The person helped us as we were on the side of the road with a flat tire, off the freeway. He was prompt and very professional. great customer service! Ducky was the drivers name and he was so helpful. Appreciate all the help.

Not sure it’s safe for your tow truck drivers to be doing 80+ on the freeway. We were doing 80 ourselves in Manteca and here comes a huge tow truck right on our butts and goes right around us. I don’t believe that’s safe nor professional for the company. Driver was younger dark hair individual of course texting on the phone.

TURLOCK CITY TOW, Totally missed the mark....not reliable....AAA should find a new company to pick up roadside assistance team but then again AAA could evan figure out what was going on, and couldnt locate the driver.Also the eta that shows up ot the AAA app,is not an eta at all and has no worth it is disregarded as soon as it passes the time that a driver should arrive and when you call in they tell you that it is a presumed time of arrival.THANK GOD FOR GOOD SAMARITANS BROUGHT ME GAS AND WOULD NOT TAKE PAYMENT.... Always have the best service. Toby was very polite and helped me out with my tow today. Arrived way before the pickup time that was estimated and got my car to my destination safely. I was highly satisfied with the service.

Broke down on the 99hwy today within minutes the driver was there (Antonio), he was friendly and professional, we had a long timely ride to Fresno.I feel fortunate that he was my driver. Your company has a very good young man working for you!!!!

I hit a pothole and my tire went flat. I was on a back country road near Crows nest landing. It was dark, windy and raining. I called AAA and they said it would be 40 minutes before a tow truck could get to me. I had a wonderful man Augustin come and help me. He arrived on time and I did not feel safe driving all the way back to Watsonville on a donut tire in bad weather. He said he would tow me and I was so glad. I had just picked up my new kitty Callie in Modesto the day before and both of us made it safely home. It was a joy listening to great music and singing and talking. I cant recommend them more highly.

My friends and I were headed home from Wasteland Weekend last night when we had a blowout near Taylor Rd. With something like 900 miles to home, we were facing pretty bad odds of getting in the road again in a timely fashion. We gave a call to Turlock City Tow, and a great guy named Tim showed up. He not only got us a tow, but happened to have an inside man at a shop who got out of bed to get us new tires. Absolutely fantastic service and our trip was saved!

I been waiting for a tow truck since 9pm, and they said it was going to take one hour. And it’s 1:22am !!! I called them and they said they will be here within one hour!! If one hour= 4+ hrs, one more hour may take over 4 additional hours. I am stranded off keys and golden state, perhaps it’s just the turlock office, but they need to provide better service. I wouldn’t recommend them!!

Don’t use this company, just don’t. It’s not worth the hassle. I called for a locked key situation. They said they would be there in 10, no one showed up....ever. Luckily Fransiscos Towing is very responsive and helpful. I suggest them!

Called about pricing and was told one thing and to hold, call hung up and called again, was told it would take 2 hours for someone to go out, so I said I would call another place first. Called back and was told a different price and that they did have someone available to go out, when I told them the price I had been quoted she hung up. Called back and the lady who had answered first answered again and told me she had already told me it was going to be 2 hours and to wait, was on hold for a while and just ended up hanging up. The way she answered was rude and was not helping my frustration of having the car on the side of the freeway, would never call them again.

Great experience. I caught a flat traveling thru Turlock and after calling all the shops in the area and no one had my special tire, I just called a few more tow truck shops. Some didn’t even pick up. Turlock City Tow was very courteous. The guy on the phone informed me that America’s Tire would probably best for my situation and they ended up working out well.He also informed that he could have someone out within the hour and the truck was there quicker than that.The tow guy (my apologies, I’ll do a better job at getting names) was very professional and even suggested that I call the dodge dealership as we passed, in order to see if they did have the tire that I needed but they didn’t.Thank you, Turlock City Tow, for helping thru my situation.

We needed to be towed to our tire shop and AAA dispatched JB from City Tow. He came faster than the time framed that was quoted and was super polite and efficient. I enjoyed his company on the way to the tire shop. Thank you JB and city tow for getting my vehicle and I where we needed to be.

My brother is locked out of his car. Im not there, Im 25 miles away. I tell them I want to send them out and Ill pay with my card. Sorry, they say, we dont take cards over the phone. Phone payments are one of the simplest, basic functions of a good business

Put a request in at 8am. Had an ETA for 9am. It is now 10am still no show. Called the company twice, both times they said they were in route 15-20min. My car is only 2 miles away from there shop. HELLO! DO THEY ONLY HAVE 1 TOW TRUCK. WORTHLESS COMPANY. DONT USE. You are better off calling for a tow out of city limits. . If your insurance carrier uses them, please tell them to find another company.

My radiator broke while driving back from Sacramento to Visalia Ca. It happened in Turlock Ca during a 107 heat wave. The AAA dispatch sent a tow truck (City Tow) the drivers name is Angel. He was such a gentleman. He towed my two young nieces and I to a mechanic and then he made sure we got a hotel for the night. He even helped carry our bags.Thank you Angel and City towing for hiring such wonderful employees!

After a number hic ups on our trip - we got to top it off with wheel barring problems on hwy 99 AAA sent this company out and I can not say enough about how courteous, helpful, and professional their service driver Tom was. I recommend a call to these people when your hic ups turn in to something much worse. THANK YOU TOM - you were the best!!

Got on a car accident, my car was towed by them and when I came back to pick up my stuff it was missing. They said they are not liable and blamed TPD.

My Truck broke down. I called for tow they told me they have tow truck on route should be there in 40 mins and still no show I called again they said 10-30mins so I waited and still no show so I called back again they said 45to 50 mins out.i been waiting for a tow for at least 3hrs.i will never use them again.
