I have been here many times over the last few years since moving to the area. I just keep coming back. They do a phenomenal job each time and Im always happy with my end product. I have had a nail issue the next day that they immediately repaint and fix. No extra cost. Very customer driven and everyone in the salon is very polite. Salon was recently redecorated and looks phenomenal!

Very reasonably priced pedicure, friendly staff, and good quality nails. The nail technician was very competent and quick. Didn’t take too long to do a French manicure. Salon seemed fairly clean and the atmosphere was nice.

Unfortunately the chemical odors here were very strong and I chose not to stay for a pedicure. They were kind though and very busy so maybe others arent as sensitive to it as me.

I have had a pedicure here once and it was a good experience but recently got my nails done and the manicurist made my cuticles bleed 3 times. Like where did she go to school? I loved the end fact of my gel nails but never going back because a mani shouldnt hurt.

Love this place! Paul, the owner, and every single one of the rest of the staff is so pleasant, accommodating and the work they do is great! I work in food service so I’m not gentle on my nails and I only need to get them filled every few weeks. They don’t chip or crack (I get pink and whites) and I’m usually in a hurry and they are always willing to accommodate me being in hurry or needing to reschedule. Highly recommend this salon for any of your needs, they’re awesome!

Great staff and service, so neighborly, such a good atmosphere there as you get to know the staff --they are like a family with each other, and the owner, Paul, is so professional and dedicated to the business. As some reviewers have said recently, sometimes the SNS Dip would crack, but this only happened for a couple of months when they were trying out a different product. I believe now they have figured out the issue and use a more reliable product and process to eliminate the problem. They NEVER charged me for repairs when this issue was happening. In fact, they never, ever charge for repairs between full service visits. My last dip manicure has lasted for 4 weeks, with one FREE repair on two nails in between. Highly recommended!

I went to Lovely Nails for the first time to get my nails done for my wedding and it was an excellent experience! They recommended a gel french manicure and it lasted over 3 weeks - people commented that it looked fresh even after 2 weeks. The staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job on both my mani and pedi. Several of my wedding party also received excellent service. I booked in advance for 6 women and we they were prepared for us so that we were in and out within an hour while still feeling relaxed and pampered. I highly recommend them and I will be back! Thank you all very much!

Interesting experience.

Owner Paul has a terrible attitude. My nails would continuously break shortly after getting them done, and he’d charge me when I’d come back for a repair despite me always tipping and being a loyal client. He would then insult by blaming me for my nails breaking, saying I’m doing something with my hands, which I wasn’t. Glad to not be going to this shop anymore. The owner will be the downfall of this establishment.

This was my first time visiting this place. I was very impressed and will make it my go to. Only got a pedicure but may venture for a manicure too.

This was my go to place when living in Hudson. I have since moved to Chicago and miss this lovely nail salon so much. They have a wide variety of SNS dip nail colors to choose from. Always get in when needed. Friendly staff. All the new staff is fantastic! Love you Paul!

I have been going here for about two years. Always had good experiences and quality services

I have been here 4 times. The first 2 were fine, but the last 2 times in a day or 2 the dip product was breaking and chipping off. I have been getting SNS for several years, and never have had a problem until now. When the product cracked and chipped the first time I went and explained the problem they didnt say sorry or try to make it right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them do my nails again...$50s later...In just one day they were cracking and chipping again...Wont be back again.

I visited the nail salon 15 days ago. I’ve NEVER had a gel / shellac manicure stay on for this long! She did a fantastic job, and the staff was friendly and fast. I’ll definitely recommend and come back again!

Wasnt planning on getting a pedicure but stopped in and ended up with a great pedicure by Shelly! Definitely will go again. Staff has a great attitude and very fun vibe.

Nails looked great. Staff was awesome. The gel polish lasted one week and one day. It never chipped just completely tore off. I took pictures of the nail and polish. SO FRUSTRATING. paid a LOT of money and it was awful.

I didnt know this place was under new management! Friendly staff, clean facilities and they do good work! Open on Sundays with an appointment which was very convenient!

I’ve been here before for sns dip and have been pleased with their service. Very disappointed with this last visit. The nail technician doing my dip this time was visibly frustrated and rushed during my service. He complained multiple times about my previous dip that I had done at a different salon and said they did it all wrong. I had asked a few times for my nails to be filed shorter and he ignored my request. I probably wouldn’t have written this review, but 48hrs after getting my nails done, ALL of them are cracked. I spent a good amount of money and time for this service and will have to get it redone again this week. At least the last set I got done, that was “all wrong”, lasted me more than 3 weeks.

I have been getting shellac manicures at various nail salons across northeast Ohio the past several years and my manicures from this salon always have lasted 2 weeks. They haven’t chipped. Amazing!

It was a rainy day and my wife and I stopped in Sister Nails it was too busy so we went to Lovely Nails. We had a great unrushed pedicure. I am glad we had the experience and will definitly come back again to see Shelly and Paul.

This place is Amazing! I was out visiting my mom as I live 30 mins away and I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. They did both at the same time so I was out in an hour. Which was great! Kate did my pedicure and she was amazing. She did a great job and I loved the lavender scrub she used and the hot towel and massage was great! She also waxed my eyebrows and did amazing and put a soothing cooling gel On them afterwards. Paul did my nails and he is the manager there. He was so great. Kept asking if i was ok and how i was liking my nails and even rubbed my hands when he was done! My nails look amazing. Just how I like them! Everyone was so friendly and the salon was very clean and sanitary. And with having my cos license that is something I pay close attention to. They seem to go above and beyond with there customer service. To make sure you are comfortable and happy. My mom came with me and she didnt get anything BC she just got her nails done somewhere and they still offered her a steamed towel for her legs while she sat next to me. And also once I sat down I never had to get up to wash my hands. BC they did it for you. I honestly cannot say enough good things. I wish they were closer to where I live. I have a medical Illness and was feeling so down on myself and am going to be starting new treatments so i wanted to treat myself to some pampering. I was kinda nervous going to a new place BC I wanted to have a good experience. I had a great experience. It really made my day. I almost cried walking out to my car. Thank you so much Paul and Kate!!!

Paul is amazing! My toes and nails are on point!

I had a poor experience. I had an appointment with Shelley but when I came she was servicing someone else, She said she would be 15 minutes but after a half hour with no service, I left. There was no apology, no elation. I made an appointment ; I was not a walk in. I was not treated with courtesy or respect.
