said well they arent really the manager yet. And i said thats fine i wanna know so i can speak to a manager myself and she said im not telling you her name. I took a picture of their list of numbers so i know who these managers are. The fact they hired someone so rude and disrespectful to customers who have given money for years says a lot. I will never give them another dime and will be reporting this to corporate.

This club is great if you never want to leave. I signed up and paid for 2 months, repeatedly telling them that I was leaving afterwards. Not once did they mention signing or paying the cancellation fee. After realizing they were still charging me I get told to drive an hour to the nearest gym to cancel and I still have to pay the fee AND another months payment. There is no corporate office to contact and any time I ask to speak to someone higher up there is no one, yet they will see what they want to do. So theres $140 wasted due to THEIR mistake.

The gym equipment is fairly new. Generally it is not crowded. It is typical to have to wait in line to shower. The shower head is broken and has been for weeks. The staff neglected to tell me that there is a $10.00 fee for canceling the membership. When I told the employee I was not informed of this fee, he said that it is included on page 2 if the agreement. My friend signed up and was not informed of this fee either. The employee apologized for not telling me about the fee but refused to waive the fee. Its disappointing to see that youfit does not hold the customer first. I would not recommend this gym.

Simple gym with all the machines and free weights necessary to get a good workout in. No frills here. The elliptical and treadmills all have tvs connected to local cable.

Signed on for a 3 month Training. They kept charging me after 3 months. I did not renew. Managers are not in on the weekends, and cant be bothered to call you back.If you plan on signing a contract here, I suggest you make them print you a copy. I also suggest you comb it.

Absolute worst gym I have ever been a member of. The cancellation policy is terrible. I do not suggest going here, there are much better options.

Clean gym, nice with all the bells and whistles, but i could tell it was a beginner gym, the weights weren’t heavy at all but i did enjoy using the equipment without having to wait. I will go back one day I’m in the area.

They have restrictions that they do not mention when you sing up. yhey will trick you I do not recommend it to anyone. They arent a good gymnasium.. At the end youll pay more than going to an actual gym like LAfitness or lifetime.
