Amazing design work! Never fail to impress me with the details they can’t do! Staff is super friendly and always recognize me and my friend when we go in! There’s a reason we drive over 45 minutes to come here!

I have been going to expo nails for years and won’t go anywhere else! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. They can do pretty much anything! Each time I go in with a picture on my phone they make it happen! Very accommodating and all good hard working people. The quality of work shows!

I had the worst experience I have ever had in whole lifetime of getting my nails done! I went in for a gel manicure and a cut down a little bit my nails were literally coffin shape nice and long and I don’t think he understood English he literally cut all of my nails off after I saw the first two I just had to get the rest of them done cut short because it would look stupid if they were all different sizes not only did he chop my nails off he cut me the paint job was horrible I’ve never been so unsatisfied!!!!! It’s one thing when you get acrylics because you can just get them removed and redo them but when it’s your own nail that you’ve been growing out it’s a stab to the heart save yourself the pain and do not stop at expo to get your nails done!!!!! HORIABLE!!!!!!!!

I have been going to expo over a year now and they never disappoint. They can take any designs you want and create a beautiful replica and even put a better touch on it.

Wonderful experience. Went in for a gel polish change and kid’s manicure. Usually my 4 year old just gets nails that come off instantly and take about 5 minutes at other places. I do it because I need mine done and she is along for the ride!! Today they took their time for her and gave her an amazing experience- longer than mine!! She won’t stop talking about it. They were so kind and sweet to her. I also had a great experience. The guy who did my nails worked so hard to get one of my broken nails perfect! The hand massage and warm towels were a nice touch! Value is great, spent just as much as the place I used to go to, but 10x the effort, care and upgrades. We will be back!

I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for years & switched for a while due to my location but I ended up coming back because no one compares to their work ethic & nail techs skills! There work is always clean and they pay attention to details which matters and is much appreciated for a picky customer like myself.

Love this place!!! Always feel pampered when I go there!!!! Today I witnessed the amount of patience and professionalism from all the staff trying to satisfy one client! When a client finds nail designs from the internet doesn’t mean they can copy exactly what they see… they are manicurists not artists, nail art is extremely difficult, nail art is also self taught and nothing like that is learned in school… needless to say this clients nails looked amazing, Nina kept her smile and remained professional the whole time!!!I would never think to go anywhere else!!! Expo nails had a GREAT team for any service you need!!!! Good job EXPO!!

I was able to make an appointment for a Saturday because my go to place is always booked in advance. This establishment is very clean and took me promptly upon arrival. They also had a really large selection of polish colors. The detox pedicure was nice but for $50 they could have done a better job scrubbing the dead skin on my heels. I also felt the gel manicure was very rushed and the person who did my nails was very rough and left cuts in my nail beds. My nails were painted pretty sloppy and started to chip a few days later.

I love the great energy this place carries as well for respect I received today. Thankful to say I will be comming back here more frequently thanks to louis who did a wonderful, quick, and fantastic job on my nails today!! Thank you all so much it was well appreciated!

Got my nails done on monday march 1st. by saturday the 6th my nails were peeling! i had gotten acrylics with gel and noticed there were bubbles, i was washing my hands and it literally peeled the polish!

Fantastic! Clean! Friendly.Louis does a great job on my nails. He always crafts then my the way I like and I don’t have to ask over and over again like I have in other nail salons in the same area.Everyone is so welcoming and we always find something to laugh about. My manicures last longer than I ever had and they never chip. My natural nails always look gorgeous with lots of compliments. Do yourself, or a loved one, a favor...say “thank you,” “happy birthday,” “happy holidays,” or “I love you” with a gift certificate!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I have been a paying REGULAR customer as well as my Mother, Sister, and Aunt since EXPO NAILS has opened. My sister was one of their first new clients and combined we all have brought them more business. I have been getting my nails done with the owner Nina for the past several months after having horrible experiences with other staff members who have NO IDEA what they’re doing... uneven nails, bumps, not fully painted... the list goes on. My last visit I asked Nina to redo my nails (after she had rushed through it) once out of the HUNDREDS of times because it looked NOTHING like the photo I had showed her, she THREW her nail file down and screamed at me in front of the ENTIRE nail salon. I was NEVER rude or disrespectful once to her. She rushed AGAIN painting my nails one solid color and I tipped her well and left. My sister had a similar experience with Louis as well. She did not like the way her nails came out, offered to pay more to have them redone and was given a poor attitude and when she returned to have the color changed, was told by Tim in front of the entire nail salon that myself, her and my mother were no longer welcome because we are “too intimidating” to the staff and “too picky”... I’m sorry but I never once thought that it was wrong of a customer to speak up about something they are PAYING for. If you went to a restaurant and they undercooked your food would you bite your tongue and eat it anyways? No. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the way they do “business”. It is highly unprofessional and not to mention overpriced and a complete mess when it comes to booking. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to ANYONE. Save yourself the trouble of having to go twice to get your nails fixed and go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here since the week they opened and haven’t looked at another salon since. I’ve referred countless amount of people here who are still coming here to this day ! Nina is an amazing business owner who will never let you leave unsatisfied. V is unreal when it comes to my eyebrows! All around the best nail salon I have been to in ten years ! Went to a nail salon in Worcester for 7 years after covid their work has gone downhill, was recommended this place by a friend and absolutely love it! Their pedicures are amazing! It’s a hit or miss depending the nail tech for nails though, so far the ones I’ve had were great!

