I got “The first class” pedicure with shellac for $50 and got each toe nail painted a different color. Which was hard for me to pick and keep up with five numbers of my color choice! Kim was very helpful. I asked for more hot water, she heard me and politely turned the water up to my liking! I have no complaints here! The customer service here was well tipped. Been coming here for about 10 years. Today was my last day for sure. $82 for shellac toes and fingernails. I’m guessing quality was separately. 🙄

The pedicure I received was great. My technician was kind and personable and she made my feet feel much better than when I arrived. The polish job she did on the other hand was not good at all. In addition to the shaky polish job I believe the lacquer she used had been thinned too much and contributed to how bad it looked just an hour after leaving the shop. I will most likely return for a pedicure, but just polish my toenails myself.

I decided to try this salon because my sister was to inpatient to wait at another salon and this location only had a 15 min wait on busy Saturday afternoon. Im so happy I tried it out! I have black powder nail polish on my nails and have been told by many salons I would have to stay with a dark color, which Ive been wanting to change. This was the first salon that said they could go to a light color! And they have the largest selection of powder, gel and shellac I have ever seen. I was very impressed. Best part is the young lady who greets you, great customer service. She was happy to help anyone pick out a color (it was hard with so many choices) and I had a ton of questions she answered in detail. Anywhere else I have been has given me short yes or no answers that seemed like they were just saying whatever to get more money. I am so happy with the service here, I plan on going here from now on!

Be sure you know what you’re getting into when you make a purchase here. Be very very certain they understand you and you understand them.I asked for a manicure. I got something entirely different. When the guy initially started he looked impatiently irritated when he realized I asked for a manicure.I was charge 2 1/2 times what the service was worth. And my nails look snaggle tooth crooked.When they ran my card they refused to correct the charge. The lady pointedly asked if I was from out of town, and of course I am. I refused to sign and she said “well good luck”. They were still able to charge me for the transaction even though I didn’t sign.

I made an appointment for two pedicure for my mom and I. No wait they were ready us. Great selection of shellac, massage chairs with the capability to charge your devices. Good foot massage with spa pedicures. Mom said her feet were smiling... We had a good experience.

This was my first time going to Heavenly Nails on 1960 and I will not be returning. I felt she didnt know what she was doing and stop her Mid service due to her doing a poor job. (She didnt wrap the towel around my legs, she drape it across) she was doing a rush just for a $60+ service.

Today was my first time at this nail salon and I loved everything about this place. I will never go anywhere else. The customer service was outstanding and Jimmy did my nails and they look amazing. The place was also very clean!!

Looks really sloppy like someone that doesnt know what they are doing did it. She gave me a little hand massage which wasnt to bad but not happy with these nails at all looks sloppy.

I got my wedding nails done and absolutely so beautiful I had a set from a different placecan tell I went to somewhere a million times better

This place is very convenient for me clean and I love the shellac color choices they have but they are to expensive for the quality of work you get I have had much better for cheaper and definitely keep up with your service prices they go up once it’s check out time

Always wonderful! Early is best I in and out 40 minutes. Later, it is packed call for an appointment or be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes.

I am a very picky person. This salon is the ONLY place that does my nails exactly like I like them. The staff is very nice and the place is very sanitary.

Had my nails done today and absolutely am not satisfied with the service. Lee did my nails and I showed him a picture and told him what I wanted. He did not get close, I let him know I was unhappy with how they looked and he tried to argue with me on why they looked different but he redone them. Still turned out badly on top of it being poorly done (i.e. my nails had gunk all under them and were sticky). My cuticles also got several cuts on them from him.

Trash. It was a rush job and my polish is so uneven. My 3 year old niece couldve done a better job. I told them at the register I wasnt coming back because of the poor service, and he laughed, didnt even take my complaint seriously

The nail techs did a good job on my full set and pedicure however it is annoying that they keep trying to upsell you. When I decline the first time, dont keep pushing... I know what services I want to pay for. Then when I went to check out, the bill seemed a little high so I asked the lady at the counter to confirm the prices but she kept referring me to the nail tech as if she didnt want to contradict the prices. I used to come here regularly before COVID19 but Ive been doing my own nails during quarantine. I decided to come support this ocal business.. well needless to say, this is the last $$ theyll get from me.

I love love love the way Cindy does my nails. She is so quick yet so attentive. She always does exactly what I want and her acrylic is so thin and light everyone asks if they are my real nails. They also have a huge selection of dip powders.

I’m normally in & out but today has been the worst day for Heavenly Nails. Hire more people, more understanding people. I waited here for 2 hours & no one seen me until i was about to get ready to go. Older lady messed up my overlay and had someone come help. If u don’t know what your doing then you shouldn’t be working. I won’t come back until i get a understanding.

Kim is amazing. She listens to what her client wants. She makes suggestions as to how to improve your nail quality. I have been a client of Kims for two years and she has never failed me.

