Their flexible schedule has tremendously helped with my unpredictable work schedule, so I was able to receive an emergency tooth extraction and a couple other procedures with ease this year.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had— not only at a dentist’s office, but anywhere in general. I scheduled an exam as a new patient, and every single person that I came in contact with was so friendly and pleasant. Not to mention that all of my worries were put at ease the minute I met Darlene. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Comfort Care is awesome. Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. The hygienists really take the time to get your teeth clean and not rush thru to get you out in an hour. They don’t push unnecessary procedures on you and it’s kept nice and clean and sanitary! A+++

The staff is extremely friendly, and when they say Comfort care, theyre heavy on the comfort. Ive never been uncomfortable or in pain there. As a child that had to have nearly all of my baby teeth extracted, Ive seen my fair share of dentists that dont really care if you hurt in the chair, and I couldnt recommend Comfort Care dental enough!

The receptionists and hygienist were all very friendly. I saw the dentist for a few minutes to just check my teeth. However, I’ve never had a dental office try to push me for X-rays after I kindly declined (I’m 7 months pregnant), but I felt like they kept trying to educate and push me to get the X-rays. Aside from that tho, it was a great experience.

I referred my husband to Comfort Care after reading reviews on Google. His first call to set up an appointment was with Courtney, The Singing Receptionist. She was so warm and personable. After his appointment, he was so thrilled with their professionalism and bedside-manner that he insisted I try them. I was blown away by their hospitality. I have had a high spot in a filling, and they fixed it. I fought with my other dentist for 2 years about it. Their integrity and business sense are aligned with my own and I am ecstatic to finally have found a dentist office much like the one I went to for 25 years of my life.

To be honest I always hated going to the dentist. Previous experiences with other offices were blah, always felt like a number, and never really wanted to go. Once I went to Comfort Care it completely changed my outlook. The staff here are welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. From receptionist to the doctor, each person had their own unique personality that made the experience enjoyable and fun! Ive never said that about a dentist office before. This place is amazing, love it here! Everybody is great and will do all they can to help you. My 2 year old is terrible with people when they wear masks scares her, but they did great by making her feel comfortable and got her to open up.Great place with even better people!

Dr. Harper & his wonderful staff went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my sedation appointment. They covered me in a fluffy blanket & the next thing I knew I was waking up with very little pain and my procedure was done. 10/10 Gold Stars! I highly Recommend Comfort Care.

This place is great!!! Im lucky I found them. I went in to have a tooth looked at and get a cleaning. They were very friendly, honest, and provided excellent service. I wasnt able to schedule a cleaning until much later on but while I was in there my hygienist Maisie informed me of some cancelations and she offered to do and did my cleaning on the spot. I will definitely be going here for future needs and HIGHLY recommend them

Well I made an appointment for today 2/19/2021 and everything was fine the receptionist and the nurse was friendly and polite then the doctor came ask me cuestion and left a couple minutes later they told me to go and come back in a couple hours what kind of doctors are there I a call off from work I dont get paid just west my time I will never go back

Comfort care is the best! I first came to comfort care after I was too old to go to pediatric dentist 😢 I was always so afraid of the dentist. I was born with a genetic mutation on my teeth where I have no enamel. Just super sensitive teeth and dentists were never a gentle or caring. But when I came to comfort care they treated me like a person rather than a patient and I’ve always had the best experience there.I have worked specifically with doctor Harper, but all of the dentists that I have met have been very kind and helpful and understanding as well.I really can’t write just how GENTLE and soft they all are when they work on your teeth.The hygienists and assistants are so cute and kind and always remember me!Love this place!If you are looking for a dentist- this is the place to go!

This place was awesome!! I have to admit I havent always been adimit on 2 visits a yr, so I was kind of hesitant to hear an earful 😧. Dentist visits arent always the most exciting. The minute I walked through the door the staff was authenticly nice and welcoming big plus. Then low and behold when their hygienist came out I was pleasantly surprised to receive reassurance on the cleanliness of my teeth. I strongly recommend this place. Everyone was awesome and I have to give a big shout out to their Hygenist Maisie who really takes the time to not only do her job ofcourse of cleaning but, to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Update: Ive now been at comfort care for a while and just like many of you, I stay with a business for their customer service. Comfort Care continues to impress. They really take the time to evaluate their customers needs and make each visit personalized. A+ Comfort Care! If you havent tried them already, make an appointment and be sure to ask for Maisie. She will really put a smile on your face. Even if half of it is numb ;)OP: I recently switched dental offices and I am more than pleased with my choice of Comfort Care Dental. Dr. Harper and his team are absolutely amazing. I recently went in for an emergency root canal due to a tooth cracking(first time ever doing anything like this). They got me right in and got it done. After the procedure I was dealing with a lot of pain and nausea....the doctor himself checked on me a couple of times and adjusted meds to make sure I was OK. I most definitely wouldnt have said anything if he didnt check in and woulf have been much worse off They truly care about you! Thank you again Dr. Harper and your amazing team!!

