They over charged. Me, my sister, and grandmother went to get our nails done the ladies that did my sisters feet and grandmothers feet where very rude. The guy that did there nails where really messed up.My grandmothers shellac nail polish is coming off after only having her nails done 2hours ago 🤔Lilly nails 💅 will never receive our business again. At one point they were Good dont understand what happen to them very very bad service!!!

I wanted POWDER COLOR on my nails everyone know that it’s cheaper than shellac nails but just as pretty two woman their (not Lily) lied to me and said that they didn’t have any powder color just shellac… I believe that this was done to charge me more… I was tricked and lied to just so that they could as get much as they could for my service..while washing my hands I noticed that they were lying to me I looked to the right there’s a shelf on the wall full of powdered colors they also had a basket of powdered color example nails so that you could pick the color you want The examples were never presented to me I requested powdered nails they pretended that shellac was the only option

Very sweet and polite. No pain whatsoever. They are very gentle and ask what your preferences are. They just got new massage chairs.

Lee is absolutely wonderful!!! He’s been doing my nails since I started going to Lily’s. I’m very picky when it comes to my hands I love the fact that once you let him know what you like you never have to say it again! He’s fantastic, very experienced and professional. We developed a great professional relationship. He can do ANYTHING you show him!!! This is absolutely the PERFECT place to go open on sundays as well.... ALL THE STAFF IS SO SWEET AND KIND!!!! Try them I promise you’ll never have a disappointed experience!♥️

My nails are so ugly and thin. Different shapes and def not worth what I paid (yes I did tip b/c a service was done) but these are by far some of the worse nails ever and I wish I could post pics so you could see. Smh first and last time trying this salon for a set of nails

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past two months and I got nail fungus on my finger nails!!!!! They’re not clean 🧼 don’t bother in coming back all the wasted money I spent on these services. I’ve never had nail fungus!!!!

Bad service, they didn’t want to soak up my nails instead he start take it off with the drill tool... it was till he hurt my nail twice I make him to stop and do it. And for the money they change?! No thanks! Never again.

Andy did a spectacular job on my nails!!I needed a basic acrylic fill, & 2 nail repairs... Did a sparkle French with regular nail polish... $25 total

I walked into the nail salon and asked to get a pedicure. My daughter was getting a full set and I wanted to get my nails done at the same time. I was passed over by three nail technicians then was sat at a pedicure station. I waited on that service for over one full hour and STILL no one came to assist me. Finally, I left the pedicure chair after waiting so long and that is when someone finally asked if I was ok... I told her no I am not ok ... I had been waiting over an hour and no one has begun my pedicure so forget it...I do not recommend this establishment. Staff is rude and treat clients poorly.

Went in Tuesday for mothers day weekend nails started to break on Thursday and no one can help because its only one person who can do nails

Love this place...Theresa is my daughter n I nail tech...she designs n etc just like we want it...we are always very satisfied customers!!!We go faithfully every 2 weeks and never have a problem with nails cracking, breaking, coming off, or even lifting when I had to wait 4 weeks due to work schedule!!!All the techs at this location are nice n welcoming...💯💯💯

The wife and I come here all the time.. She gets her nails and i get my feet done.. Staff always great and you can ask them anything about the work theyre doing.. They make you feel very comfortable..

I went a couple weeks ago to get my feet done, first I asked the lady doing my friends feet if she could redo it cause I didn’t like how they came out then she laughed and called the guy that messed my feet up to remove my polish and redo it cause it was poorly done. He cut my toe nails down poorly and my polish just looked horrible. I proceeded to pay and leave after a couple days my toe started to hurt and is swollen and all red like it is infected I will never go back to this place

I had the best experience relaxing while getting a pedicure. I made an appt at 10 a.m. & was promptly seen upon arrival. Rhe place was immaculate & every employee & customer were wearing masks keeping us all safe. I will be returning.

The whole experience was phenomenal! Treated so well from being greeted at the door to the end of my deluxe spa pedicure. Kim was very thorough and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Since I have moved to Humble this has been my permanent spot to get my nails done and I never have a problem until Tony did my nails, his shaping is terrible, and he rushes his job. Everyone else has always done my nails the way that I want though! I highly recommend going there just don’t let him do your nails

Took my mom to get a manicure and my dad to get a pedicure and they treated them excellent. We are new to Humble so went based off the Google search results blut we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend the place.

I like going here because they are clean and do a great job. The prices arent the lowest but they arent high either, I think the price reflects the service. Unfortunately everyone likes going here and they dont have a large staff so the wait can be long. I dont recommend going on a Saturday, it can be a longer than normal wait. I suggest daytime during the week. I have good experience with them.

