Walking in right away was already a wonderful experience, Angie at the front was very helpful, very polite, I was originally told that they would not be able to do the blue and green half and half like this, but they went ahead and did it anyways and it looks absolutely beautiful. Great place! Very professional, clean and always busy so go in the am. The owner(s) must treat their employees with love because they all seem to like what they do and have lots of fun while doing it. Hannah and Mary are great but everyone I’ve had does a good job. GO!— this place doesn’t disappoint.

I went for a gel manicure and she said that the dipping powder is better for my natural nails so I decided to try that for the first time. Needless to say I dont think its as strong as gel nails because less than a week went by and my first nail broke off and now less than two weeks later a second nail has broken off. My polish has cracks in them. The lady was very rude as I was sitting there letting my hands dry my thumb was not dry so she had to redo it and then she touched my other thumb to see if that one was dry and messed that one up because the fingers were all dry but the thumbs were not and she was upset she had to redo both thumbnails. My daughter also got her nails painted for her birthday and they weree very rude with her because kids dont sit still. I thought they were very unfriendly.

I love this place. I can go months without coming in and when I do come back, they know my name. They never grumble when I tell them I want my nails as short as they can be, unlike other places I’ve been to. I saw another reviewer say the wear and tear of the salon shows its popularity and I agree; however it would be nice to see it get some updates and a really good clean. Keep up the good work ladies!

I have gone to I Nails for years and have always been happy with how my nails turn out. This is my first time going here since the pandemic and was in shock by the lack of safety concern for their customers. I wish I would have got up and left but I don’t like to be rude (and like I said, have gone here for years). The older gentleman did an exquisite job as always! But no one was wearing a mask when I arrived, I was told they just opened. I was not asked any prescreening questions or asked to use hand sanitizer. The plexiglass they have is a bit of a joke since this virus is in the air (and they only put masks on after sitting down with a client). A customer I did not know was seated right next to me! There is no glass between seats which I thought was strange when I arrived, but figured they must just social distance us, Nope. To top it off, I was charged $5.00 extra per service for supply and demand of hand sanitizer!! What??!! They need an extra couple hundred dollars a day income for the salon for hand sanitizer (which they do not ask people to use?!) I no longer feel like a valued customer after the complete lack of care for my safety plus a unnecessary up charge for service. I ended up paying $50 for a regular polish with tipping for service and pandemic up charge! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I had gone to Royal nails with my mom and it was 100% opposite as far as precautions. I will be going there from now on.

I went on a Friday afternoon & it was packed. All of the manicure stations were full but they were able to get me in a for a pedicure. The service was average. It was not good or bad, but I did get what I came for. They have a good deal for cash paying customer: $2 off one service or $4 off two services. I don’t know if that is always a specialty they run, but it was when I was there.

It was amazing service. The staff were very nice and were patient with me because this was the first time Id ever gotten a manicure. They were all very upbeat and positive! Ill definitely be back!

It’s a hit or miss. First was good but when we went back it was done fast and cracked under 24 hours..

Its a busy place. Ive noticed that it takes a long time to get work done because they get distracted with greeting incoming customers and taking calls. Occasionally they stop helping one person and start another person so they are working on numerous people at once which in firm makes it a long wait. The quality of work is always great though. Just be sure to allow time for it.

I had been going to this place for almost 2 years now and always just walked in since I have a crazy overnight work schedule and never had a problem of them fitting me in until Sunday, Jan 19, 2020. I usually come in right at 10a or sometime in the afternoons on Sat or Sundays. As soon as I walked in on Sunday they said my name and Hi and immediately stated they had no time to do my nails and to come back in a few hours or the next day (preferably the next day). There was only 3 people waiting, I have seen more waiting in past visits and I thought they were rude, it was only 12p, plenty of time with all the nail techs that were working. When they asked me where I was going as I was walking out the door, I said, somewhere else. I do love Mary and she was friendly & does a great job, but I felt unwanted for the 1st time there and I dont like that feeling and probably wont be back. My previous visits ( the last 3 or ) the lady that did my nails took forever, over 2 hrs. She couldnt get their new foil to transfer on to my nail and others had tried and they finally decided they couldnt do it and asked me to pick a color when it was their idea to try their new product. After spending 2 hrs of my time I felt I shouldve been compensated for my time and their trial and error but I was not and still paid full price for something I did not like.