Went in with terrible tooth ache, expecting thee absolute worse case scenario due to past experiences with other dentists in the area. They told me I needed my wisdom teeth out. I was terrified. I love this dentist. I dont typically like going, between the lights, fingers in your mouth and that feeling of getting stabbed in the gums it is never exciting..This dentist is different. They take a genuine interest in your comfort (hence the name), making sure that you feel as at home as possible. I never want to go to another dentist, if youre on the fence: THIS IS THE RIGHT SPOT

My dentist that I have gone to my entire life retired and I was devastated because I felt like family every time I went in to visit for my 6 month cleanings and felt so nervous I would not ever find another dentist practice that would even compare. When I walked into Comfort Care they greeted me very kindly and I did not have to wait long at all, immediately I felt a very positive influence and genuine care in their office from every member of the staff that I met. My doctor was extremely kind and explained everything to me as he was going along analyzing my x-rays. He was friendly and kind and I felt he was very trustworthy and upfront. Having my cleaning done was amazing! My hygienist was so kind to me and did an incredible job, very gentle but through my teeth felt so amazingly clean and fresh after she was done! I am so thrilled that I have found a practice that I feel comfortable and cared for and that I feel I can trust. I will be recommending Comfort Care to anyone that is in need of a family dentist! Thank you so much to the doctors and staff at Comfort Care for being so outstanding and going above and beyond my expectations! I also received a welcoming gift and plenty of my absolute favorite floss which made the experience one to truly remember! In my opinion... this is a large operation that could not provide me with the personal care I want. Like remembering my name or what occurred during my last visit. I have had several issues with the Idaho Falls location and when I had finally had it they had the Audacity to be rude with me when I ask for them to transfer my dental records to a new dentist.

Went in with severe pain Dr. Harper and his staff were amazing, they made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed before doing any work. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has anxiety or fears when it comes to the dentist. Thank you comfort care dental.

I love comfort care dental. They are always so fast and it honestly is so comfortable! They have blankets if you get cold, extra pillows for your knees and neck, and a T.V or music. I love how clean it is when you walk in- they have cookies and drinks for you and your family while you wait- which for me has never been more than 5 minutes. The best service is always received.

Lets face it... going to the dentist SUCKS! But if you do have to go to the dentist, without a doubt Comfort Care Dental is the best. Everyone of the staff members are friendly, kind, and will take the time to explain everything that they are doing throughout the visit. The faultily is extremely nice, well decorated, and comfortable. You can also tell that they have all the latest tools and technology available. Im sure that is what greatly contributes to their outstanding quality of work. Ive been seeing Dr. Harper there for over a decade now and wouldnt dream of letting someone else work on my teeth. Dr. Harper bends over backwards to make my visits as pleasant as possible. So yes, going to the dentist still sucks... but if you do have to see a dentist then Comfort Care Dental is the place to go. My brother in law is my dentist back so I have been really nervous about going to a dentist or where a good place to go was. I heard about this great place by my friend Tayler who works here. My experience was great and fast and they let me know what I needed to do to improve on for cleaning my teeth better!

My 9 yr old was very anxious about the dentist due to previous bad experiences in a different office. At the request of his orthodontist, he needed two extractions done. Dr. Rapp is a miracle worker. My son actually said he had fun and that Dr. Rapp is his new favorite dentist. I could not be more happy. Hands down, the best possible outcome.

Awesome dental office! Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and didn’t get shunned for it. They didn’t nitpick me on my teeth. I felt like they really tried to get to know me and that was pretty cool. The price was very reasonable too. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient! I was in there for the first time for a check up and cleaning, and felt very welcome by all of them. The work they did was very fast as well. I think once they got the cleaning started, it took about 20 minutes.Afterwards I needed to schedule another appointment for additional work I need done and they had an easy to read statement ready for me within a few minutes.Overall I really enjoyed the experience and would love to make them my primary dental care provider the next time I have insurance coverage.

I took my kids to get their teeth cleaned at the Idaho Falls location. The pediatric dentist Dr. Dax Rapp and his helper are awesome!!! Great with kids and great at explaining what he is doing. I would highly recommend him.
