I recently took my neighbors daughter and granddaughter here for a treat. They had the best time ever. The granddaughter thought Jenny was so sweet, and she treated her so professionally. I always get my nails done here, and Im always satisfied with the results. I recently got a manicure done for my anniversary and I loved my nails, my husband did too. The staff is always friendly, the environment is always clean and relaxing.

I have always gone here for years and never had a problem up until yesterday. The man is rude, and two of the ladies were saying some rude stuff in their language thinking I could not understand what they were saying(which I do) not only towards me but the stuff they were saying about the other women there and I find that absolutely very unprofessional, and offensive any many ways.. I didn’t say anything because preferred to keep my mouth shut and just go on about my business, but woke up today thinking about it noticing that it isnt right at all. The fact that people come in there to get their nails by certain individual for the simple fact that they like the way they do their nails but then talk mess in their language, shaking my head. You should rethink some people actually understand what you are saying. 👎👎👎

Update:I tried calling the nail salon several times to try to resolve the issue and nobody answers.Beware its overpriced!!! Never coming back here again! I overpaid for a simple nail design with acrylic $120. They charge me extra $20 for a butterfly design. When I left the establishment, I noticed a nail was not well done.Also an additional $18 for shellac for my toes. I was told a different price when I arrived. A total rip-off! They just lost a new customer.

Great service, professional staff, very nice people, they even stayed after closing to finish nails for my daughters and I because we had a funeral to go to the next morning. It was a bit pricier than I was expecting (my fault for not looking more carefully at the costs) so I was only able to leave half the tip they deserved. Plan to return soon with the remainder because they definitely deserve it!

This was my first time at this nail salon and I am thoroughly pleased with the service. I was seated very quickly, but it was slow at the time I came in, so I can’t vouch for other times. The place is very clean and comfortable and gave me a very nice relaxing afternoon experience. My pedicure was done very nicely and the lady was so sweet. The gentleman who did my full set was awesome. At first I mentioned that one of my nails looked crooked before the powder went on And he said wait until I put the powder and straighten it out, if you don’t like it I will take it off and do it again. He was right, he strained it out and filed it beautifully. My nails look almost identical to the photo reference I came in with. I am really happy I found a new nail salon to come to regularly. Lovely Nails is by far the BEST nail shop in the Humble/Atascocita area! They are very clean, the atmosphere is great, the nail techs are very knowledgeable about the latest nail trends and designs. Hanna always does my nails to perfection, I can show her a picture and she will make my nails exactly like the picture. Lucy does my 11 year old daughters nails and they always look beautiful! The owners are very nice as is all the staff! Prices are good, and the pedicures are awesome! I highly recommend Lovely Nails! 👍🏽💯💅🏽💕

Top notch! The young man who did my nails was on point, with attention to detail and the young lady who did my pedi was absolutely wonderful! My fingers and toes are very shiney!

Two days later and my shellac is already chipping.

Place was a little disorganized even when we made an appointment. They will try to up-sale you and charge extra for things that should naturally be included, like callus remove with a pedicure. They also try to use thos cheese garter things that are illegal. Not even 100% sure they used new or cleaned tools as she just pulled them out of her drawer.

I like lovely nails but sometimes if you are a new customer they seem a little hard to get in with and sometimes the techs are a little brash because they stay so busy. I try to never go at particularly busy times (evenings/close to closing/weekends). As a new customer I had to ask about some things (drinks/ certain listed parts of specialty pedicures) but overall I like the service and most of the techs I’ve had are pretty good.

They did an amazing job on my nails. Lucy was the lady that helped me. I have gotten so many complements on my nails. I think they are a little bit pricey but everyone has the same price in this area

Amazing place. I have been going here for over 10 years and have always excellent service. Amy and Tony are always on top of there nail game. I show them a picture and my nails look perfect.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. One of the ladies offered me a drink. Nick did my nails, I had a full set done, pink with white tips. Nick attentively listed to my request when it came to nail length and shape. My nails came out beautifully. I highly recommend!

