I have been to Perfect Nails on three separate occasions each with the same nail tech, as I had seen some of her work on a friend. Two occasions I left very happy and in about 30 mins as I was getting dip powder done. This last time however was completely different and based on reviews from days ago this is not an isolated incident. My nail tech was leaving the parking lot as I was walking in, and finally showed up ten minutes late to my appointment. She repeatedly got up and went into the back while I sat waiting on her. After she completely got one hand dipped she again left and when she came back, she was progressively getting slower to the point I had to wake her up a few times. She began painting the bonding agent on my skin and was clearly out of it. She over filed my nails in spots and hit my skin with the drill. This took her over two hours to complete my nails and they aren’t pretty. The owner and other staff members were aware of what was going on and only tried to intervene after she was completed and I was late and couldn’t stay any longer. I will admit that my nails look better than anticipated for someone who was repeatedly nodding out, but it’s no where near the quality I’ve received before and what I anticipated getting when walking in yesterday. Her saving grace is that I got the dip powder which can be filed down hiding the majority of terrible work and the color I chose. It was a highly stressful visit and I won’t be returning. I’m only sharing this because I feel like this happening to one person is bad enough but it’s at least two people.

Few few color options, felt like they did not give much attention to detail or much attention at all really and it was empty inside. It was mediocre and I will not be returning… /:

Super over priced and bad quality. The one lady who was doing my daughters nails was nodding in and out while working. It was terrible. I will not be back. So disappointed.

I used to love this place. I go twice a month, but the quality & service has been so bad. The last time I went, two employees were arguing on & off while I was getting a pedicure. It makes the experience not enjoyable. I will definitely be looking for a new nail place.

Just moved to Huntsville a month ago and I’ve been struggling to find a good nail salon, I’ve had 2 bad experiences at other places and I am SO GLAD I gave Perfect Nails a try! I am not trying anywhere else now. They did great with my pedicure and full set, came out exactly how I wanted. The quality of the polish is great and has a thick consistency/look on your nails (I hate when the polish in thin and you can see the streaks). The workers were so nice and there was no wait time, on a Friday evening CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! Definitely deserving of the high rating, believe the hype.

This place is amazing! The whole staff is extremely friendly. Love how sweet and professional they are. Lihn is amazing and always takes his time with my nails he’s a shape perfectionist. He also helps me decide which color looks best with my skin tone which I totally appreciate. They will be my go too for my nails I’m extremely satisfied!!!

Went in today for a pedicure and full set, also got my daughters nails manicured with gel polish. Sat down for the pedicure and then someone else started on my nails. at first it was ok but then the lady doing my pedicure left my toes half clipped not pretty and then left me and had the person working on my nails take over. Once everything was all done about 1.5hrs later we left and 5 minutes down the road my daughter who got a gel manicure had every single nail removed of nail polish. $15 completely wasted. It was not a good experience at all.

Usually love coming here and getting my toes and nails done. Today I got just a pedicure. My water was cold. I waited 40 minutes with my water getting colder and then I asked for a deluxe pedicure that lasted from beginning to end maybe 20 minutes. The person that did my pedicure rushed through it so fast that he messed up my polish on my left big toe, saw he did it and just slapped clear on it and said “let it dry for about 10 minutes” it was not a good experience at all. Will be finding somewhere else to go!

I had the most amazing experience at this nail salon! Jasmine was very sweet, gentle, and thorough on my pedicure! Jasmine took her time and gave me the best pedicure and massage I have had in the longest time. I had chipped my acrylic overlay after going to a different salon yesterday and Kevin fixed my nail and even fixed another nail that had a spot on it and they look fantastic! The environment was CLEAN, Quiet, with some great chill pop music. The salon was well lit up, everyone was helpful, and overall the vibe was just amazing and relaxing! I will definitely be back and I am sure that Jasmine and Kevin will be doing my nails from here forward! Definitely check them out guys you will not be disappointed.

Ive been coming here the past few years on and off. The whole team are friendly and amazing hard workers. The salon is so welcoming and the energy is super calm!I have been seeing Kevin for my manicures the past few months and he is always SO gentle and PATIENT with me, I have extremely shaky hands and bad wrists but somehow he always makes my nails perfect nails. Lol!Hes awesome at what he does, definitely my absolute favorite. Paige is amazing at pedicures, too!The product quality is immaculate. I work two jobs and my acrylics last for weeks!! This is my favorite place to get manicures and pedicures! I have done gel, dip, and acrylic here. Linda has been doing my nails forever, and is very talented with design. Paige is newer to the group and is amazing! Michelle, the owner, is really talented as well. I love these ladies! My nails are always done to perfection, and if I’m not happy then they fix it. I can’t say enough good things about them.Linda does something special for me for Halloween every year to make my nails unique and dressed to impress. I would highly recommend this shop.

