Nice technician mails and toes great very detailed will come again.

UpdateI gave a good review the first day . My nails looked great .This taught me a lesson . I will never put a review in the same day I get my nails done. In 4 days my nails started lifting and hurting. I had to get nail glue to put them back on . I always washed my hands a lot . I will give them another chance . I made a appointment and was there on time. I waited 45 minutes before the lady owner Mary started. I notice she schedule other clients at the same time and didnt write anything down. She stop several times doing my nails. I got my feet done as will, by another nail technician . She was ok . I only received 2 designs and ombre on my hands and pink and white on my toes. It took over 4 1/2 hours. In 2 days my nails where lifting and hurting again... I am not a new person to manicure and pedicure. I been going to another nail salon for over 16 years and the only reason I was searching for another nail shop because the new owners kept increasing their prices. I always washed my hands several times and my nails never lifted at the other nail salon. That was my last day going back to lotus nails . I found another nail salon . The new nail salon I recently found the technician were very professional, timely, he did a fantastic job and my nails been on for a week without any problems... I work very hard and will spend my money where I will get great service. Lotus lady owner Mary needs more training, teaching on organization, being professional and good nail glue.

The dip cracked same day (had to cut ny nails, will let them grow and go somewhere else) but the service was good very friendly, maybe if you are getting any other service it will be better. The design on the nails were freehand and actually super cute amd thats the reason for the 3 stars. I would give it 1 or 2 for the dip cracking like it did the same day considering I get the dip because usually last longer than gel.

I was a loyal customer went to the Owner Amy to get my nails done several times spending over a hundred dollars. The last time she did my nails she cut, my skin/cuticles to the point I was bleeding, my nails were unevenly shaped, they were also to thick it was just HORRIBLE and I really feel as though it was done out of spite from a dispute we had in the past but AMY will never do my Nails Again...Spent too much $ to get terrible service...Never Again!!!

I’ve been coming to Mary for 5 years and she never ever disappoints! Joseph gives the best pedicures and foot massage. I’ve gone to other places but its not the same and thats why I always come back. Thank you for the pampering!

Made an appointment for 4pm and didn’t get attended to until 5pm, by which I was no longer able to stay and get the services done. Professionalism then lacked after I denied services.

They are just okay... I think its way too overpriced for the work they put out. I got these done today and my feet which costed a total of $48.00 these nails are worth maybe $15 and not 25 dont think I will be returning

Love this place. My mom loves Ms. Mary and recommended me to her. My nails lasted for over a month and as long as youre respectful they treat you with respect. Love that! Love them! Definitely going back!

This is my 2nd time going to this location and I wont be going back. I asked for french nails with very little white and the owner insisted I get them the way she wanted. Nails were crooked and just ugly. There was 2 different people working on them which 1 appeared to be training. She went super slow. My 1st experience was okay but the last time I will ever go here. I hate my nails and the service provided.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm but I arrived at 3:35pm. The ladies scheduled to do my pedicure and manicure were not ready until 4:30pm. I had a 5:30pm reservation so I had to leave and was unable to receive either of the services.

They were so careful in everything. Love their careful clipping. Found home

My cousin loves this place but I have horrible experience every-time. It’s like they put as little coating( acrylic ) on top and my nails always break it chip. Twice before vacation it’s happened. I don’t recommend this nail shop at all !!!!!

I think I really go to this nail salon because they treat me like family. Mary does the best nails and lashes and Ann does the best pedicure. I have to go every 2 weeks just to get that experience.

I have been going here for many years.

So one of the women cut up my cuticles with the drill while I was getting a refill where to I was bleeding in two fingers done this past Saturday. She was also pressing too hard with nails to tuck my skin under the nail so she can file. I mean HARD. My hands were hurting me by the time she finished.My hands hurt for three days and I am also a diabetic, so wounds take longer to heal. I told Mary, who is the owner, about what she did to me, and all she did was apologize. I still had to pay full price. Obviously does not care about her customers and what her employees does for them. So if anything happens to you at the nail salon or you arent satisfied expect to pay full price regardless. Ridiculous