Today I was extremely hassled after a long day and paid $133 to receive the color nails my nail tech picked instead of me choosing. I also did not receive the full service of my pedicure. I went in knowing the exact color I wanted in shelac. The nail tech returned with what she decided in dipping powder. I had to correct her several times. She did not accept what I asked for and insisted I allow her to show me. I then asked for the usual pedicure I received before and I had to correct her even more times as she joked that I was choosing the $90 pedicure as if the $50 one was not enough. After we laughed it off, she kept insisting. If youre like me and just want the service you request do not visit this establishment. My nails are close to red and my toes are a light orange after trying my best to just simply get what I asked for.

This is the only place I will go for mani, pedi and wax. Have been with them for several years now

I went there because of all of these fantastic reviews but I was extremely disappointed. This was the first time I had my nail color dipped on instead of shaped with a brush and the results were bad. It took exactly 2 and a half hours for my nails to come out bumpy and uneven. Each of my nails was dipped like 5 or more times ans it took so long. Exactly 2 and a half hours is wayyy too much time for just my hands. Im so glad I didnt do my pedicure too.The tech also told me that the deluxe came with hot stones and they never used them. The part about them being uneven isnt even the worst part. Why did I need 3 nail techs for 1 job.. and 2/3 of them cut my fingers many times and hardly apologized. My nail techs did not talk to me not once. I wish I could upload a video so you all could see the poor quality but pictures will have to do. Im never going back.

They have always done a great job with my nails. Never had any complaints or problems and never had to wait for long. Very courteous and professional.

Moved near by a few months ago and needed a new nail salon and I finally found one! You do have to make a appt with is good and the environment is so friendly here. The nail tech definitely took her time and even recommended me a color which I loved. She took my thoughts on the nails into consideration the whole time which I loved. It has been 3 or more weeks and they are still on. Love this place!

Seems like a hit and miss, but overall provide decent work. Ive been here a couple of times and one time my nails just came off within the first week.I keep coming because its better than the place I used to go to and they usually do really good with walk-ins (what I always end up doing)

We made an appointment a day ahead for 6 girls. All full sets and pedicures. We were welcomed and seated within minutes all in the same area. The place is clean. They are very attentive. Very accommodating. We were celebrating my future sister in law marrying my brother and they all welcomed her and made her feel like a queen. Hands down a great place to go to. I didn’t know what I wanted and they were all very patient with me. I loved that about them. We are in and out in about 1hr 30mins. Super fast! Clean. Nice. Loving.

Jenny(i think that was her name) was so professional and kind. It’s been YEARS since I last had my nails done, she took great care in shaping my nails and I could just tell she has an eye for detail. The price is reasonable, I don’t believe them to be expensive at all and I will definitely come back!

The lady that attended me did not understand anything I was saying, My toe nails came out super short & I told her I wanted them squared shaped. I asked her to not even paint them because they looked horrible. Then my total was more than stated. Barely had an shellac on my nails & charged me $35? Ridiculous. Never coming back.

I wish I could leave a 5 star review because the work they do is pretty however.. They are over priced! My mother, grandmother and myself all got a $30 priced nail swatch and they charged us $65 for it instead of going by their Price listed on the swatch.. Very unhappy with their prices. They do not tell you until after you pay. I am very displeased with my experience. I do not recommend this to anyone I know.

I am obsessed with my nails! 🥰 I got a full set with glow in the dark solar powder for around $60. I got a pedicure with shellac as well and I’m extremely happy with the service. This is definitely the best salon I’ve been to, I wish I lived here in Texas so that I could go back! I believe Hanna did my nails and she did an amazing job, I highly recommend requesting her ❤️

Slow... slow and no consideration of people of appointment times. Now why they tell me to be there 12 noon and have me waiting for 30 minutes and say nothing. They could of at least turn the water on to have my feet soak. I will never go back to this place again!

Love this salon! I came in to get my wedding nails done and tried Dip for the first time. Tony did an awesome job! But I came back the next day since I wasn’t happy with the color. Tony and the girls were so kind and redid my nails after helping me find the perfect color. This will be the only nail salon I go to from now on! Thank you Tony!

