So they probably perform more than I even know. I got a manicure and dip nails actually and they were so diligent and took there time! I haven’t had a pedicure in years and the last manicure was just my fingers painted so needless to say I was clueless, but they helped me through it all and were very kind. It was a wonderful experience! Oh I even forgot. I had received a gift card before covid so I couldn’t use it by the expiration date but they honored it anyways which was just awesome of them to do that because even though you would expect that, they certainly didn’t have to.

I came in here hoping for a cool, comfortable and quiet place to unwind after a long week. Had just left a salon a block away with a ton of people, it was hot, uncomfortable and yucky. I am so glad I discovered this place unexpectedly, I will be coming back.

This is a relaxing environment and the girl “Rosie “ who does my mani and pedi is amazing!!! She truly has skill and on top of that she’s sweet and professional !!! I absolutely recommend !

First time coming in; They were friendly, I had an appointment with Rosie. She was detailed; professional and kind. She did a great job, color and shape are lovely. She even fixed all the issues I had from a previous nail tech at a different salon, without having to ask; when all I came in for was a polish change.. Highly recommend ✨

I live on the north shore in Hammond but my friends come here and say it’s great. I called and made an appointment for 1:30 I got here at around 1:20 and no one said anything to me I sat for almost an hour I got up and walked out at 2:20 no one said anything to me while I sat for an hour. Not a oh we will be with you, sorry for the wait, nothing people were coming in who didn’t have appointments and being helped. Super glad I drove over an hour on my off day to sit here and waste my time. Won’t be back and my friends won’t either

I really do like this nail salon. My nail Tech was very gentle and she listened to my request and help me figure out what it was that I wanted. Everybody working in the shop were very friendly they were making jokes with everybody and made the environment feel welcoming. The salon was very clean and prices are fair. Its been 2 weeks and I have stones on my hands and I have not lost one yet. Im definitely coming back to this nail salon with my sister.

When I first came in the atmosphere felt weird.I felt they weren’t as friendly.I came in to get my nails done on Monday as soon as I got home couple of hours later I noticed my nails were chipping.My nails keeps chipping more and more each day and I’m very upset.I never had this problem with any nail shop I went to.Me and my friend won’t be coming back here again.I love how the shape of my nails look I’ll give them props for that!

This nail salon is the best. It is very clean and beautiful. Rosie does a great job on my nails, she really listens to what I want and tries her best to please me. She does a beautiful job. All the staff are friendly and professional.

I really wanted to like them.This salon is relatively close to my office, so I decided to give them another try. My first visit (last November) went well enough. Yesterday was my second visit to this location and I wont be going back.I am pregnant and let the technician know before she began my pedicure. She nipped the cuticle of my big toe and completely ignored my sudden response of discomfort until I pointed out to her that it was bleeding. She continued doing my pedicure and lifted the same foot by pulling on my big toe. It was miserable and despite my repeated requests, she continued to pull on this toe.A different technician performed my manicure and nipped the cuticle of my ring finger. It now has a visible scar.To add insult to injury, I arrived home and upon further examination of my nails (gel polish), I noticed that the top coat on EVERY finger on one hand was completely bubbled and uneven. I struggled to get a good photo of this, but I circled the imperfections in red.The salon is very clean and the staff is generally polite, but the service is definitely lacking. I should have believed the other reviews.

By far the best experience in a while. Service was amazing! My nails are exactly how I wanted them and the pedicure was the best one I have had! The salon is super clean and they have a variety of choices as far as polish and sns dip. Love this place!

Best pedicures Ive ever gotten. Every time they really clean up and manicure my toes so well. The ultimate pedicure is my heaven on Earth. The girls are really helpful with color matching gel-dip-regural polishes if you want you hand and feet to match

2 stars for Rosey alone. She is a great, and skillful nail tech.The rest of the crew seems very slow, and they DO NOT listen. I ask for a Mani, they just try a color change. I ask for oval shape they go square. I say acrylic/gel, they try to put on the dip powder! The list goes on!The gel that they use is CHEAP! it will start to peel off in just a few days. In less than a week, your $30 gel Mani, will look like an 8 year old took over your nails.Ive been there 3-4 times, as I try to give salons a chance but every time is something different.I WONT BE BACK.

Today was my first time to LAqua Nails & Spa and it definitely wont be my last. Rosie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make both mine and the very special Miss Shirleys visit a restful and relaxing appointment. The shop is immaculate, bright and roomie. The technicians were helpful with explaining their procedures, picking out colors that best suit our skin color. My Special Friend Miss Shirley is elderly and uses a walker to get around Rosie and some of the girls came out to help me assist her into shop and into the pedicure chair. After we left Miss Shirley thanked me for taking her to the new shop. When we got home her son said he was going to go there too. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

I was very pleased with my dip manicure today. This was my 2nd visit. The staff was professional, courteous, & gentle. I would have given 5 stars of they had used only acetone to remove my old dip manicure.

Dont go here if you want acrylic or solar. They only want to do dip and gel manicures. Tried to give them a chance but Rosie the owner did not do a good job. kept popping off and breaking .

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Rosie is the best technician I have come across in the Metairie and kenner area. All the workers were very friendly and nice, the place was very clean. They knew customers by name and greeted them as they walked in the door. It was an all together lovely experience. I was very relaxed and had a few laughs. They were also very nice to my daughter who accompanied me and even she cant wait to go back! Prices are fair and the service is amazing. Thanks Aqua nails! I will be back soon, and with friends!

They did my nails horrible!!!never going there again $35 dollars for a bad job never again lady did my nails ugly just because she had a date!!!! I would never go there again

I spent $60 on your basic pedicure and a full set French manicure. The next morning I had athletes foot of some sort and my nails were already beginning to come apart from the surface of my nail they didnt put any activator on my nails first off and within 3 days my nails looked horrible and by the end of the first week they were gone! I usually keep my nails five to six weeks before needing a refill this is the worst place ever!

Great job. Quiet atmosphere. Clean. More expensive for a fill than any other place I have been.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Went in asked for a full set coffin shape with shalac. Had to wait which I don’t mind doing since I did just walk in. They gave me a water and my son juice which was very thoughtful. I sat down and the whole process took 20 minutes tops. I didn’t get the shape I wanted I got square round and I didn’t even get shalac polish which I asked for they gave me regular polish. I will never go back. Horrible work.

I am giving this place 3 stars because the quality of their dipping powder (SNS/Nexgen) manicures is AWFUL!! The manicure should last up to 3-4 weeks with no issues and I cant get theirs to make it past a week without nails falling off or breaking. Keep in mind that I dont work with my hands so they just fall off when I do normal things such as getting stuff out of my pocket. I understand that it is not a popular item in this area, but if youre going to offer a service you need to be able to offer a good quality service. I do actually enjoy the salon and the pedicure services I have received there. Basically Id recommend going if you want anything BUT dipping powder.

I got the dip powder nails and I like the process but, the lady who did my nails scratched me with the automatic nail file (which hurt!!) and she did not shape my nails very well (they were ok). The establishment itself though is very clean and friendly. Just Incase you wanted to know my nails cost $45

Ive been back twice already - for a gel polish manicure and a regular pedicure - and plan on heading there today with my little cousin. It doesnt hurt that they are very friendly, clean, and offer bottled water, wine or mimosas every time!