The absolute best nail salon there is! Troy is awesome and takes excellent care of me. My nails come out perfect every time. Troy can remove the old nails without any pain. He takes his time and is very gentle. He makes sure his work is perfect. My nails are always even an the shape is perfect. I wont go anywhere else.

Love my person spoke English. Had a conversation. Did a great job on my nails. Also did a great job on my niece nails. Different person did her nails did a great job on hers also. They were also fast then my old place I went to. They made sure my nails were dry before I left.

Total lack of communication by everyone. There were about ten employees at the time. I was told pick a color and sit down. I sat for at least half an hour. Then I was told to move to another chair where I sat for another fifteen minutes while they talked amongst themselves in their native language. I showed a picture of a simple French manicure with sparkle tips. She then informed me that wouldnt look good and proceeded to do them all in a nude pink. Not terrible looking but not what I asked for. She cut two of my fingers with the file and never said a word. Never asked if i liked the results. In fact, she got up, got her things and walked away while I was under the lamp. Saying nothing to me to indicate she was finished. Another one came over and slathered on an oil quickly and told me to go wash my hands. Then another said youre done now. Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid $45 for a look I didnt ask for and they dont care at all about their customers.

Very unprofessional skipped my grandmother twice when asked why they acted confused and only said “sorry” stopped doin my sisters nails for 10Minutes came back with no explanation. Chit chat to much & ignored when asking why multiple times till paying them.

I really understand the need to sell your packages or items to customers. But no means no! So once you give a firm no that is understood, your customer service experience just drops! I just wanted a regular pedicure and as I understand it’s not the top of line I do expect to get the service I pay for. The lady was sooo quick and moving so fast so when she went to put my polish on she waste on my slippers. And because I was getting my nails done at same time did not realize at first until she did again on next foot. So she attempted to clean it with remover which smeared the MK on my shoe. So I tell her and she was like oh I’m sorry....I clean I said you clean but you made worse. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if my son hadn’t just brought for me less than a week ago. She then offered for me to leave the shoes and she would order me another pair. Really? So imma go run the rest of my errands with these temporary slippers.... It’s just very annoying the lack of customer service and the urgency to push you out the door when your getting basic service. She finished my feet in like 20 minutes!

Went there once and before we started I told they guy I wanted jewels on one finger....he flat out told me no!Today, I go in there and ask for a design on one of my nails. I tried explaining it but I knew they had a model hand that hadbit on there. I asked to see the models and she told me she couldnt. Why? So I walked out.The customer service clearly SUCKS.

Nothing fancy bu they do really good nails here and are very affordable. My regular manicures with polish last at least a week.

I got a new set and 2 days later the entire tops where chipping off. I went back and the owner Mollie acted like she couldnt see the damage and terrible job that SHE did. She bullied me and treated me like I had done something wrong. Then she rudely said she would fix them and put tips over the damage leaving them WAY to long. Even after I told her they were too long she left them long. I was so over it I wanted out of there. She then CHARGED ME AGAIN $31.00 to fix the $45.00 new set I got 2 days before. She was so awful and mean to me and I was a regular customer. I will NEVER go back to that place. If I could give a negative star I would. Also her husband works there and she bosses him around like he is her puppy. Disgusting treatment.

Went here for a Pedi to kill time while waiting on a family member to come in at the airport. Service was amazing. Ana explained how to get the most bang for my buck. I am huge on customer service and she nailed it. Friendly staff, nice clean environment!

To start with I didn’t like my nails. I asked for long coffin and I got squared. My nails were uneven and looked like they needed a refill already. They blamed it for having short nails. But I always have short nails and back home they do my nails 10 times better. Heavenly Nails, you don’t deserve a 1 Star.

My first time there. I was immediately helped and got my pedicure with design. The lady that did my pedicure was nice, it was hard to understand her, but she was patient and understanding with me. She did a wonderful job. I just wish they had something on the TV instead of music. The next time I will be better prepared and bring a book to read.

Went in for lashes, my eyes burned so bad. I was left alone in the room to wait it out because Molly went back to finish her nails on her customer. I left and drove home with barely able to see from the burning, I texted Molly asking what to apply to make it better, she said put mascara on and no water and apologized but that she was busy with her customer. This is the ladt time I will ever visit this establishment. Terrible service!!

We went to heavenly nails and a lady named Helen attended us it amazed us how friendly she was when we walked in . My daughter wanted to do her nails a certain way so she showed Helen a picture, after showing her the picture Helen decided to us pictures of some nails she has done in the past . Trust me they were stunning, so of course my daughter trusted her with her nails . While doing my daughters nails she was so gentle which she was surprised because the past nails we would go to would always hurt her by cutting her and other stuff . When she was done with the nails we were amazed on how beautiful / gorgeous they came out looking . They looked exactly like the picture but better we will for sure be there again also we would recommend her to every single person we know .

