Diane did an amazing job! She did exactly what I wanted and they turned out amazing! I Will most definitely be returning!

My toes are 2 shades of red 3 coats on 1 foot 2 coats on the other. Tech smudged my polish slipping on my flip flops then just added another top coat advising me you can’t see it. Service was ok not great.

Asked for a pedicure but she didn’t even give me a pedant just painted my toes and still had the nerve to charge me $34 for a pedi never got.

Love this nail salon the techs are very nice and attentive! They have never given me any issues with fixing my nails/ toes same day for free. I recommend this nail salon to anyone who misses how prices use to be! You can still get a $20 pedicure here and it is amazing! I got ombre nails done and loved them. I 10/10 recommend!

Don’t ever go there !! I went in for a simple refill with a simple color and had 2 people mess up! Owner I guess isn’t there. And they refuse to fix them! I have never had an experience like this before ! Not a single person cares to try to fix it only was trying to send me out the door to find another nail tech to fix! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE TOTAL OPPOSITE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Could be a little cleaner but thats just my normal place standard that Im used to i guess...they were nice enough

I been going to this place for almost 8 yrs and till this day; the staff treats me like I am just a number. The staff is rushing to get me out. There is something not done right on my feet and when I tell them they get mad and start talking in there language. When they do that is disrespectful because we don’t know if there talk about ourselves. I talked to the manager and still no difference. I am very dissatisfied I just want for my moneys to be worth and to be treated equally.

Went here with a friend some time ago and had the worst racist experience. The pedicure tech rolled her eyes at me, didn’t talk to me or respond when I asked questions, and rushed through my pedicure (maybe I 15 minutes and she was done). She then moved to a Caucasian customer...then she was all smiles, had small talk, offered her a drink and a nail pillow (she offered me nothing)...and took her sweet time. All while continue to eye me down and roll her eyes at me while I waited on my friend. Before the pedicure was over I asked her to stop and send a new tech...she didn’t ask why, didn’t say a word! She quickly got up and went to work on the other lady. You’ve been warned.

Awesome service! My go to salon in the Humble area. Shellac last three weeks and I do a lot of house work and typing.

I always get my eyebrows done here. They are done perfect every time & I always get the same lady. Shes super sweet, nice and polite.

I came on this Thursday afternoon. The place wasn’t busy at all, maybe 5 customers being serviced. I came in for a polish change & eyebrow wax. I sat and waited for quite some time, even though there were 2 techs servicing one person.Also, they spent my entire visit (>30minutes) speaking in their language to one another. They took no time to build rapport with clientele. It’s unprofessional in my opinion.

I only allow these ladies to do manicures and pedicures for me. They are friendly, fantastic and I have never had any problems with this place. Robin

Would feel more comfortable if they spoke in English after I asked a question. Ask a question in english then there is a big discussion amongst the other workers in a different language. Common courtesy.

I been coming here for years however they have favoritism on know how to treat clients. I don’t like that they are talking too much in there language. Makes me feel like that are talking about me. That is unethical. If they know you are not going o get a good tip the will not treat you right. And is unfair.

It was my first time trying this place. although they were very friendly & the place looks very nice inside- I dont like my nails as much as Id hoped I would. I did get a $50 set of nails, so it was a little disappointing. the edges around my nails are not crisp. its almost like it has excess acrylic on it that didnt get filed off, & Im constantly picking at it. The chevron on one accent nail looks more like waves.if youre one to get ANY design at all- this is not the place for you.

Never fails whenever I come to this salon to get my nails done, the next day they start lifting, cracking...I went Friday and my shellac is all blotchy, should have gotten another coating and I am about to loose two nails. SO SO SO SO disappointing!!!!! I do not feel they deserve even 1 star.