Called ahead, and they were ready to take me immediately. Upon walking in, the space is nice, with good ventilation so almost no nail salon smell. I was directed to Kevins station. My natural nails were very long grown out, he cut them down and filed them nicely before putting the tips on. Many salons simply hack off the nails and leave them jagged under the top, so I appreciate his work.He took his time shaping each long stiletto into a beautiful, sharp tip. All symmetrical. His polish and design application was similarly flawless.I was not over charged for the service. They are very well priced.They use premium products. Kiara Sky powder, OPI gel polish. Excited to get my next set here!

First time coming here after several poor experiences with my last regular nail tech... I called after 6pm to see if they could squeeze me in before closing and they said come on down!I wish I would have been coming here the whole time, Michael did a WONDERFUL job on my nails (first time coming back since quarantine, they were a hot mess). He didn’t rush through, he was patient, and very detailed. I am so happy with them!Perfect nails will be adding a new regular to their list - I will be going back tomorrow to get my feet worked on.Thank you guys!

One of my best girl friends passed away and I came in to get a fill in only because I had nails breaking, etc. I ended up having a new full set and pedicure and the two gentleman truly pampered me. I love going to Perfect Nails for pedicures and manicures (I usually just have a simple manicure, trim and shape up). The shop is always clean, has a perfect health inspection score and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Perfect Nails. Linda is very friendly while still being professional and does an amazing job every time!

I went in to get a $30 pedicure and the lady that was doing my pedicure asked if I wanted to do a different pedicure. I said yes. She said it would be better and more relaxing. Welllll let me tell you I was not. It was rushed and she didn’t rub my feet at all. If she rubbed each foot a minute I would be surprised. I payed $40 for a subpar pedicure. I will not be going back!

She is amazing and working in the restaurant industry I’m super rough on my nails. I’ve never found anyone else that can make such beautiful long lasting nails like Linda. I always recommend her to friends and family. I also always leave satisfied. Needless to say, all around amazing place.

Ive been going here for years. Linda Lee always does my manicures and pedicures!! Love me some Linda she is awesome!!! Some manicurist dont want to listen to how you specifically want your nails done. She has always listened to what I wanted and always does my nails exactly like I want them. She has a beautiful spirit, likes to talk if you talk to her and is quiet if your just there relaxing. She definitely wants her customers to leave happy and I always do!!

I will never use this unprofessional place again. I went in there after reading that this place had great online reviews. I inquired about the dip nail manicure. They charged me $40 which is a bit higher than anywhere else and that was without the tip. I asked for an experienced nail technician. Ive had a really great nail tech and experience in Hazel Green near my daughter home. He did a wonderful job. I am looking for a new place closer to my home. The lady who was assigned to me at Perfect nails could hardly speak or understand English. I made it known to her and the door greeter that I wanted the dip nail with tips. As she was prepping my nails. I noticed she was using an old used nail file and buffer, that should have been my first clue to leave there...ugh. She tried to use an electric nail bit on my natural nails. I told her no, my nails are already thin to began with. I can see using it if I had artificial nails but that wasnt the case. That bit can cause burns and damage to my own natural nails. She skipped a step in prepping the nails. ( Ive had them done before three times while looking for a new place closer to my home in South hsv). She started the dip process without applying the tips. I tried to explain to her and she didnt understand me and continued with the process. At this point I was frustrated and let her finish. She asked me, if I was happy? I told her, no I wasnt. The product was applied really thick and lumpy. She did not shape or clean it up. I just wanted to leave at this point. After getting in my car and looking at the hot mess. It made me mad that I wasted my time there and spent a lot of money. I could have done my own and they would have looked much better. I called them to speak to their manager. I was told they dont have a manager. The lady wanted me to tell her what was wrong. I told her, I wanted to speak to someone in charge of that business. She finally got someone to the phone to speak with me. I was asked to go back and she would correct the problem. I will give them the benefit of doubt to correct the problem and will update.

My first time here, deluxe pedicure, wonderful! My friend recommended Perfect Nails, I am super satisfied and I plan to become a regular customer everyone is nice and I highly recommend Perfect Nails

Used to be excellent. Now, the past 3 times Ive gone have been terrible & each time was a different tech, so its not just a matter of a bad tech. Last time my nail beds were ground down too low which resulted in a painful experience this time. That wasnt the only issue this time unfortunately...the acrylic is uneven & bumpy & the color is blotchy with dark patches & light patches. The color is already beginning to bubble & its only hours old which also happened last time & had begun to peel off by day 2. I had to have 2 repairs done where the tip had torn off from my last time there & the 2 repairs already feel loose...again this manicure is only about 2 hours old. I will not be back.

Wonderful experience, staff is always professional and go out of their way to give you an enjoyable experience.

I got a gel fill in and a pedicure. They did most of the visit at the same time and it took barely over a hour. Great for lunch.