I was very pleased with my designs the first time around so I decided to bring a friend when I came back. She asked for a SIMPLE square manicure on her natural nails. The tech who was doing her nails cut the corners making them coffin (on very short natural nails) which looked horrible. We tried to explain but were ignored so we decided to stop the service. Not one employee tried to justify what happened and tried to charge $10 for filing 5 nails on top of it being opposite of what was asked. I will not be coming here again and will make it known what a terrible customer service experience I had.

Love my nails ! This was my first time going and my nail tech did a great job and took her time. Everything was good until the last 20 min of my manicure. When this Karen came in. Who 1 didn’t even wear her mask properly she kept taking it down. Then she decided to make me and I’m sure everyone else there uncomfortable by insulting her nail tech thinking that she is Royalty. Overall she completely ruined my experience. I will be doing back I just hope that u guys enforce the mask tule to EVERYONE ! Because she was sitting there with no mask on and did not get told one thing. I’m only writing this review to let you guys know I did love the service but that customer made my experience very unsettling.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 months, and I come all the way from Milford to Hudson. Their energy is amazing and always get what I ask for and they always seem to surpass my expectations. Hand down the Best nail salon in the are and outside the area!

There is literally no other place I would go. They go above and beyond every time. My schedule is crazy and they are always so accommodating. Anytime I’ve asked for something they make it work. Wether a new design or a new color. Everyone is extremely friendly and super attentive.

This review is long over due. I havent been at Expo in a while due to covid but going to schedule a manicure this weekend. They always do a fantastic job! Ive been coming here for a couple years and im always satisfied with the service. Nina and Tim are the sweetest and do an amazing job. As i started coming regularly I got to know them well. They are the absolute sweetest and so funny. I never leave unhappy.Theyre great at doing nail designs too. I had my entire bridal party come for my wedding a year ago. They were so fast and everyone was so happy with their nails. Expo is the best place to go!

These people are so unprofessional, I had a horrible experience here and put a bad review thought nothing of it.. a week later I have a few friends that go there come to me to tell me how they are gossiping about me and my experience to everyone, they have had multiple people put in reviews ever since I had my bad experience so that their rating will go back up ... please do not go here these people do not care about us clients. And to go and gossip about the situation to people that I know that they have no clue I know is very unprofessional.

They do a fantastic job on your nails. Vivian is my nail tech there and I highly recommend her. Your nails do not come out sick and looking fake and she is very talented with 3D design

Being the top reviewer of this place it is with much sadness I come here to say I am no longer welcomed here because I like my nails done right for the 65 dollar service I get and 10 -25 tips I Have given. I was told by my daughter who was the one of their first customers that I intimidate the staff. They had no problem taking my money and my tip. Such fake people. I am sure if I understood their language they were talking badly about all their clients. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere you can express and pay for your nails the way you like them. Nina, Tim and Lewis were some of my favorite people until they yelled and embarrassed my 2 daughters and said we should find another nail salon. Thank you and I will and I am sure my money will be appreciated.

I can not say enough about this salon! The owner is so friendly and is all about making sure the customer is happy. I do dips and have tried three different places and within four days the dip is lifting. When I go to expo my dip lasts three weeks. Louis is amazing!!! He is a perfectionist so I always leave there 100% satisfied. Love this place.

Love Expo Nails! Great location and the staff is excellent. Everyone is always greeted with a smile. Im very picky about my nails and theyve never disappointed. They are very talented at nail art. I always come in with super intricate designs and theyre always able to replicate them. Also theyre open on Sundays! Its hard to find a quality nail salon thats open 7 days a week!

By far my favorite spot in Hudson, MA. I can’t believe I haven’t been here before. It was clean, incredible service and very kind people. I’ve tried nearly every other salon around and this is the best yet!

I have been here twice now and I LOVE them. I feel terrible that I didnt get the girls name, but she did my dips both times. I live rather far away but I am in town fairly often. The first time, I just popped in because it was convenient. She did a great job. The second time I came here was because the owner of my primary nail place actually drilled all the way through my natural nail, and I vowed to never go back. I was afraid I would lose my real nail - it hurt for weeks. Expo does a fantastic job. She took my old dips off very gently, even though it appears my old place had used some kind of regular acrylic along with the dips, and she had a really hard time getting them off. She saved my natural nail, although I did lose the length. She trimmed it back nicely so that it wouldnt lift anymore and put on a tip for me. I also LOVE that they still do the full service - soaking the dips off, cleaning up cuticles, and the massage at the end! A lot of places will drill dips off, dont touch cuticles, and I cant remember the last time my nails included a hand massage (unless it was a mani). They also dont charge me extra for coffin - some places do that now too! Overall I love the salon, the prices are very reasonable and you get MORE than you would for the same price elsewhere. Highly recommend. They will be my new, regular nail place!

