While the customer service is friendly, the job done is lacking. My toes look fine but she insisted they needed a shellac and I said no repeatedly and she did it anyway despite me pulling my toes out twice. The massage was lacking. The scrub felt nice, though. I asked for a basic manicure, no polish, she went to clip what little cuticle build up I had and got the side of my thumb instead. She buffed my nails to matte and asked me to wash my hands after. No shine. And said she was finished. I wont be going back. Shouldve never thought Id try some place new. The cost of this place is ridiculous too.

This is a wonderful nail salon. The customer service is top notch. Lee, the manager, is such a friendly and high energy guy. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does! Ive had the pleasure of having Jenny, Linda and Crystal give me pedicures and they are wonderful and dont skimp on service or attention to detail. I started coming here after Covid began affecting businesses, especially small ones. I think its so important to invest in small businesses and I am proud to spend my money here. Every time I have definitely gotten what I have paid for, which is great attention and great work, and treatment like a Princess! Spend your money here!

I was pressured into getting services I didn’t want as soon as I walked into the door. After refusing to get some extra services in the front, I was taken to the nail technician who berated me for not getting shellac. I know my nails and have been getting medi/pedis for years. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. I couldn’t even enjoy it. Not to mention, while trying to sell me, the neglected the services I had already paid to receive for my daughter. I will never go here again. It was such a waste of time and money.

This staff is so wonderful. I have had great pedicures and ok pedicures, but what really keeps me coming back is how friendly and kind the staff is. Be a regular and tip well! Would you want to be touching feet all day? They treat regulars like family. I just watched the technician help walk her regular, an elderly woman, out and tell her and her son I love you! As they left. Its so nice to see genuine kindness, espey these days. And Tim is a great nail tech! I usually come for Jenny, this is my first time with Tim, but he is really gentle, precise and attentive to detail.

I never leave reviews but I just cannot get over how poor of a job was done on my nails. My pedicure was nice despite the fact that I said I didn’t want shellac on my toes & she insisted I get it but never told me there was an up charge until I went to the register to pay. They were very courteous, offered something to drink, etc so their customer service is pretty good. The lady who did my nails did a terrible job, didn’t file them, I had powder so she didn’t soak off only put the new powder on top of old color, it’s a mess. Sadly, I will never go here again. I usually drive 40 minutes to the nail shop I like but wanted to go closer to my home & noticed there were good reviews here. But never again. Lesson learned.

The customer service is good,other than that I will not recommend this place because in general the environment is dirty.Most technicians did not wear glove,felt so gross . Jenny did my pedicure was thorough but very rough left my feet a few cut and bleeding.Also,what was weird,thats the only place used bur, not nail polish remover, to remove my old nail polish. Not much massage time offered for the comparatively high price they charged. Definitely wont go back nor recommend.

They move fast and charge a lot. My 13 y/o daughter and I were looking for a little pampering so we decided to try this place. We were promptly seated and staff was friendly. We only spent abput 30 minutes in the chair. I got a basic mani-pedi combo and my daughter got the pedi with nails painted. The total was $110. No massage, no hot stones, no parrafin. A basic scrub and nail painting. We wont be back. 3 stars for the friendly staff.

My first time here and I can honestly say they stand behind their 7 day warranty. I had chip my nails a not and went back on day 5 they went a head and redone all of my nails at NO charge. Lee (the owner )at the front very happy and seems so bright and welcoming. The staff was extra nice and seemed so dedicated to their work. I will most definitely return, great service, the place was very clean, complimentary drinks, and sweet staff.

The staff is EXTREMELY sweet. My problem is how FAST the nails lift. I came in 02/21 to get a full set by 02/25 I had lifting on a couple of nails!! It was $50 plus dollars I could have spent elsewhere because I had to go somewhere closer to home to get them redone. I’ve gotten my nails done for over 15 years and have never had them done so poorly to the point where they last 3 days.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is awful. I wanted a shellac manicure. And they charged me for it but they didn’t give me one. They didn’t soak my nails, they didn’t give me the hand massage. She got shellac all over my hands and nail beds. I’m still cleaning it up. She kept making awful comments about how small my nails are. I will never ever go back to this place. I do not recommend.

$$ Mani/pedi, start to finish 27 minutes by same person. Received no massage, no separate manicure while getting pedi. Received a slap of lotion on the arms AFTER nails were painted, none on hands for $20... courteous but will be taking my business elsewhere.