I came here because of the good reviews.. but I had a very unsatisfactory experience. The elder woman who did my pedicure did not do all of the parts that it said the super deluxe pedicure came with/that I paid for, and the shellac by itself was the most expensive I’ve ever come across ($18). The lady didn’t even acknowledge me the whole time, and would just slap my foot when she wanted me to do something. When I asked politely for something to drink, she said okay and then never got it, so i had to ask another employee for something to drink. Also, even though I picked out an Orange shellac color, she for some reason decided to paint my nails white instead. I was so done with the whole experience by that point, that I just let her finish painting them the white color so i could hurry and pay and leave. I won’t be coming back here.

Me and my 2 daughters are here right now. The male nail tech that did my younger daughters nails got up and left in the middle of doing her nails...didnt even say anything to my daughter or myself. The other nail tech next to my daughter told me Oh sorry, he had an emergency. He will be back in 2 minutes I felt bad, but it didnt seem that he could resolve an emergency in 2 minutes. Well, guess what?! He walked in 10 minutes later with a drink in his hand. Really? That is very unprofessional! Walking out on a client to go get a drink and claim you had an emergency!

I have been searching for a nail home and I believe Ive found it here. Great customer service and very competitively priced. Nice selection of Dip colors and the best pedicures at the best price...most include a beverage and/or up to 2 glasses of wine. They even have a points program that accumulates discounts the more you visit. I would recommend Lovely Nails.

I come here every 2-4 weeks. I get a dip manicure and pedicure. This is hands (and feet) down the BEST manicure place in the area. I love it here. Customer service is good. Quality of their work is great! Atmosphere is wonderful! They get busy! So beware and be patient with them! They will get to you!

I am new to the area and of course I read reviews on Lovely Nails thought I would try them out . The facility was really nice. I thought man I found a new nail shop. Not so sure!. The package listed on check in kiosk stated $32. I asked for a price sheet to see what that included. Well was told no its $35 oh ok no problem All the items was checked so I figured I will be getting the works. Why not treat my self. My nail tech cut my big toe nail shorter than the other. I did not receive my kneck massage and she did not ask if I wanted water a soda or ice chip for that matter. This was my first time at the shop I stressed that before I was told to sign in . After she finished my feet I had to ask do I need to dry and where is the location. I asked for the price list before I left just to make sure the items I purchased was listed on my package. After I looked at it I said Thank you and walked out. No one asked me how was my service or if anything was wrong. Im so disappointed because I thought this shop was the one.

Amy and Hannah just treated me better than anyone ever had at a nail salon. So friendly yet let me rest as well! I recieved a pedicure and a dip set. For the first time I am trying dip and they are absolutely perfect. I cannot stop starring at them. I showed them a picture and they matched the color almost perfectly. I am a happy customer and I will definitely be back! A lot. Well worth the money. Thank you ladies!!!

I left the shop Tuesday (11/26) loving my nails but shortly after realized that 3 of them are not straight and the shellac on my ACRYLIC nails is coming off. I’ve never had shellac come off on acrylic nails before. I waited 5 days to post but the shellac began coming off 2 days later. I am very disappointed.

Great nail salon! I’ve been to others and had decent service but here at Lovely Nails they really want you to have a great experience! I’ve been coming back here for the last five months for two weeks and have seen Mai and Lucy. Both excellent nail technicians!!! Even the owner did my nails once and he did a great job. I love their remodeled salon.

This was my 5th trip to Lovely Nails, and I am never disappointed . Amy suggested the dipping powder, and she does such a wonderful job that I have continued with it. Mei did my pedicure, and it was so relaxing. She got rid of my dryness and callouses painlessly. It had been a stressful week and this visit was a much needed treat.

Ive tried a lot of other salons around the area and never go back. This is my fourth visit. The service is excellent, the prices are fair, and the staff are all incredibly nice. I also bring my husband in for pedicures ans they do an outstanding job. Highly recommended!

This is my second time at this location and to say the least I am not satisfied. Mr.Tony has argued with me each time I have visited and as someone who works as a customer service rep, this behavior is unacceptable. He has gotten an attitude with both me and my mother. My mother was happy with her service with mei and so I decided to give this location another chance. Mr. Tony you have your wish and I will not be returning. Im aware that this one review does little to effect your company and brand, however I hope it serves to improve your customer service skills.

My mom and I have been going to this salon on a regular basis for over a year and will not go anywhere else. Many other regulars have been loyal customers for many many years. Tony and Amy are fantastic and all of the techs do a wonderful job! They have so many fresh colors to choose from for regular polish, shellac and powder and also a variety of pedicures to choose from. We have never been disappointed! Definitely pay them a visit and you will become a regular.

