I will recommend the Steward Title Company to anyone who wish to close on their house or refinance. I barely closed on my refinance of my house and they really take care of everything and make the process easy for me. They are professional and know their job really well. Laura Cantu was the escrow agent that explain to us all the paperwork in detail and clearly. Thank you Laura and the Stewart Title Company for a job well done.

I would not recommend using Stewart Title Company, there is a lack of communication from the escrow/loan officers was non-existent to the buyer and the real estate agent.I was originally supposed to close on the 11th of May - that is now being extended to the 21st of May. A nine day business day difference since the individual handling my loan was out of office and no one would communicate to me throughout the process or thought about providing the closing documents to another escrow officer.The title company to make up for that mistake indicated that it was waiting for the lien from sellers bank to close.Save yourself time and money, do not use or give business towards Stewart Title Company.

Ive purchased and sold only four properties and Ms Laura Cantu from Stewart Title is by far the worst in relation to returning calls. I left multiple messages with receptionist as well as voicemails with very little success.Also, closing fees I paid were $65 over the original quote I received at the start, eventhough none of the factors changed.Do yourself a favor and please, Please, PLEASE go with Edwards Title.Theyre very responsive and genuinely nice.
