I’ve been coming to her for two years now and I enjoy her professional yet personal interaction with me when I sit in her chair. We laugh, I cry, and we have heartfelt conversations that are so real. Elite Nails is my go nail salon and it’s definitely a place I go to not only to get pampered but to also just BREATH!

They are NOT detailist at doing acrylic nails.WORST place I have done my nails at!!!

Wife brought me to try after she previously visited. Staff is friendly. Very spacious. Love the massage chairs. Enjoyed the complimentary white wine. Received an Elite pedicure and reg manicure. All I can is that my hands and feet are very happy. Both ladies did an exceptional job with taking care of my nails. Will definitely return. Thank you!!

Love this place! They take great care of you and make sure your nails look the best. Ive never had to wait before and never have had to have an appointment they get you right away. They make sure your nails and toes match when trying to find the perfect color or if you want different things like dip nails and shellac toes. Highly reccomend!!

I love this Salon! Mindy has been doing my pedicures for almost 3 years. I followed her to different salons as well. This salon is the nicest and everyone is friendly. Most of them know me! If Mindy is ever out, I can go to anyone else, because I know they will do an amazing job!

My mom and I went on Monday for regular mani and pedi. When I called they said both for $35, once we got there they want us to upgrade to the hot towel and pushed a bit but I did agree and they accepted. Lisa was my manicurist, she was friendly, but did a HORRIBLE job, i.e. cuticles were poorly removed, nail polish was applied so thick that even after 20 min seated in their “drying” area it didn’t dry. At the beginning I gave her the benefit of the doubt (I could be the nail polish) and I told them I wasn’t satisfied with the result and show them they weren’t drying. Therefore, they asked me to pick another color and Lisa did my nails again. This time I looked closely and sure enough the way she applies the nail polish coats it make it too thick and the nail polish will not dry correctly. She “finished” her job, sat me in the drying area again and after 15 min (which typically they ask you to seat there for only 5 min) I touched my nails and same result, once you touched them they “wrinkle”... when back to her and asked her to remove off all nail polish. She applied a nail clear coat. I paid for this poor job (regardless the horrible job, I left her $5 tip) but needless to say we WONT go back!!! My mom’s nail job result was OK, but at least her nail polish dried after 20 min in the drying area. Oh by the way, my mom mentioned they applied lotion during her manicure, which Lisa didn’t do it. It can be the manicurist but I won’t risk it!

Went with a friend, we had reservations and the person we made reservations with Mindy is always amazing who did my best friends nails and toes. However, the person I had was rude and pushy to the point I refused to get my nails done. She didnt even really ask what I wanted she just did whatever. I will go back but only to Mindy! Shes amazing.

I love this salon. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. My nail tech and friend, Mindy, had been doing my nails for over 4 years. Ive followed her to many places. This salon is by far my favorite place. Lots of familiar faces here. Come visit this salon.... You wont be disappointed.

Before getting a pedicure i was told there is a student discount $20 less than usual, then received a $72 bill. none of my nails were even. woman rushed through them. i wasted hard earned money at this place. instant regret.

Awful service. Received a full-set on Friday to have one of my nails pop completely off on Wednesday. I went back on Wednesday and spoke to the owner I think her name is Heather who replaced my nail at no charge, however; her attitude was not nice and after she finished buffering my nail she just got up and left her station. I sat there for about another minute or two to see if she would return back but she didn’t. I left her establishment and will never return back. I will stick with Luxury Nails that the owner Kim treats her clients with respect and her prices are cheaper and way better service.

Came here because the great reviews but I see that through my experience are sometimes misleading. I got placed with the young girl who was very soft spoken, I explained what I wanted the shape length and everything. All I can say is she has poor technique and needs more practice. When she applied the powder to my nails the application was uneven and I kept telling her that but I guess she didn’t understand. And I wanted a square shape not square round, and she still managed to do square round.All of my nails are different sizes, and to top it off when I got home they were sticky, I came back to get them fixed and a different lady just buffed them and put a top coat on, prior to that she told me nothing was wrong with them 🙄! And SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE! I was shocked cause I’m the one who had to waist gas to drive back over here so where is this even coming from. Needless to say I will not be back!

Been here twice and both times, I was satisfied with the service here. Glad to find a nail shop on this side of town that I truly enjoy.

Lee is my nail tech. I text him make my appt and come in faithfully. My best friend and sister also come (drive a hour) to just have there nails done by lee or Sarah. Great customer service.

Called and explained what i wanted and day of appointment explained what i wanted and each time i was quoted the same price. While paying for my nails i was told the price was $24 more than original quote. Never will i return here. Underhanded practices. Honesty really is the best policy.

All but one nail on my left hand were all crooked. They are friendly but the job they did could have been way better .

Not worth it. Got a full set and it was bad. Nails where thick and bulky. Had nail polish everywhere. The lady that was rude and mean . Fml now i have to get them taking off because they look crazy.

The young guy with the ponytail was really nice and did a great job. BUT My mom sister and I went to get mani/pedis for all of us. My sister is 16 so we go to check out to get allotted price for her combo and they accuse us of lying, going back and forth about it in their language, laughing and asking for ID because she doesnt look 16. She goes to private school and doesnt have a drivers license so she doesnt have an ID. We found that very rude and uncalled for. Will not be returning.

Kinda pricey and if you go an hour before closing they rush. Also make sure you as if they can actually do that design before hand. One lady couldnt even do ombre

Walked in and worked said come back I asked her the time and she said just come back and didnt put a time on it.

I went in for shellac ..that night 2 nails completely came off..Im a flight attendant and flew out for work called and told them and they told me if I came back today theyd fix for me..I explained that Im out for 4 days on a trips she said she couldnt do anything for me ..so I disputed it with my Visa 😤
