Lillian did great job! The spa was a wonderful experience with great customer service, clean and no wait.

I recommend calling ahead for an appointment. I was turned away at 6:15 PM before a 7 PM close. I have gone there before and had a good experience but a little pricy.

I’m sorry to say but this was the worst service I’ve ever had. I was charged over $60 for a dip and eyebrow wax. I had an appointment at 5:30 and didn’t even get started until close to 6:30. I was there for two hours, and the eyebrow wax gave me chemical burns that were very painful. All of the skin underneath my eyebrows peeled off over the next free days. I was offered no discount for waiting for so long.**I could not reply to your response but I came on April 8th and I had an appointment.

I have always looked for a good, not to pricey local nail service and when i saw nail essence was open by shaws, i was excited to try it out. My first visit was great, great service, good nail quality, and clean atmosphere. Tiffany was my nail artist and did a great job. However, i was not pleased at all my second and third time. Each time was rushed and not only did my nails come out completely different than the picture i provided, but 2 of the acrylic nails were put on sideways and the lady just left it after saying shed fix it. The nail place itself is filled with everything a professional nail place would have, but only certain people do an outstanding job. I highly recommend Tiffany if your looking for a nice set of acrylics otherwise I dont recommend it as a good place for styled acrylic nails. It was also 70$ which is way to pricey for low quality work with certain members. Im not one to leave reviews but i hope this helps.

My piggy in pain

I had been having a rough week and I really needed a manicure. I normally get a gel manicure, but I’ve been helping my family and broke basically all my nails. I really wanted a full set and came in at 6:25. I asked for a full set but was going to be 100% okay if they could only do gel because it was 35 minutes before they closed. The woman who sat me was very polite and explained that they could do that if I waited 5 minutes. They did an incredible job and I wouldn’t be happier! I realize they couldn’t always accommodate this request but I am beyond grateful that they did this week!

Lynn was my nail technician and she was great! I got a pedicure. She did a great job on my nails and I left super relaxed.

I have been coming here for a while and I never wait for longer than 5 minutes. By the time I’m done picking out my polish I’m taken to my chair. I never make an appointment either. All of tbt staff are very sweet. The owner is very nice and great at what she does. Also Ben is fantastic. I’ve sat with many of the nail techs and I have never had a complain. I love this place and I always regret going anywhere else.

This place is terrible. I get a LOT of pedicures and the whole point of paying for this service is for my feet to feel smooth and clean. When I left I felt like I’d never even had a pedicure. My feet were just as rough as when I’d arrived, and when I tried to respectfully talk with the staff there, they attempted to educate me on how pedicures work rather than to take my feedback and attempt to right the situation. Complete waste of time and money! I will never return. I couldn’t even bring myself to give this place even more money by getting a manicure. Plan to go to a place I know tomorrow and get this done the right way. So disappointed. 😞

I promise you if you be patient and wait when their busy you will not regret it unless you give attitude

This is worth your time, let them do their work and respect them. The workers are very nice, and they do not enjoy talking as much if you dont interact with them. They have very good techniques and are well educated in this profession.Just let them do their job and relax....

Id have to disagree with these one stars... But hey, maybe my experience was different. Its a very busy nail salon but they still tend to you as you walk in the door. The longest Ive waited to sit is probably 15 minutes, that was on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. My own fault! Once youre in their chair they are very sweet and chatty. Unlike a lot of other places Ive been to where the person just sits you down and does your nails and says nothing. I love this place! I just went on vacation and refused to fix my nails because I dont want to go anywhere else.5 stars for them! :)

I came here for the first time on Tuesday I loved the way my nails came out, then two days later THREE of my nails broke ! When I went back to get them fixed the same lady (seat 13) rushed to fix them because her scheduled appointment was there . Now its the following Sunday and another nail is cracked and about to fall off!! I suggest for all not to go there . The review may be good but its all false just for show . Im very upset I really liked my nails I spent my money for nothing what a shame !

Went for a pedicure, got a girl named Diana. She was fantastic, kept a conversation going. Very good, paid a lot of attention to the work.

Have been to this salon often over the last few years. On more than one occasion I have had a feeling that my time was not as important as other clients, but my last visit ended with me walking out and I will never walk in again.... I was soaking my gels off, the women assigned to do my nails came over after several minutes,to quickly check them, said they werent ready yet and went off to do other things... came back 5 minutes later to take the tools to another client that just walked in the door. I peeled the gels off myself as I walked out the door to head to another salon. Customer service stinks!

