I went for a fill on my acrylic almond shaped nails and ended up with a few nails being a little crooked (one of them very noticeably crooked) and most being slightly different lengths. I did mention the one being very crooked. She attempted to file it but it was so bad that its still not straight. I went home and filed them myself. Still not great but better than they were. It is frustrating because I went in for a simple fill and my nails were perfectly shaped, and now they are not. Some are wider than others, and some are filed sharper than the rest. Also, they didnt have many options for cat eye colors which are an additional $15 ($5 at most salons). It was $45 for a fill and gel color. They do have a sign on the wall saying if youre not happy with your nails then tell them, but I truly do not believe the girl helping me had the capability to fix this mess.. I suppose my regular nail lady is a perfectionist so Ive come to expect that sort of quality all the time. Ill stick to my regular nail salon from now on. I do appreciate how gentle they were with my nails though. The people were very nice, the building and location were also great which is why Im giving 3 stars.

Got us right in, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, staff was super accommodating, will definitely be back! Gets an A+ from me!

I just got my nails done here by Tatyana and she did such a fantastic job. It was my first time ever getting my nails done and she walked me through what she was doing the whole time and helped me get what I wanted. My nails are of poor quality because of how I treat them myself and she made them look shiny and very professional. I’ll be asking for her next time. - Morgan

Service and quality of service was great. However pedicure chair was not comfortable.

I used to live going here for years (5+ to be exact). I always used the same technician but unfortunately the lady has done a poor job the last few times I have attended. On my last visit, some of my nails were put on wrong (slanting towards one side). One of my slanted nails was slightly fixed (its less slanted) but most of my nails from my right hand are leaning towards the left. She claimed my natural nails are leaning which made me laugh but I explained that they are most definitely not and that it had never been a problem before. & the cherry on top was that I was burned with the file to the point that my skin was cut around my nail. The lady almost screamed when I pulled my hand back from the pain but didnt receive an apology or discount. Need to find a new nail salon. Any suggestions?

Great service!!!! This is the second time Ive been since April and they have done a fantastic job of making you feel safe in this abnormal time.

They check your temp upon entering, they have you wash your hands, and they wipe down everything after every use. Their pedicures are great, and my technician Tatty was amazing. I will absolutely go back!!

It was ok, didnt speak enough English for them to understand what I wanted so I didnt get the exact service I wanted but over all was okay

I’ve been going to labelle for over 4 years. I’ve always had a great experience. Everyone there is sweet & try to do everything they can to make your experience the best. I started going to Haley, she does a fantastic job. Whether it’s just getting your nails done or a pedicure, she is very detailed. She is meticulous in making sure the job is done right.

Theyve done an excellent job with their reopening. Now if only the customers would stop and read the signage on the front windows instead of barging in, it would be even better.

Finally found a nail place in HSV that I love! They are friendly and professional and do a great job. Will be my regular nail place even though I have to drive from Meridianville.

Today was the first day that I have been to this salon. I came here because of the reviews and I am glad I came. The staff and even customers were all very friendly and sweet. I went with my mom and they treated us with respect. Mom does not like nail salon smells so they quickly provided her with a facemask. They had great music. It was very clean. I loved my nails! Quality work! I will definitely be back ♡

The first couple of times I got my nails done here they were great. The shellac lasted a full two weeks and was done very well. After that, the quality went way down. They did not take the same time and care that they did for my first two visits. My nails would chip within the week. I have been going to Victoria Nails next to Mellow Mushroom for about 6 months now and they are great!!

I usually come to Kevin at We Love Nail to get my nail done, but occasionally I would come to La Belle Nail Spa on Sundays to see him when I have a time conflict during the week. I am very impressed with the friendly staffs that tried to help me. The salon looks nice and clean. I love coming to both salon.. They make my experience there fun and relaxing.

They are rude and do not give you what you ask for! Instead of telling me they don’t do fill ins on the SNS nails they girl continued. I had lost two nails and she replaced the two that fell off but not the ones she took off. When I asked for my money back the owner informed me that they don’t do that. Any service that deals with customer service should do that. I will never recommend this place or go back myself.

I have tried many nail salons, but this is my favorite in Huntsville. La Belles is a bright, clean, cheerful, upbeat, and positive place. The people are great and genuinely work to make the experience enjoyable. I have never been anything less than 100% satisfied with the quality of the services. If there was a six-star rating, I would give it to them..

The massage was wildly underwhelming, and both of my toes got messed up and the technician seemed like she didn’t want to fix it so I left.

I have never went to this salon before so I tried it out. When I got there they were very nice, the facility was very clean, and they were very descent priced. I went there for a manicure and fill of gel nails. When they started on me and my daughters nails they cut the natural nails too short and they buffed them down too far, but I did hear from other people that they loved their pedicures, the gel paint on nails, and designs.

Extremely dissatisfied!!! A Hispanic woman name Chely did my fill in today and ruined my nails. She cut them way to short, shaped them horribly by filing the sides in almost stiletto like. She didnt let each coat of gel polish set under the light. My nails look dull and feel rough. She burned me multiple times with the Dremel tool and cut into me with her nails and the file. She seemed unfazed when I jerked and told her she was hurting me. When I told her I was unhappy, she didnt bother to make them better. Just said oh, sorry. I will NEVER go back there. Id give negative 5 stars if it was an option. Such a shame, because Ive left happy before. I will take my money elsewhere.

I walked in and was seated just after stepping through the door. The lady who greeted me and even every other person I encountered afterwards was lovely - not to mention they said it was a busy day for them (I didnt notice, but there was definitely several customers getting their nails done). Ive had several bad manicures from other places but todays manicure was great at La Belle Nail Salon! The tiniest problem I noticed with my nails was a small bubble in one of my nails and I brought it to the nail technicians attention and he fixed it without hesitation. I will certainly come back because there are other nail salons in town that did not have quite the service that La Belle Nail Salon provided to me. Also, the prices were reasonable, at least for the gel fill in and manicure. My nails rock today.

While I was in the salon getting a great mani/pedi there was a very mean elderly lady chewing all the sweet ladies out. They handled it very well and did everything they could to satisfy her. I’m not from this area but will one back if I’m ever back in town.

My daughter enjoyed it, but she said that shes been to nicer nail salons before which did a better job.

So I got my nails done a week ago an literally the next day they just started falling off like I’ve never in my life gotten such a terrible job done on my nails an then the lady that did them got a whole attitude when I asked her to do another coat then started goin fast. Like umm I’m the one paying you an you gone get an attitude with me then do a poor job I’m highly upset I’m not SATISFIED at all !! I want to speak to the owner an the manager ASAP !!

I go here when I feel fancy. If you like to feel fancy you should come here too.

There is no excuse to be sliced open with a nail file. I was cut open with a nail file on two fingers, one being a lot worse than the other. I will never be back.

I am in town visiting family. Went and paid $50 to have my nails done and within a few hours one nail chipped. Badly enough the whole thing came off. That is a lot of money for a service that doesnt even last.