I am replying to the review that came from Ryan, you are lying!! The employees and the owners who work there work 6 to 7 days a week to make this the best salon anywhere around the area!!! They would NEVER yell at a customer so now I cant believe what you have said about your girlfriends nails not holding up. I believe she wanted something done and she didnt want to pay for the work she had done. You say repeat customer?? Why would she keep going back if they werent the best around? Expo Nails you guys are the BEST and we as customers love the work you do for us and we thank you for the way you treat us as friends and respected customers.

The best nail salon I have ever been too! They take the time to get to know you and you become part of the family the more you come back! They are fantastic at doing any design you ask for! If my daughter comes with me they play with her and entertain her if I need help. No matter the nail service you have they make sure your cuticles look good and provide you with a massage. I have never had a better pedicure than the ones here especially the hot stone one! I have been to many nail places and I could not recommended Nina and her staff enough! You will not be sorry for checking them out.

I brought my girlfriend to get her nails done and she wasn’t happy with how they came out (the rinestones kept falling off the same day they were put on) so she went in and calmly tried to have the issue fixed and was rudely yelled at in front of the entire salon for not liking how they had painted them. I could not believe how disrespectfully they treat repeat customers.

Without question, the best pedicure I’ve gotten in the Metrowest area since moving here more than a year ago. I’ve tried four or five other places, at least, and these folks were the friendliest, most accommodating, and highest quality.

I decided to give this place a try because my usual place was busy.. boy was that a mistake. I’ll start off by saying I was in pain the entire time the nail tech was doing my nails. She was so rough with her fingernails, jabbing them into the edges of my nails, and took the skin off of the edges of my fingers with the drill as well. I’m sure the others in the salon could see the pain all over my face. Secondly, I am in the beauty industry so I know a bit about how things should be cleaned and sterilized because I learned this in school.. not ONCE did I see her grabbing a sterilized metal utensil (it was just the same ole one from a jar I’m sure she used on everyone else), and she used a dirty nail file and nail buffer.. something that should be thrown away after every client.. BUT THEN she took the same nail clippers & nail file & USED THEM ON HERSELF while I was waiting for my nails to dry in front of her. As I’m looking around while getting my nails done, I noticed that several customers nails had been soaked in the same jar of rocks and they only rinsed it in the sink & did not sanitize the jar or rocks.. gross. The towels in the hamper were piled up the wall & there were none to wipe your hands on after washing them when instructed. After all is said and done.. my nails are a thick and lumpy mess. They’re like rocks on my fingers & look like bubble nails. These are by far the worst nails I’ve ever seen in person. I’ll finish by saying that I’m now just praying I don’t get an infection from their poor sanitation skills & im happy I’m only stuck looking at these hideous lumpy rocks for the next two weeks until I’m ready for a fill at a more capable nail salon. Please think twice before getting your nails done here.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD! Terrible service! Absolutely awful! I was in their Hudson location, and the employees were extremely rude!! They were continuously rushing me, telling me to hurry up while picking up a color. After rushing to get a color, I sat down for my pedicure the water was ice cold.. I asked the guy to warm up the water at first he ignored me, I then asked again, he mumbled something under his breath and then put on warm water. While getting my pedicure, the guy seemed more interested in the conversations with his co workers more than my pedicure, he stopped multiple times, and walked away to talk to the others while my legs sat with the scrub on them. When it came time to painting my nails, this guy did the worst job! I asked for 3 coats of polish and I got one. It was the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. There was paint all on my toes and looked like a child painted my toes with their eyes shut. I should have left after that... but I reluctantly moved onto my manicure thinking things couldn’t have gotten worse, I was wrong. It started with my fingers soaking in freezing cold water. I told the guy I was not putting my fingers in the water because it was too cold. He gave me an eye roll followed by something in Chinese. Once he returned with somewhat warmer water, we began the worst manicure ever. I was unable to relax due to the roughness! My fingers have never bled so much due to my cuticles being cut. After the 4th finger I got up and told the guy that he was not finishing my manicure! I requested someone else immediately. This is when I was told to leave for being too difficult and not able to be pleased! I paid for my awful pedicure and left no tip. Save your money, save your time, and avoid this place at ALL COSTS!

Ugh! This place gave me the worst experience I’ve had at any salon! The day before I messaged them a picture asking if they could do this type ( ombré ) they go yes. I come in and the man completely burns me with the electric file they use and does a horrendous job starting the ombré I stopped him at the first nail & he preceded to file off all the acrylic and not re add new tips. Which is why the explanation on my nails how fallen all off! The tips were worn by the buffing and heated file. The first week! This place is bad will not be referring them to anyone!