Had a full set of acrylic nails done at this salon last month. Lindsey was my technician and she is a true professional, I would highly recommend her. She had that effortless, flawless tecnique that left me with a set of naturally looking gracefull French nails.Definitely returning there again!

I called to make an appointment for that night and they told me just to walk in, giving me no specific time for when they would be getting ready to close for the night, even though it says they close at 8. So when my friend and I got there for our pedicures, they said it was already too late and they were closing even though it was way before 8. If they had given me a more specific time on the phone I wouldnt have wasted my time. Rude service.

This place is hit or miss. I love how my nails come out, every single time no matter who does them. I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time though, even with an appointment. They arent the most organized at all and their systems could definitely use some work but I cant complain with how my nails look when I leave.

I’ve been going to this salon for years...I like the location and the job is nice...however, don’t bother making an appointment...they do not honor appointments.

I have always had ingrown toenails. Very painful. But nail essence always fixes me without hurting me. Awesome pedicure!

Ive been a loyal customer for 3+ years. However, have noticed every appointment made requires a 30 min wait. I hate saying something to staff knowing Im getting a service done for myself, but did so today and the staff was very rude about it. This place is absolutely not worth the time or service.

Very large and clean, and they do a good enough job, but I found them to be rather rude. I asked for a manicure when I was talking about acrylic nails and the woman corrected me in a very condescending way, then later the woman doing my nails baically made fun of the color I chose. Not going back.

This place is a joke just like the owner. I called this morning advised them I do not need a pedicure only a polish change on my toes, Hell I even took the polish off for them! I said I have literally 10 minutes inside your salon, I’ol be on my lunch. Hey said no problem we’ll get you IN AND OUT. I arrive at 2:55. The kid at the desk, about 14 doesn’t have a work permit for sure, tells me sign in and use my appt time, so I do. I waited 12 minutes while other people who had no appointment walked in and were taken care of and finally I left. My lunch was over. I called the owner to tell her how disappointed I was since it was my FIRST time there and she tried belittling me and telling me I wrote 3 down I wasn’t there long. First off your son told me too, secondly when I have an APPOINTMENT it is to be met or don’t take them!! Needless to say, this place is a JOKE and they obviously do not care about getting new customers or keeping them. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY.

Amazing! There was a small wait because it was a Friday but the staff was very friendly, they had the exact colors I wanted, and the woman who did my acrylic manicure was very attentive and didn’t miss a single detail. Can’t wait to go back for a fill and a pedicure in the future!

This place is SLAMMED for no good reason. The reason is because it is the only nail salon in Hudson. Doesn’t matter if you make an appt cuz you will wait. They rush through the job. This place needs some serious renovations, it is dirty and the nail polishes are not clean what so ever.

I’ve been going there for almost 3 years now never had a problem but I can say today was the worst service I ever get😡😡😡 at first I was going to get design and French with gel colors the price was 70 dollars so I told the lady that’s too much so I decided to just do the white tip with just diamonds on my two fingers this lady charged me 76 dollars if I told u that 70 dollars who in the right mind would think I wanna pay 76 dollars and the worst part about she didn’t even clean the side of my fingers after the gel smhhh I love Nails essence but today was just worst

My mother went in recently and had one of the employees yell at her in front of the entire salon because she didnt understand what she had wanted on her nails. This is extremely unprofessional, rude and highly disgusting of someone to do. If youre at your job, act like it. Terrible customer service, 0/10 do not recommend.

This used to be my favorite place until my last experience, they had my nails soaking in alcohol for 50 minutes to remove the gel polish I had on them. when someone finally came over they rushed through doing my nails so there was cotton trapped under my polish. When I said something they said its ok you cant see it. All in all my nails looked horrible and after a day one of my nails chipped from running my fingers through my hair. Now Im never going back

Staff is very rude well at least the ones that I have had Constantly yanking and pulling my hand without saying anything sometimes they dont even wipe off the excess nail and they paint over it when its broken they charge you $5 to fix a nail that its their fault that it broke And I dont mean I break my nail in blame it on them I mean it wasnt done correctly so from my nail bad up was coming off And they still charged me for it absolutely not worth going to save yourself the aggravation