My pedicure was awesome. Kyle worked so hard to take care of my toes. They have a mind of their own and move on their own accord. Kyle worked diligently to make them perfect!!

As far as first impressions, its a large well designed nail salon. They offer wine and soda to drink. Their prices are not outrageous but higher than Id like. I did enjoy my pedicure. However.... While sitting in the massage chair a lady comes over and wants to do my manicure... At the same time. It would have been very awkward and I said I will wait. Its not like they were busy. When I did get my nails done the gentleman was very distracted and did a subpar job. At no time were my friend and I asked if we wanted designs. We didnt even realize until we left. Also, we nearly fell a few times because the floors were insanely slippery. 4 days later my polish is already chipped. Oh well.

I had Nikki and Tee (maybe spelling their names wrong) Tee is due for her baby boy in April😁...from moment I stepped in the staff was kind helpful and this being my 1st time ever having a pedicure and manicure in my life, I was a bit nervous,,now Im already planning to return in few weeks,,,the pampered care to my beat up feet and legs sold me on the fact that I work daily, stress, bills weekly... I deserve and will take from now on a day or two each month for myself,,,,hopefully more often.....TO SUM UP MY EXPERIENCE....THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS AND YOU CAN TELL AND FEEL IT!!!!

I was needing a new salon to use and I tried lovely nails out and the second time I went to get solar nails and got a horrible nail fungus. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I have NEVER had this happen before. I went to complain and the male manager wouldnt let me talk and said I bumped my nail and it was my fault that I got a fungus. His excuse made no sense what so ever. Every time I would try to talk he talked over me and told me to buy nail fungus remover. Im so mad because I have tried everything and Im going on week three and I can not get rid of it. The manager was rude and didnt want to hear it. I will not be back and I told all of my family and friends who go there to never go back. 😠😠

So I have read a lot of reviews on here and they probably are great at nails, but if you are looking for wax sercives then try somewhere else. I went in to have my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. To begin with its pretty uncomfortable to need these services but then they put me in a little room with another lady watching to whole thing. The lady that did wax me was so rushed I walked out with half a mustache and still the same chin hair on my face.

Today I had a shellac french manicure and pedicure. They did a great job on my nails!! I had to bring my very talkative 7 year old son with my appointment with me and the ladies were super patient!! I couldnt have asked for a better experience given the circumstances.

I am in town for the holiday season and had an AMAZING experience while visiting family! My mother in law has been getting her nails done her for years by a lovely lady named kaylin. Kaylin was able to fit me on Christmas Eve. She is so personable and kind and helped me choose Christmas colors and took her time on all the details. I am very picky on my nails and she did amazing without making me feel anything short of a pampered customer. Wish I lived here so I could be a regular, but now I know when I am come I got town and need someone who to go to! Thanks for the great experience!

After trying out many nail places in the are, I finally found The One! Its beautiful and clean inside this salon with many beverage options. My nail tech was so precise on every single nail and took her time to give me exactly what I wanted! I will not be going anywhere else anymore. Not impressed :( I went by to get a soak off of acrylic nails. This was my first time there. I was rushed. They use that nail to peel off the acrylic. I said ouch please stop it’s painful... he seemed annoyed at my request. Now one nail is broken and hurts a lot. Will not return. Not high quality care for potential customers.

This was my second time getting my nails done here. The first time Jenny did my nails and she did a great job. This time I got Julie and she was equally great! I actually tried to make an appt with Jenny, but I called the wrong nail place, so I missed out on that appt with Jenny, but I love Julie, too. I highly recommend Lovely Nails. They are all very nice, and the atmosphere is very welcoming! Plus, I like a nail place where they dont just want to do what you say, they will tell you their opinion if they think you should choose a different type of polish, color or design. I trust their expertise and respect that they dont just tell you what you want to hear.

Went here a couple of days ago, it was my first time coming. Not even a week I had my nails and one had already broken off. I asked for coffin shaped nails and the shape could’ve been better, some nails weren’t straight. Needless to say I will not be returning. Even though my nails weren’t great, the place is very nice and has a good up keep.
