AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Charged me $55 for these & said it was because they were long. When I disputed the price they threatened to call 911! They don’t have a price sheet & make prices up as they go! Steer clear of these people! They don’t value customers and are scam artists.This wasn’t even what I asked for!! They refused to fix!!!

The staff was UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked my nail tech to do my nails how I wanted, but he didn’t but I still paid anyways. As well as my toes be cut too short. Amd messed up. I was upset when I left because I knew that wouldn’t last. 4 days later I broke a nail, and another one after, because they were too thin. I told him that, but no one listened to me. I called and asked for a refund and was talked to very rudely, amd hung up on. DO NOT GO HERE, their acrylic Amd shellac Are cheap. (I.e) been getting my nails done for years and never had an issue until I came here

This is by far the best nail salon Ive ever been too. I use to go from place to place and never happy with my nails more then once. I found out about natural nails and now its the only place Ill go. The nail tech that does my nails name is Tom. Ive been going to him for over a year now and im thrilled with my nails every visit. Somehow he always finds a way to out due himself. Ill let him do his own thing and my nails always come out better then I could of imagined. The prices are great too! I recommend this place to everyone I can and who will listen lol. I would give this more then 5 stars if I could. Ive never been disappointed.

This is one of the best places that did a great job on my nails! Took 2 of my daughters with me and they did pretty good on theirs too. My youngest daughter nails were too thick and clumpy looking, the guy went back and fixed it. So we left happy and satisfied, staff was nice.

Absolutely awesome! Got my wedding nails done here and Im so glad I did! Very patient and worked very hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, Im very hard on my nails and they have lasted better than any Ive got done before. 10/10 recommend!

Thank you so much to natural nails for getting me in today! I won a Mani/pedi from work and went to that salon first only to find that they were by appointment only and booked the rest of the day. I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to some me time for two weeks since I won. I called 2 other salons and was told they couldnt do it. I called natural nails and they asked if I preferred appointment or walk in and made me an appointment for 20 minutes later!! They were so helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They exceeded my expectations AND charged me significantly less than any other salon! I mean, does it get any better?! Seriously, dont look around go see the amazing staff at natural nails. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you again! 💕☺️

Ive been going here for about 2 years now and seeing Tom. I use to bounce from nail salon to nail salon because I was never happy with how my nails turned out. Somehow the quality of my nails would always go down instead of up at every nail place I would visit. I couldnt be more happy that Ive found Tom at Natural Nails. From my very first set I was in love with my nails and the quality only goes up hill from there. Ive never been disappointed with a single set but instead would leave extremely happy and like my money was very well spent. I use to come in and show a picture and just have him do what I showed but one day I let him put his own twist on the design and it came out way better then the picture. Since then I started letting him do his own thing almost every time and would just give him the kind of colors I wanted or a base picture to go off of and make his own because of how creative and good he is. Although Ive only ever had my nails done by him, the rest of the staff is super friendly. The place is clean and I love the layout of it. They have big mirrors making up their walls which I love and they also have their nail polishes up along the whole wall where you can see. Theres also so many choices for colors and powders that its almost impossible not to find something new that you like everytime. The prices are great too. This place has always exceeded my expectations everytime. After 2 years I dont have even one negative thing that I could say about this place. My expierence is perfect in every way every single time I go. If you cant tell with my review already, Im very passionate about this place and about my nail tech Tom that works there. I know it may sound silly to say, but thats the kind of joy I have after leaving this place. I searched for over 6 years for a place and nail tech like this and Im beyond blessed to of found it and him. I get multiple compliments on my nails every day all day even when Im past due for a fill in or new set. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is but just go and see for yourself. If you want your nails done by Tom though, Id suggest calling ahead and making an appointment because hes pretty popular. You might get lucky and get him with just walking in but making an appointment is the best way to make sure your nails are done by him. Although Id wait all day if I had to anyways. (He is always on time with his appointments, if one is running over its only by a couple minutes) And did I mention this place is great lol. Oh and I get acrylic nails with either gel or I get it all in colored acrylic. I also switch up my shape every new set and he is amazing at every shape although stiletto is my favorite!

I use to go alot for nail services i love dip powder, but my nail started to break all the time and when I decided to take them of my nail bed was damaged to the point I cant wear nails for a while. I had to seek medical attention they where filed down so far and so tender to touch and yes I soak the nails off.they are extremely damaged

Quality work! Powder dip nails were smooth and perfect. They were very attentive and took their time with my pedicure. They were upfront about pricing and informed you before they started, which I appreciated. I hate being blindsided by my total at the register. They do not attempt to up-sale you after you told them what you wanted. Very friendly! Will be back!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. My nails look like a child did them. I paid $65 for trash literally.