My manager & I went to i nails & they were absolutely amazing! Vivian was wonderful she was very conversational and pleasant! And Wendy was super sweet too. I highly recommend them! I will be back in a month to see them again.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived early, but still was not helped until about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. After waiting for a long time, a male came over and drilled my nails and glued the nail tips on and walked away without saying a word the whole time. I sat there waiting with the super long nail tips on for about 20 minutes and saw the same male begin working on someone else’s nails. I finally had someone take them off for me and I left. I am disappointed in the lack of good customer service and also the cleanliness of the work areas and overall salon:/

First time here. Technicians were attentive and friendly, and I didn’t have to wait at all to go in for my manicure. Price was reasonable. However, quality of work was just okay. My nails were filed to a slant, edges of gel color weren’t cleaned up, and it started chipping just days after. I can see where color and clear coat went on unevenly/incompletely too. From the other reviews, I’m guessing your satisfaction will just depend on the technician you get.

I was a walk in for a gel manicure. The tech who started me nails was obviously sick, sniffling, sneezing and leaving to blow her nose. At one she got up, walked away and never came back. A male came, sat down and said nothing to me and just started to buff my nails. A few silent minutes in he stood up, walked away and never came back. It was bizarre and unprofessional. It was at this point I looked around and noticed how dirty the salon was. Dirty counters, lamps, trays. Even the trash was overflowing. I should have gotten up and walked out but a new tech showed up and started to chat and finish my manicure. Sadly even that was bad, she didnt go to the edges and the massage was basically a one minute lotion application. Horrible service, dirty and bad manicure.

Such a fantastic experience my first time here! The pedicure was so relaxing and when I told my gal I was very sore from working all day she took extra time to massage my calves and ensure I was comfortable the entire time. I can’t wait to go back and get my manicure!

My matte nails turned yellow within a few hours and my eyebrow is sooo swollen from getting waxed. Came to this salon for about a year and a half, won’t be returning. Always went to this place because it’s close to my house. I would’ve asked for a color replacement but don’t want to waste anymore time getting gross nails again.

Two appointments scheduled for 1pm and neither of us seated until 1:20 and 1:25. Rude response when we mentioned we called ahead. Then one of us was rushed through our appointment in 15 mins— no cuticle care, sloppy polish application, and no lotion. When asked to remove nail polish left on skin was told to “pick it off.”They did give us $5 off manicure after the fact— but would have preferred a nice manicure not a discount later to accommodate their schedule.Also, the salon had an overwhelming smell of polish that was bothersome.I’ve had great experiences here in the past but this was extremely disappointing for my out-of-town guest.

A friend and I had an appointment scheduled at 2:00 for pedicures. We came in at 1:55 and still had not even started our pedicures at 2:15. We left and went across the street to TJ Nails and had a wonderful experience. I do not recommend this salon. All my prior experiences with this salon have been poor. Either bad quality, poor attitudes or unreasonable wait times. I will not be returning.

I have been to MANY salons in my day, and this is the best I have seen. I live in St. Paul and drive to Hudson just to go here. Mary, Angie, Wendy and all the other ladies are wonderful. They are so friendly and always ask about my job, family, etc. They are worth making this your go to salon. I have always gotten great manicures and pedicures and have never had a bad experience here.

Was very pleased with how my nails turned out

I got a pedicure and gel acrylics and they looked fine but they cut my cuticles and made my fingers drip blood even after I left the salon. We were the only people there and they were shouting as we got our nails done and laughing when my friend and I talked to each other. Other than that the nails look good but the skin around it doesn’t.

I nails does NOT stand behind their product/service. I have had 3 great experiences with their gel manicures-- all 3 lasted 2 to 3 weeks, no chipping or peeling. On March 1, I had a gel manicure here, and it looked awesome. On day 8, it was lifting up near the base; by day 10, the tip area was lifting up on several nails. I had to peel it all off! I was out of town so couldnt return to i nails. I called to explain it to them and asked for a discount. I would have been happy with $10 off (I always pay $35 cash). Please beware of businesses who think so little of customer satisfaction and of the service they provide.

Worst nail service I’ve had. Got the dipped nails, which I’ve had before and loved them from another nail place. Thought I would give this place a shot and was disappointed. My nails turned out way too short and we completely uneven. Then when she was trimming up the side of my nails she cut too deep and I started bleeding. Wouldn’t listen when I said that they were uneven. She tried to “fix it” by filing my nails shorter. I gave up and left completely unhappy!

