This place is not the move, yes theyre very nice, and the place isnt dirty per say, but unkept and could be a lot cleaner..(they dont sanitize anything in-between clients but the pedicure bowl). Also, I came prepared with 3 different design style photos, which they said they could deliver but after trying each style one by one (on one finger to see how I liked it), I quickly realized that they couldnt deliver to my liking. My nails were rushed through,. had some dents (until I had to come back right after leaving to point it out to be fixed) as well as messy work (paint that we didnt even use, I found on the side of my fingernail, not to mention for some reason now my skin is pealing a lot around my finger nails and some toenails, I have never had the issue beforehand. One week later, 3 of my fingernails, each cracked off at the sides from within the acrylic and broke off. I called to let the manager know that it was a poor job done and that I was disappointed,. not expecting anything in return but maybe an apology on their behalf,.. and they replied We dont know what you do at home, we not fix it, you have to pay. I paid $150. never again. (photos attached)!!

I came here for a regular mani/pedi and the nail tech convinced me to get gel manicure as it will last longer. She did a good job on my pedicure but then she handed me to someone else to do my nails. The other employee seemed very displeased and it seemed like she was not happy to “take another customer” she did a very sloppy job my nails. she was rushing and my nails look like they were painted on by a 10 yr old. Not only I had to pay extra for gel which they claimed will last long. But their products are so cheap that it’s only been 2 hours since i got home and it’s already chipped. So much for wanting perfect nails for a vacation i was looking forward to. Very bad experience. Never coming here again and recommending all my family and friends not to come here.

I was extremely happy with the result, I went to get shellac, I explained what I wanted and I got what I wanted, the price was really good for the quality I got. I love my local nail salon. The ladies are very friendly and work so diligently. Im never there longer than an hour and get my shellac full set nails and pedicure done. Even when they are busy, they work so quickly to serve their customers.

Very unsatisfied with my manicure. I had to get acrylics soaked off and the remover left my hands peeling and cracky. They were short staffed and rushing and my nail tech switched to do others nails while doing mine. She worked extremely fast and I felt like I didn’t get what I paid for. Paid $25 for a manicure that took 5 mins. Very disappointed.

I asked if she could paint a peppermint on my big toe she said yes then got mad because it didnt come out right and I asked her to do it over she said she couldnt because other people were waiting .. she should have ask someone else if they could do it or told me that she couldnt do it in the first place... so I got ugly stripes that dont look good..I shouldnt have had to pay at all .I know some people would have made a seen or something but Im not that way I just wont go back and Ive gone there like 10times already and never had a problem..😤😠👎I only tipped her because the pedicure massage was good

JUST got my sisters nails done . They are FLAT and inconsistent . My sister went to show me her nails and the women threw the upper half of her body as she didn’t have time for us . She did this 2 other times . It wasn’t the worst experience but I definitely wouldn’t come again . The price and the product sure don’t match .

Came here last week per my friend’s recommendation. My friend is correct. Very satisfied with the result. Friendly, nice and very attentive service. My gel full set was just perfect, no complaints at all. Also their price is comparable with other salons I ‘ve been too, actually better.

I called to make a appointment on 5/8/20 for the following day since I know the new norm since covid would be different. I set up my appointment for 6pm for 5/9/20, I stopped by earlier around 2pm just to confirm I still had an appointment the lady said yes. I arrive at 6:01 with my husband because he gets a pedicure there also and to my surprise it was 8 people waiting to get there nails done. So I asked what about my appointment she said you go wait in the car these people were 1st. I asked well why did you make us have an appointment when you have a full house. She got snappy and said you just have to wait. I then explained this is not great customer service and then you have 5 people sitting in chairs that’s not social distancing !! She said you can leave, her attitude has always rude and snappy. I will never go back to this business and I’ll tell anyone that listen to never go there again. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and I don’t have my nails done and I followed there rules and still was not provided a service!!! 3 yrs as a customer doesn’t nothing here BEWARE

