We had many roadblocks because of the lender and very difficult sellers to deal with but Dixie was amazing guiding us through all of that and going out of her way to accommodate late times to make sure we were able to close so we don’t lose our deposit. As an investor I’ve worked with many different title companies and this is the first time I’ve had an outstanding experience. All stars to Dixie!

I often use Stewart title in Bradenton as my go —to closing agents whenever possible. Tessica at the front desk is very helpful and great with communication. Mary Potter is more than competent with documents and paperwork. She’s extremely friendly and helpful and goes out of her way and always responds in a timely manner. And Heather Parker is simply one of the best closing agents I’ve ever worked with in my long career. I highly recommend this office, they always do a really great job.
