My wedding makeup was stunning. Patti did an amazing job and I received so many compliments about how natural I looked. She traveled to my wedding location, she did makeup for 7 ladies, and did a great job keeping us on time. She was super friendly and very welcoming. I felt beautiful on my day and so did everyone else. Thank you Patti for making my day special.

I saw Serena for my wedding. The appointment was at 9am, and the wedding was at 5pm. The dance went until 11pm, and we didnt get to the hotel until after midnight. My hair was PERFECT from start to finish - not a strand out of line, not even the next morning. And my hair will work its way out of a braid. If you want an excellent job done, go see these professionals! They are artists and excellent at what they do. And everyone commented on my hair, on how wonderful it looked. Seriously, if youre getting married in the area, worth every penny!

Never a pretentious salon. Im a client of Patti Bender. Patti takes the time to make you comfortable and has the supplies needed to provide a truly salon treatment. Always at ease with her and highly recommend her, as well, for esthetician services. I travel from the east metro to Hudson. There are plenty of salons between here and there. But well worth it for me to see Patti. Hairstylists and nail technician also available.

Tangled is a wonderful salon. The staff is kind and courteous, and they run on time. I look my best and feel confident when Tracy H cuts my hair. Beyond that, on more than one occasion she has done her best to accommodate a change in my schedule, which I greatly appreciate. I would recommend Tracy, and Tangled, to anyone!

Been coming to Tangled now for several years have never had a bad experience. Jen, Serena and Becky have all been great! I miss seeing Lori at the front desk since she no longer works evenings.

WORST nail experience I have EVER received in my life! I had a full gel set put on (that have always lasted me 2-4 weeks at other salons) and here they lasted me 3 days before they started popping off literally! Horrible customer service and horrible workmanship! Never again will I waste my time or money at this establishment.

Great place. Professional, clean, friendly, and very cute. The stylists are very patient and open minded. They listen and deliver what you ask for. I would highly recommend this salon. Tracy Hartwick was amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and offered me valuable advice. Sandy Trainor was equally impressive. She did a great job cutting, coloring, and styling my hair. Both ladies made sure to tell me what products they were using in my hair and provided me with free samples and clear instructions for use. The whole staff appeared to really enjoy working there.

I stumbled onto Tangled by accident when my regular hair stylist was on vacation and I was desperate for a hair cut. It is scary trusting someone new with your hair but since I started going there I have used both Mindy and Nan and they are by far two of the best hair stylists I have ever used.Today I had my first pedicure with Thaison who has done manicures for me in the past. Other nail salons in town do not even compare to the attention to detail given by Thaison. He makes the nail service a spa experience. Unlike other nail salons, Thaison takes special attention to your needs and corrects issues on both your manicures and pedicures.Do to a heavy work schedule my time is so precious and Tangled Salon has been the best find since I moved to Hudson, WI.