NEVER coming back to this place!!!! This nail salon uses cheap products (powder tips etc) and ur nails crack peel chip and loosen THE NEXT DAY!!!!! Then they have the audacity to charge you AGAIN for slipshod work THEY did in the first place. ZERO STARS

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years now, but today I really didnt like the service, the lady worked so fast on my feet that she took like 10 min on my pediAnd I got a parapedi,I really like the place but this is the second time this as happend,I paid 35 for a bad service, my feet look and feel the same,hope next time they care more about the quality of the services and not the money

Do not waste your money here. Went here 8 days ago & got a new full set of acrylics & a shellac pedicure. They charged me $20 more than I normally pay!! I don’t mind paying for quality but this is NOT worth what I paid. I showed the tech the length and shape I wanted. After correcting her THREE times, I settled for what they were - it was close enough. But then...After only a little over ONE week, I already have one broken nail & THREE nails are already lifting. I will never, ever be back.

I never give reviews. Today, as I am enjoying the best pedicure/massage I’ve had in a very long time, I thought I need to post a great review for Lee when I get out of this chair. She speaks English well enough to know what I want and has great hands for a fantastic massage. Ask for Lee and tip her well, I’ve no doubt you will feel the same way mid-pedi!

I came here based on reviews and supposedly on the awesome they have on facebook, needless to say who ever did my nails did not a good job, she tried but at the end I have bumps, and air bubbles on some of my nails. They arent filed properly on the sides, its just a bad job all together, you can see the lines from the filing underneath the gloss coat. Its just a bad nail job.

Tried this place out for the second time. I wont waste my time again. Both times were less than par. First time was a quick color and it was messed up before I even got out of the parking lot. Second time was a solar set with color (not shellac). $45 and I expect my nails to look close to perfect. I have color all over my cuticles and missing spots of color. I hope they shut down soon.

Trust me the reviews are legit. Im new to the area and I went against all the reviews and tried this spot for myself. I asked for a mani/pedi I was told to have a seat in a chair that wasnt clean. Finally after 20 minutes the nail tech decides she would add water in a dirty BOWL. I told her to clean it before I put my feet in there. She did a quick wipe down then said I GET LINING FOR YOU.After my pedi which turned out AWESOME by the way. I began my mani. I was convinced to get a SHELLAC polish #244 which I advise no one to get. I was told the polish would last 2 weeks. They was wrong because I was back on Tuesday. Mind you its 4 days later, the tech that did my nails blamed me for the polish coming up. He accused me of lifting my polish when I got home and my nails grow to fast. We argued until he redid my nails with a different color.Like I told him ME NO COME BACK. I rather give my money to a place with great service and a clean facility. Luckily I live near by to get my nails fix. If I didnt I would have taking a lost on my nails.Good luck with you decision, if I could give them a 0 I would!!!

I never leave bad reviews but in this case i feel like i have to...I gave this nail salon more chances than it deserved. My first problem were that the ladies that work there where always rushing their work which led then to do a sloppy job with my acrylic nails. Im not a picky person but they where really bad and I had to let the lady know. But when I told her she give me a nasty look and ignored me. She did attempt to fix them but you could tell she didnt put a lot of effort into it as they still looked the same.After a week i went back because my nails were already coming off, I decided to give them another chance (the main reason being that only live about 3 minutes away) and got a mani pedi.They did my hands and feet, but the lady that was working on me kept coming and going as she was working on me and another woman. She charge me as my pedi was drying and after that she never came back to check on me. And when I payed I didnt even get a thank you or for come again, only a mad stare and not even a goodbye..I always tip but this time I didnt. IM NEVER GOING BACK.(I always spend about $100 there and thats not including tip ) after that horrible experience I went to a different nail salon that was only a few minutes further and WOW what difference. Their services were much better and they honestly put this nail salon in shame.