So pleased and happy with the service. Home-like ambiance with staff and customers. Randomly had conversations with both staff and customers. It wasnt just me who conversed with others but everybody did as I observed while waiting for my sister. Friendly and fast, but definitely quality for what you pay for. I always get cut when other salons give me manicures and this is the first time I didnt get cut! Definitely bookmarking this place when I come down to Huntsville.

A customer came in while I was there and ask if anyone turned in a wallet. They started talking in their language and started laughing. I thought was very rude to the customers in their shop. How many times do they make fun.... and they are in a hurry to get next customer and do not finish service that you pay for.

Been going here for years but the quality has declined. They rush and dont care how they send you the door. Had to find a new place to take my business. I will say the younger man that does nails there is very good but he is normally very busy

I give them all a few shots to give me the nails I want, and they never seem to get it just right, but nope no here. She IS talented and very personable. I feel so nice than other any nail shop Ive been to. It’s affordable price for my manicure!

I walked in on a Saturday morning for a pedicure. My sister and I wanted to have a sister day and go get our nails done. They were so nice and hospitable. I always have her put designs on my toes and fingernails. The salon is beautiful with the relaxing music! The only place in the town for the nails/toes. And my price is better than ever!

My number one recommendation is to make an appointment. I had the most beautiful dip manicure ombré, exactly what I asked for. Everyone has a responsibility to be friendly and respectful towards one another - not just the people doing the service for you. And i stayed on top of their work. The manicures are always perfect. Keep up the good work! I will be back and I will recommend to my friends.

I asked them to cut my nails shorter multiple times and they wouldn’t. the man cut and stabbed my fingers and left my fingers bleeding. overall they are very nice people but they just can’t do nails.

Was my favorite place to go until today. The lady who they gave me to do my nails today was trying to charge me more for a fill than I paid last time for a full set WITH my $5 off loyalty card!! As for pricing they are incredibly inconsistent and ill take my money elsewhere

Poor customer service. Management doesnt want to admit when theyre at fault. Finger got infected after having nails does and they want to give me every reason as to why it could of gotten infected verses admitting they were the cause. When talking to the manager, some lady kept interrupting....not to mention the whole shop chimed in (in their language). How unprofessional, management needs to grow a backbone.

I went to this salon and got the dip powder with a tip. All was well until, I was PUSHING A CHAIR IN and one of my nails literally broke... 3 DAYS LATER! I went back to get it fixed and the man was rude, only said one word to me and jerked on my hands. Then they tried to charge me for their mistake! Now I have another nail trying to weaken, and its only 4 days after I initially got them done. Paid $40 for the nails and I will not be back!

I have been coming here for a long time I love the prices and they do a good job, my complaint is they always come rushing in at opening time. If an establishment is open at 9am I feel like everything should be ready for a patron at that time. I come early to start my day and I always am disappointed in their inability to arrive on time and have the place open.

Not impressed. Very slow, & person doing my pedicure cut my cuicle causing it to bleed & become sore. Not good for someone on blood thinners.My Mother had a fill in done on her fingernail, and 3 different people worked on her. We were in there for almost 3 hrs. Place wasnt crowded, but because they were so slow, people were leaving.

My boyfriend and I are always talking about doing a mani/pedi date and Im happy to have found somewhere with good prices and service to take him when we finally get our schedules in order.

I get my acrylic nails done here. I work a mechanic job that is very tough on any nails. I have been to many places throughout the Huntsville and Madison area. My nails last 2 weeks when I get them done at Natural Nails. My nails barely last a week when I go to other salons. Also the prices are very reasonable. They have a mani-pedi combo for under $35. They also have dipping powder and do eyebrow shaping. They are always very accommodating and friendly.

Place is very clean and they have plenty of polish and different options but my pedicure left me with dead skin hanging off my feet and rougher than when i went in the ends of my toe nails are snagging the prices are more than ive seen at any other nail shop but the customer service was awesome! I may go back and try other nail techs but for the prices i will probably just stick to my regular nail shop. Not the worst work ive ever had done but definately not what i expected for the price!

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been in. I am from out of town and the way I was treated along with the other customers is so TACKY! The staff was fighting with each other, yelling, crying, and in a frenzy while people are trying to relax! Not only was this happening, the girls who were attending to me were too interested in the fighting that my toes and nails are so mediocre. Disgusting service.

Terrible customer service i got a finger infection after two days of getting my nails done i complained about pain while i was getting them done thinking the gel light burnt me i respectfully went back to the nail shop to inform them and they insisted that i broke my nail and it was my fault.

It was a busy Sunday and It was a rushed job. The polish was sloppy. I have been many times prior. This was a horrible experience.
