My favorite nail salon since relocating to Huntsville/Decatur area. The prices will knock your socks off. You walk in and are admittedly greeting and if they arent heard or feel like you didnt hear them they make sure to let you know no matter how busy they may be that you have been acknowledged. They dont do appointments, but if you have any errands to run this is this place for you because you can write down your number, the service your wanting and theyll call you a few minutes before its your turn.

After walking up there, a slight ways from my home, I was told to write my name on the call back list. I did as instructed and received a call back. Explained I would be there around 25 minutes. We agreed it was a deal to be there at that time l, I had to wait a hour plus, in a Chinese owned store, DURING THE PANDEMIC, with a No waiting Sign in my face. Please go elsewhere if time is a essence, for they do not care about you waiting all day, in a small space during a PANDEMIC. My man was told no waiting and had to stand outside, but they had me wait over a hour. I left.

I’ve been going to this location for 17 years. They had some workers come and go for a while but I love when it’s just the 2 of them. They remember who I am and treat me like family when I come see them. I don’t go anywhere else! Please go check them out. I call it the best mom and pop nail shop.

Told me it would be 20 for mani and 20 for pedi. When they get done they say its 95 dollars. Do not recommend this place they will lie to you and up charge you!

They are friendly but they dont have a lot of colors to pick from. The work they do is ok as well.

The service was okay on my first visit. Im new to huntsville so I kinda just picked a shop that was close and wasnt requiring a appointment. But Ive been back 3 times since and the service has only gotten better and the staff has opened up and become friendlier and actually talks with me throughout my session.

The ladies want so friendly at first. But shes was okay.

Recently moved here from NY and has exceeded my expectations. Don and Lyn are extremely professional. Don did my gel pedicure which was amazing and can compare to what I’ve gotten done in New York. It was clean cut, no bubbles or uneven color and just looked so beautiful. Looking to get a manicure next! Thank you snappy nails!

Love them been going to them for 14 years and I always get my nails and feet done and they do them exactly like I want every time never a disappointment always satisfied with the quality of work for cheap affordable prices. Also I get my eyebrows waxed and love them every time. Ive enjoyed going here and how this team of husband and wife treat us as customers. Theyre really good people..friendly and courteous. If we have any problems with how theyre doing our nails, they have NO problems at all with fixing the situation..and doing it at no extra cost to us..theyll even take a few dollars off! Id recommend them anytime

So I dont usually do girlie outside of home, but a sweet friend gifted me a pick me up in the form of gift certificates. Dropped in today and was very glad I did. A full set with gel polish and a brow wax for $45 not bad. I didnt experience of the treatment mentioned previously, to the contrary it was quiet and polite. If this is the treatment I get on a Monday before noon I know where Im running away to. Incidentally the female shop owner revived my brows from death.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO THERE. The worst customer service I have ever received. They are rude and they do terrible work. I honestly don’t know how they are in business. I’ve never had a worst experience at a nail shop in my life. I got my feet done and they were painting my skin, the nail polish was lumpy and uneven and they didn’t care. They were so rude and unprofessional and demanded I pay for terrible service.

Snappy Nails is the best nail salon in Huntsville. Yes theres a wait because there are only two nail techs who own the shop. Very professional customer service and low prices, but not cheap work. You get more than what youll pay at any other nail shop. They offer eyebrow service as well. This is the only nail shop I allow to work on my hands and feet. If theres something I dont like they are more than willing to fix it right then and there.Happy Customer

Well beside the minimum amount of colors thats as good as this place gets. That man is the rudest mfer Ive ever encountered. Dont waste your time or your hard earned money at a place like this. It isnt worth it.

The guy that works there is very rude and rough, practically beat up my nails. Kept telling me stop moving while I was just talking to a friend. Overall, my nails are way too big and I am not satisfied at all. They are way oversized for my fingers, and all different lengths. The cheap price is not worth it.

Most disrespectful rude people I have ever met. When questioning the total amount, the charge on my card was for more than I had been told. The wife has the nerve to tell me to watch before I speak, when I was trying to tell her it wasnt a big deal. Not only that but her husband, the man that did my nails, didnt even do what I asked yet I was charged for it. Never again will I get my nails done here nor will I recommend it.

Customer service was great and so are the prices. However, i will not be going back. I received a pedicure at this location Friday 5/4/18 The very next day my big toe was in so much pain i couldnt even barely tap it, then i realized I had an ingrown toenail and the pain is currently still unbearable so sadly, I will not be returning.

They messed up my nails completely. .the maam that runs it doesnt listen to what you ask him to do. .after charging you $40 for putting gel nails on he then charges you yet another $20 to $25 for the polish. .they are very rude. .its noting like it used to be. They have not held up the friendly environment that Hung and his sister Tracey left the place to be. The new people that run this store needs to rename it Crappy nails

Edit November 2017- Over the years this place has gone down in quality, the Owner has issues with understanding that everyones hands do not hold nor sit the same way, he continuously turns my hands to fit how he drills, i do not understand why he does this but it makes me very uncomfortable. The polish selection is humorous, there are not many colors to choose from, nor is he willing to add any to the color wheel, when and if you find a color they will go very light on the application of the product ( see pic below) When he gets to the point where he is filing the sides of your nails this is painful from the many times he has burned me and also rubbed the sides of my nails raw and makes me very nervous, When i express pain to him he gets frustrated and breathes heavily as if i am inconveniencing him for his actions. The prices are still good, but having to deal with his attitude makes it not worth it. If you have a while to wait, and dont mind spending at the least 5 hours in a nail salon, GO FOR IT. Very disappointing in how this nail salon has just boiled down to the bare minimum that it is. This is a last resort for me, if you can avoid it, please.... please do not go here.

Do not go there. Only two nail technicians are licensed. If I could show you how horrible it looks I would. Its only been a week and they have popped off. I spent $46 and the Polish was messed up and I got gel nails but they look like hell nails! NEVER AGAIN!!!

They do beautiful work, however, the customer service is awful. Im a chunky girl and the lady that did my pedicure kept telling me to sit in the middle not towards the side and I explained to her that I have back issues and I have Hardware in my back that I need to move a little bit so she kept reminding me to sit in the middle so I felt awful because I told her I felt like she was thinking I was going to break her chair. because Im a little heavy. Then the gentleman that did my manicure kept twisting my fingers and my wrist and I was telling him he was hurting me because I have rheumatoid arthritis and he just kept sucking his breath in and looking all the way around and no apologies no customer service whatsoever I would never go back to that place no matter how good their work is because I felt belittled

They did my nails horribly. My toes were chipping by the time I came home and my nails looked splotchy and like a seven year old did them. They wouldn’t refund me my money. I won’t be back there again.