My best friend got a pedicure here today. The nail tech asked her if she was PREGNANT and then when my friend said no, the woman proceeded to tell her that she had a big fat belly. What the f*** is wrong with you people?! How unprofessional are your workers?! Why on earth would anyone 1) ask a woman if she is pregnant and 2) then tell her that she only asked because she has a BIG FAT BELLY? She was too embarrassed to come on and give a rating of this place for herself, so I took it upon myself to do it because that is just extremely ridiculous and rude. You people need to have a chat about the way you treat your patrons, especially a sweet young woman who wouldnt ever say an unkind word to anyone. Distasteful. Im thrilled to say that she wont be making trips back to your business.

Let me start of by saying the workers here are very upbeat, friendly and nice. However the salon is not clean. The towels looked dirty that they we’re using and that was before they started my service. I got a fill with gel polish, my nails turned out uneven and the polish looks uneven with a couple spots that bubbled or got a speck under them. After that I got a pedicure. When doing the pedicure, they used a foot razor aka cheese grater on my feet. This is highly unsanitary and I believe is illegal in salons. This was my first time here and will be last.

Best pedicure I have ever had!!!

My daughter was getting nails done for prom and the guy was pulling the cuticle instead or clipping it causing a 1/4 inch cut. I told him to skip that nail and do the others to allow that one to stop bleeding. Before I knew it he was super glueing it. She had tears because it stung so much. It looks horrible. He keep polishing the nail as it kept bleeding. Didnt even get a discount.

Don’t go here! Unless sterilization of tools is not important to you. I had a mani/pedi done today. The man who did my mani took a set of cuticle trimmers out of an OPEN sterilization pouch that had PINK vs. BROWN color change indicators. But it gets better - the cuticle trimmers were FILLED with someone else’s cuticles!! When I called him saying, “NO!! Those did not go through the sterilizer,” his initial response was to spray/wipe them with alcohol as if that was standard practice. This is NOT okay!! Alcohol alone is NOT a method of sterilization and a recipe for spreading infections and/or nail fungus from one customer to the next. The ONLY reason I stayed for my manicure was that he did grab a brand new pair of trimmers straight from an unopened package. NO apologies. NO explanations. It’s pretty clear that infection control is not a priority at this salon.When I told the owner while paying she DID at least apologize, but she made no offer to discount my services. I’ve probably been here at least 10 times (I don’t often get my nails done). I’ve never been blown away by the place. But that was definitely my last visit. Avoid nail infections or fungus - DON’T go here!!

Do not get your eyebrows done here!!! For one, they do it right in the middle of the salon, no private room or area, and for two, they messed my moms up so bad she is still trying to get them fixed... 9 months later!! And the only thing the lady says is oh i mess up, i take too much off, you fill them in.. no apology, didnt try to make it right and then after all that the lady trys selling her an upper lip wax!! And very very unsanitary!!! I do not recommend!!! go .2 miles down the road to tj nails they wont mess you up or make you feel self conscious!!!

BEWARE!!! I normally go to Royal Nails in Hudson and my husband said to try someone new. After looking at reviews I thought I would try here. I made an appointment as I got there they sat me down and my water was BARELY warm. I sat there for 20 mins AFTER my appointment time without anyone checking. FINALLY my nail tech came over and brought me a price sheet. I selected my pedicure that i wanted. I proceeded to watch her clean up after the previous client. She put the supplies into an autoclave bag(the bag to sanitize them) she set them on the shelf and walked away. She sat down to start my pedicure and noticed she didnt have supplies. She then went to grab supplies and she grabbed THE EXACT PACKAGE she just used on the other girl WITHOUT sanitizing! I said excuse me you just used those on her without sanitizing. She said oh Im sorry I will grab new ones. She started searching the salon and that is when I knew it was time to leave. I told her that this isnt ok. And she had NOTHING to say. She couldnt even deny the fact! So please please please beware of this place! You definitely dont want to get a nasty infection! I went to ROYAL NAILS and received an amazing pedi! I will be reporting this salon.

Place was very dirty, not great service, in all my years of getting pedis and manos I have never been charged so much for so little, short pedi - and for the mani, he burned my nail a couple of times

I would never go back to this place. I had a younger girl giving me a manicure while texting on her cell phone. My cuticles were badly cut and bleeding. The nail polish ended up looking clumpy and uneven. I barely got an apology from the girl who did my nails. When I told the store manager they said they were sorry with no offer to even discount or refund me for the obvious terrible job done.
