The lady at the first desk on the left was very rude and aggressive. Very unprofessional, I got a full set and she complained that I didn’t know what Color I wanted. I asked her for her opinion on which color I should get as I feel a lot of girls do. And she told me “I don’t know, it’s your hand”!! I just did not enjoy the customer service!

So first off I have been here before! I didnt know if it was just the person or what the first time. But nope its them I gave a 2nd chance hoping it would be different. Alright so I came here wanting it like the 2nd picture.. clearly not what I got on the 1st picture. So Im standing outside waiting for my ride and of course I see just how glittery it is so I go in and I was like can you please make it darker at least we have to much glitter not really what I wantHe said yes for 30 dollars I was like really. First off the first time they did it, it was really light they put the gel which made it the glitter but this still isnt dark enough on the display it looked really dark. thats now how it turned out at all. Then you can see he didnt even put the gel on the whole nail. Like I am really disappointed they charged me 40 dollars and i dont even get how they are not worth this at all. Just so very upset and cant believe they wanted to charge me more to fix their mess up. Yes I said yes to the colors but they are not displayed well at all! Will never come here again.

This was the worst manicure i have ever gotten in my entire life. Stained skin around my nails. Gel polish sealed to my fingers and up onto my cuticles. They wouldnt appologize or give a refund. I left in tears and am so upset to be in public with these utter failures of fingers...this was an awful place. The owner of the store yelled at me and one employee called me a picky b**ch

My friend and I walked in I ask for metallic polish, looks like I did black nailpolish with extra glitter. On my friend she ask for layover ended up with some other work, and on top of that she had on red nailpolish it was all over her skin and hand. Never again

They offer manicures, BUT you have to get powder or shellac. Me personally wanted polish I was told no, and argued with by the wife and husband. DO NOT USE THEM.. my one lady was amazing, unfortunately I wont be using these folks again!!!!!!

The first 2 visits I had a great experience. Eric did a full set for me with gel both times and I loved them. On today he was doing someone’s feet and Crissy assisted me. She was speaking low and I couldn’t make out what she was saying which after asking her to repeat herself she was asking “were they gel or polish, did I want them cut down etc” I guess she was having a bad day or annoyed from having to repeat herself because she rolled her eyes and she her head! The energy was so bad I asked “what’s wrong?” And she looked up and I just willed away and told her never mind because she has an attitude. If I would have known that she was that way I could have just waited for Eric. But they loss a customer all together! Very rude

I have been to this place several times and the mother, daughter and sons are the rudest. I can say that the father is welcoming. When you walk in they just stare no greeting at all. The daughter sits and talks about customers non stop and the quality of work is not great. The only reason why I would go there is because Heavenly Nails would be packed. Customer Service is trash and Ill do my own nails before returning to this place. I see why the children are so rude they get it from the mother.

Absolutely disrespectful husband of the owner there are better places to go to where you can get treated better. After going to this place for over five years I was told they would no longer do my nails because they refuse to keep their appointment times and treat their customers with respect

Love this place! They have the best, friendly customer service any customer can ask for. They are very accommodating, they take their time and treat you with the upmost respect. Ive been going now for a few years and they have never cut me short on treatment.

Great place for everything! Everyone is super nice and EVERYTHING is affordable. They have mood changing color shellac and its AWESOME! Ms. Cindy is whom Id recommend for nails! Five stars super all around service.

I was looking for a new place and read the reviews and decided to give them a try, from the moment i walked in they greeted me right away, i love how they have a large selection on shellac. Amy took care of me and she was great! My pedi was on point, she did an amazing job!

I tried one place in Humble...Hannahs Nails and was horrified by the lack of attention to cleanliness and using sterile tools. As soon as I found Nails 4 You, I felt comfortable, like I was at home but in a much more comfortable chair! 😉Now I feel like Im going to hang out with friends who do fantastic work on my nails and being new to pedicures, I Still feel like a princess while they do there work on my feet. I am definitely the most judgemental person I have ever met and I will never go anywhere else.

In my opinion, Amy is the best pedicurist in the salon. Thats why I always give her $8-$10 tips! Shes amazing and super friendly.

A verbal fight broke out between the women doing my nails and the women doing my feet. Although, I couldn’t understand what they were saying I understood the body language. The manager had to come back and defuse the situation. The women doing my nails forgot to finish the shellac on my left hand and today there are little bubbles forming on all of my nails.

Lets just say. They rushed just about everything. My polish came off the exact same day. They had an argument with a customer who had a similar experience. The ppl writing reviews are probably their regulars who go to the one lady (not sure her name) every time. I would hope they changed something by now but I doubt it as this was 2nd time giving them a try and nothing changed on this visit either. Also my cousin was a regular and she stopped going to them as well because the lady put the gel polish on her nails that changes colors and she asked the lady to not put anything that was bright or resembled blood and she did it anyways, with no apology or anything. She told her she would have to come back to get it changed instead of redoing them. The next day she went back to get it changed and they didnt remember the conversation about asking her to come back so they charged her for take off and to repolish her nails. Its a shame bc they are in a very convenient area.

Best Nail shop, this is a true nail shop . The quality, the environment and the service is awesome !I had moved away and I’m so sad because it’s so far, but when I’m always in town to visit I come get my nails done and get my eyebrows waxed . Wish there were more businesses ran this way !

A bit pricey, they do an OK job. I will be looking else where for a refill of color powder that costs less than 25$ if I cant find same powder then Ill go back. Nice setting and all.

These are my ladies. Everyone here is so nice. I am a regular so they know me an my mom. I have been coming here for the last 3 years. I drive from Magnolia area due to I recently moved 2 years ago an wouldn’t change it! Christy an her mom are wonderful. Christy gives me a different nail look every time since I can never make my mind up lol even the pedicure ladies

I have always had steller service here. The staff is supper friendly some times a bit hard to understand. My wife and I go here all the time or when i can afford to yreat ourselves.

Not sure what happened but after 10yrs of coming to the same person for my nails, feet,eyebrows, eyelashes not mention all the people Ive referred over the years I walk into her HER SHOP and she wont even greet me much less look at me she looks at everyone else and speakes and walks right past me I say wowwww,Ive always spent my money RIGHT here and with this kinda attitude maybe I should go somewhere else where I feel abit more welcomed.I guess people change.

A bad job. They are not the same size. I asked him to fix them because I asked for them to be square and to put more material on him and they started talking to each other and he didnt do what I asked. Terrible place I do not recommend it. I am not coming back.