Best place to get your nails done they make you feel like family and they make sure your are completely happy before you leave. I always go to vy she has made me go from biting my nails to now having my own long nails. Also my kids have a absolute blast and now even my husband gets pedicures with me and they give you wine its a good place to go, always clean and I enjoy being there and joking with the wonderful ladies. I go so much nowadays that I basically walk in and just feel so comfortable to be able to say whatever you want to do for it.

The three stars ⭐️ is for the customer service because the gentleman upfront was so nice & even told me I had 7 days to come back if anything needed fixing free of charge that was awesome & I truly appreciated that but I feel if their done right the first time shouldn’t be no coming back & you don’t see your nails good until you get in the true light the lady who did my nails was in a rush but why when they weren’t busy very sloppy with the white shellac polish I still have it on a few nails that she didn’t get off I said square not round but still ended up with a few round nails they are bumpy why I don’t know when they should be smooth & I don’t like them I love getting my nails did I never complain about price and I tip all I want is pretty nails done right money don’t grow on trees don’t think I can do that twice......

I went in for a pedicure and didnt even get a chance to choose my own pedicure service. He kept suggesting I get one of the more expensive ones and I kept saying, No, I just want this one, but he kept insisting I go with the higher ones till he said, No, I cant do it! He didnt want to do the service HE has listed cause its the cheapest option!!??!? Waste of time going there, never again!

The staff was really nice and sweet!!! I got acrylic on my nails and I feel like they didn’t come out good at all. It looks like it has lines through the powder. I paid $50 and I feel like I paid too much for how they came out.

I recommend Natalie! She’s very professional, she’s a perfectionist and takes great pride in her work! I Was welcomed nicely by the owner . They have complementary drinks . Everything was clean and sanitized. 6ft apart everyone had mask on at all times. Definitely recommend coming here ☺️

If I could I would rate zero stars.They don’t use any new/ clean equipment. I was getting a pedi and noticed that my tech grabbed a pair of cuticle cutters and it still had residue from previous clients, which is disgusting. My tech rushed the process and used the micro-grated while my feet were dry and that hurts. My nail tech was using cold water to rinse my feet and appeared bothered that I said something about it. Furthermore, I’ve never gotten a pedi done and my tech never provided me with assistance getting my purse, my shoes and aiding me to the hand station. My tech definitely didn’t do that. For what I paid for the quality is not up to par and the customer service was just bad.But let’s get real here, in general this was the worse nail experience for me. These people are incredibly rude. They point and talk about clients and you can hear them cackling amongst themselves. And it’s very distressing and pure agonizing because you know what they’re doing but you can’t understand them because they’re speaking in the native tongue. How do I know this, because it happened to me, literally My nail tech called her friend over and pointed at me my feet and specifically at one of my toes and they both laughed, they thought it was the funniest thing in the world. I wanted to laugh as well, so I called them out about it, they just played stupid and answered “oh, we were talking about the nail color.” The dummy was obviously lying because she hadn’t even began painting my toes. And I’m never going to spend my money anywhere that makes me extremely uncomfortable.

Very clean which it vital to me! Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve had the opportunity to take advantage of their services on several occasions and would recommend. My nails not only come out beautiful, they stay looking amazing for several weeks, I always get the shellac service and they have a some gorgeous colors to choose from, all new and delightful. Ken did my manicure and pedicure today and seriously has his profession down to a science, extraordinary attention to detail and puts care into the magic he produces! I have also had wax services at this establishment and was happy with results. If your ready to be pampered, this is your place. As someone with anxiety this place made me feel so at ease for getting their nails done for the first time. I’d definitely recommend this to my friends to get their nails, hair, basic anything done. Watching them work was also great due to how efficient they were. We came in almost an hour till closing and left with 30 minutes to spare. Definitely coming back here 😁

Today was the first time I have visited this place. All of the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their atmosphere to ensure my experience was perfect. The lady that did my nails and toes took her time and was meticulous with both. The salon was extremely clean, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I definitely recommend this place and will be making it my regular nail salon. BTW, the lady that did my nails and toes was named Vy.