I came as a walk in, my coworker praised this place so I said hey ok if they are that good I wanna go. Well I went and asked for matte black nails and got glossy and matte instead. The woman they had do my nails had no idea what she was doing at all. Then I had to pay $40 for them messing up my nails. Never going back ever again.

When Shawn was the lead I never had issues with service. Now that Molly is in charge her attitude is horrible, she doesn’t honor appt times it’s just terrible. Came in with my family after calling ahead of time. My husband and kid were to get a pedicure, however they were taken to the back only to not be seated and have 2 people come in after and quickly get seated. My appt was for 12:30, I waited until 1 to be seen only for Molly to get upset because now due to the time, I can only get a nail fixed instead of a refill. She decided she didn’t want to do that. So of course I left. Service is very important and since she has been in charge it has diminished. Her husband does try his best. Guess I will have to find another nail shop. Sad that long time customers are disrespected.

Great service. I kept telling my husband he needed to go but of course he kept resisting. He tried it abd had the heavenly pedicure. He loved it. he didnt feel uncomfortable and asked when should go back. Being diabetic he needs to take care of his feet. He had a ingrown toenail hurt very little he was very satisfied customer. I do his feet but I had sciatica for almost two so havent been able to tend to his feet.

I used to love this salon but it’s really gone down hill. Had my nails done there recently (full set, solid color, coffin shape) nothing out of the ordinary and I knew about 10 minutes into it that something was off. I’d list all the mistakes and red flags but it would be a book. I left there with the absolute worst set of nails I’ve ever had. They are too thin on the tips, too thick at the top. It’s a mixture between matte and shiny - it’s supposed to be matte. The shape at the top covers my skin in some spots and there’s still powder on my fingers and skin days later from where they missed my nail... they originally tried to grind it off with sandpaper and I had to tell them to stop. I made an appointment to get them fixed this weekend with my regular tech at another salon. Unfortunately, I wasted $50 here - I will never come back.

Anna is my girl!! Im not a girly girl so I like really natural colors and length. My first trip I told her what I liked and trusted her to take care of me and she so did!!! She always does excellent work for me. Ive went to other places because I live an hour away and I regret it everytime! Ill drive however far to have her do my nails.

Troy was wonderful and took good care of me after coming form another salon that made a mess of my nails. Worth every penny. Wonderful service. Clean salon. Can not say enough good things. Will be back.

My regular nail salon changed ownership so I was looking for a new one. I should have checked the date on the reviews. It was dirty, chairs were old and the employees were not very talkative or informative. I had to ask that the paper be changed on our chairs because they had not been changed in a while. When my nails were clipped, the towel was not folded over so when he put my leg down it was on clippings! When he went to clip my other foot he waited to get the clippers from the tech who was sitting beside me. Luckily it was my daughter but GROSS. Wonder if they had been sterilized? Will never go back. Hope I dont get a staph infection. I feel so dirty!

I will give 3 stars only because some of the nail techs there do a really good job. This time around I went with someone else who did a horrible job on my natural nails. I may return, not sure though, but if I do it will be with another nail tech.

Been a patron to this salon since October 2016. Havent had any complaints until now! Was serviced Saturday by a male tech (not Troy or Bao) and he did a horrible job. When I question him about how thin he was doing my overlay, he pretty much ignored me! So call today to speak with the manager (nail done chipped)...lady answers and when I ask for the manager she stats no manager right now call back later I say excuse me...hello..(silence) HELLOOO..... She says yes? I ask whats the managers name? She states I dont know AND HANGS UP!!!REALLY??? I hope you you read and resolve the issue. I spend $80 every two weeks here and this is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Molly is the BEST! She does permanent makeup and nails and is extremely personable and prompt. I would recommend her anytime!

So I have been here many many times... the last time I went I got an infection under one of my nails (molly did them) so I found a different place to go. Fast forward to today and my regular shop was booked and I had my niece so we were going to get pampered so I decided to give them a shot again..... HUGE MISTAKE!! My nails are crooked in the curve of the French tip and one is longer, also had to go back to get one sealed up on the edge, you could see where it was cracked and water could get under( which would lead to another infection smh) I left in a hurry because I had two kids with me, ages 10&6, and we had been there for 2 hrs 😡 I started to drive and saw how bad my nails looked and called Molly. She says ok come back we will fix them. I told her I needed a time because I didnt want to have 2 kids sitting waiting forever again so she said 3pm. I go back and she is busy so she has her sister look at them. The sister starts to file the ends when I show her thats not where they are crooked so she talks to Molly who at this point gets a funky ass attitude saying they looked fine when I left!! How do I mess up a curve UNDER the acrylic??? Molly then said I would have to wait until she was done for her to do anything( she had just started another client so it would be at least another 45 min) I had the sister seal up the nail that wasnt done correct and I left!! I will never go back!!!! Oh and lets not mention I got my niece feet and hands done, we went in the pool today and now all the polish is off of her hands 😡😡