I go because its close to my house and I can get a quick mani pedi for a good price. They usually do a decent job. But today even though my powder dip was good, the paint on my feet is almost gone in some areas..I didnt notice that the polish disappeared on some of my toes I just concentrated on the big toe and he added a third coat...I have small toes but seriously I should at least have some paint stay on.

I have been to this place 3 or 4 times. The first time I was pleased with the service I received. The second time I came I asked for a refill with ombre style nails. The lady who did them did a mediocre job. I could see where the old nail was. Didnt file them down. Didnt offer to cut my nails down. Very displeased with that set..My last visit. And will be my last.. I came in asking for a full set and a pedicure. I got into the chair and as soon as the lady started working on my feet I made her aware I was in a bit of a time crunch and would like my nails to be worked on with my feet. She told 2 ladies behind her who were working on other customers of my request. I ask about 10 to 15 min later about my nails because still no one came to touch my hands. The lady working on my feet asked again and got no response. So finally about 25 min into my visit the lady asked if I wanted my nails done. I declined because the limit I had on time... she became aggressive in her tone as she explained to me she didnt understand what I was asking for and she wanted me to enjoy my pedicure before working on my hands. Then I see one of the workers come out of the back room as if she was on a break or something.Very disappointed in this place. I should have taken my business to my first mind.. Heavenly nails.I will not be back..

Called the day before and made an appointment and when I arrived, the nail technician I had an appointment with was working on another customer. The owner said sit down, wait and she would be with me shortly. After sitting the 5 mins, I noticed the technician had just started on the customer. I believe if you take the time to schedule an appointment it should be honored. Mine was not. I told the manager I was not going to wait, she asked when would I come back and I said I didnt know. Nevertheless, I will not be returning. Poor customer service.

They do not listen to what you are asking for as the customer. They do not offer any advise or suggestions in matching colors for mani/pedi. They aren’t friendly and the salon is overall dirty and needs cleaning. Close to $100.00 spent and still not satisfied. I will not return.

I gave them a second chance since the first time I went late, this time the acrylic is all over my cuticles, plus I went for refill and they dont have the same color available. I looked for another one and he dont even try to match them. For full set (45.00) and now the refill (30.00) for a very short nails. Not again

I loved it around Christmas time in December they do free designs the one lady I was with was very nice wasn’t over talkitive just said things like how was your day didn’t go into detail or anything Just overall really nice I LOVED IT WILL BE RETURNING TO GET MY NAILS DONE AGAIN.

I went in on November 2017, I had a pedicure, and full set of nails, Tammy did the pedicure, I have no complaints with her, she was awesome, but I do however have a complaint with my nails, a lady named Linda did them and first she tried convince me to get more expensive nails (3 or 4 times), she put the wrong size of tip on several of my nails, I told her but she said I was wrong, then she was dripping acrylic all on my fingers, she cut the sides of my nails so short that she kept burning me with the file, I also told her I have a baby so they could not be sharp on the edges, needless to say they are super sharp, (I am not a professional) but I had to keep telling her what she was doing wrong, the end result is: I have very sharp edged nails, on some of my nails it is filed down further than the other side, I have acrylic residue under several nails, the sides of 3 of my nails are peeling off in little pieces (not sure why) 2 of the nails are lopsided due to too much acrylic that was not sanded down on top. Needless to say she really did a poor job. ( my daughter sees Lily and Ruby, and likes their work very much)Update: After 2 days of having my nails 2 of them broke, 1 was when I was pushing the button to roll down my car window, so I had it, I called Lilly and complained, she told me to come back, once I got there she told me I had them for almost a week, I told her I had them for 2 days only, I told her about everything (including that I had wrote a bad review)she told Linda to go back and fix them, I showed one of the girls there (that didnt know that their salon had messed them up) what went wrong with my nails and asked what could have happened, she told me the wrong size tip was put on, and that the sides had been filed down too far. But Linda fixed all of them for me (of course with no charge)!!!

Highly recommend this place! Lilly is great for mani & hanna is awesome for pedi!!! I will be coming back!!!

Found a place to do my nails FINALLY!!! Love this place!!! Lily took her time on my nails and Im picky... Never go anywhere else EVER. I also love 30 min away so that says a lot.

This is the second time being here because its only 10 minutes from my home. Ruby is amazing at nails but when it comes to pedicures they suck have been with 2 different nail techs and the both were not good they just throw soap and water on your feet be call it a pedicure ! Definitely considering NOT going back !

I think there was a language barrier but had a really bad pedicure there. Like the worst in a very long time. The shape is really bad because she cut the toenails way too short and theyre not all the same or similar. They were very polite and apologetic but as far as quality--it was poor.

Customer service sucks I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The owner wont even do a pedicure customer so if you have been there for hours she will take people that come in after you to do nails instead of taking care of the customer that has been waiting for a pedicure