Not clean. And they did a rushed and shoddy job on my gel manicure.Didn’t notice until I left the place, the edges of my nails look raggedy. The beds of my nails have a bit of gel on the skin, and a few nails have clumps of something (hair? Felt?). Don’t go.

For the $$$ I paid the service was NOT up to par. Highly disappointed especially since I went off reviews. I feel I was taken advantage of! Also felt like I got a inexperienced person and I asked for an experience technician. 🤷🏼‍♀️. This was my 1st time coming. Vy did my nails and they were amazing! My sister and I were in a rush so they had multiple people working to get our nails done. They look perfect! We have been here many times and have always been satisfied with the service and results! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

I have been to a lot of different nail salons and this one has been the best by far. My tech was Michelle and she was so sweet. The man at the front desk had me wait in a massage chair and discounted me for waiting 15 minutes, he was incredibly nice and upbeat. Definitely my new favorite nail salon.

Today was my first time at this nail and spa. I have lived in Humble/Atascocita area for 4 years and I believe I have found my go to place after bouncing around in local nail salons. I do not mind spending money on pampering myself but I also don’t like having to regret it soon after and unfortunately, this has happened time and time again with several places. I was greeted first thing by mr. Lee (I believe that was his name). He was so cheerful and his attitude was so positive and energetic at 10 am in the morning. I was given a state of the art pedicure by Ms. Kim and all I can say is that I was quite embarrassed to see how much dead skin she took off (I had just had a pedicure about two weeks ago in another nail salon). She took her time and was very professional and had excellent customer service. I was then seen by Mr. Kevin to do my nails. I got my first nail dip with my own natural nails. He also took his time despite other people were waiting to be seen. This was were I take notice of the nail technicians rush through to get to other customers. But he did not. Nor the other technicians. Mr. Lee was heard telling incoming customers that all nail technicians were busy and that it would take a while and if they mind waiting. This for me was what I loved. When people come to a nail salon without an appointment, it’s expected to wait. If not, then you should not complain when given a bad nail job or pedicure. Overall, I am glad to say I found my go to nail salon. Not over priced and great inviting atmosphere.

I just visited here for the first time because my regular nail tech isnt available today. I must say, Winter was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She definitely has a new customer. Thank you so much for being patient with me, Im a scary cat when it comes to that drill...lolUpdate: 8/23/19 I just left from this salon and was told Winter is no longer working there, which is no surprise to me. I asked the owner to call her or give me her number and he refused saying hes tired of employees stealing his customers, the other nail techs there is horrible. So if anyone has Winter number please contact me.

The pedicure experience was the worst. My heals are still no soft. She did not scrub my heels and throw the polish on my toes without care. It was truly an upsetting experience. Never again.

Absolutely the BEST nail salon Ive ever been too! As soon as I walked in I was greeted like a long time VIP customer, even though it was my first time here! I was referred by a friend and Im so glad I decided to check them out. The place is super clean and modern, and all the staff were friendly. Wyntr is the most amazing nail tech! She has a true passion for her craft and it shows in her attention to detail and the way she talks to her clients. Not many people know about this spot yet since theyre new to the area but I know when the word gets out they will be the number one place in town! Im defnot going anywhere else from now on :)

The service is subpar the “classic” mani & pedi are just nail filing, cut cuticles & nail polish no frills of any kind at all. To top it all, the place was empty staff was sitting around yet they wanted me to have one person do the pedi & then start the mani, why would they want to have their staff sitting around instead of making it convenient for the customers. I asked for two people & the front desk person came to ask me if I’m in a hurry really.. I’m not use to paying for just nail polish & a soak in a tub.

It’s a beautiful spa with plenty of chairs and nail techs, and the customer service is friendly. My only gripe is that the tech who did my manicure overlay didn’t give me the full manicure treatment. No hand massage or lotion after she finished painting my nails. She just had me wash my hands after she was finished, and that was that. I also thought it was weird that after she finished smoothing the acrylic with the drill (and nicked me a few times with the drill), she painted my nails without having me wash my hands first. I may go back for a pedicure, but not for a manicure.

Didnt have time to do my nails with pedicure but they have like 30 opened stations. The guy that did my pedicure grabbed the wrong color but I couldnt tell until I got into the sunlight. They told me to leave my nails were dry but they werent. Pedicure was horrible. Will never go back. Thank God they didnt have time to do my nails!
