Wish I could give them negative stars. Called at 1:45. Kept getting lies regarding their arrival time. 4:30 no tow truck. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I ever hear this tow companys name again, I will run. LIARS!

I requested service through my insurance at 4:45 am I received a text from Green lane towing at about 5:50 am that it would arrive in 60 mins. I called progressive at 7 am and was informed it would be another 30 mins at 7:35 I called Green lane that it would be another 25 mins. This is very unprofessional. I requested the service early due to having to go to work. I cancelled service and the person that answered seemed upset be upset with your employees for not being on time and very inconsiderate..

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE OWNER/ MANAGER OF THIS COMPANY IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT SURE WHY THIS COMPANY GREEN TOW WAS CALLED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY ALLSTATE- HOPEFULLY THEY DO NOT WORK WITH THEM AGAIN, I NEEDED ASSISTANCE GOT NO RECEIPT MY AGENCY ASKED FOR RECEIPT AND CALLED HIM AND HE WAS RUDE TO THEM AS IF THIS IS NOT HIS JOB! HIS NAME WAS SUNNY I BELIEVE.

Call them at 8 o’clock to tow my car after it broke down on me and I’m still Waiting 10:30 They finally arrived and the driver was actually nice and friendly and really helpful

They’re (well let me not say they), Sandy, the lady who works in the window is very unprofessional. I went to get my personal belongings out of my car and I noticed things missing from my trunk and inside of my car. Asked a gentleman on the lot and he told me to call whoever towed my car. That’s what I did and I got in contact with Sandy. She claimed that they don’t go through cars and I asked how would she know if she doesn’t do any of the towing. Her response was “we don’t steal”. Instead of trying to help she kept going on with that, and also “we don’t go through the cars”. Well after future review of my car all my clothes in my trunk was scattered everywhere (not like I left it) and I was missing a couple of items.Terrible service. Avoid at all cost

I was told that they would be there to get a key out of my car. I waited an hour and a half because the ETA said 60 mins, and I know how towing cars is.When I called about an update they said they had cancelled my service a long time ago. Why didnt they contact me to let me know I needed to call anouther company, instead of leaving me on the side of the road for an hour and a half.Unprofessional service.........

They messed up my exhaust system, its now bent low to the ground. I didnt know that any towing company can be this careless with their service.

They intentionally drain your battery so you have to pay an extra 80 to get your vehicle jump started unprofessional and disrespectful people

I have parking permit and i parked my car in my reserved parking place. and they just towed my car, and still end my phone call. and then try to call my leasing office to tell me do not call them. i felt so bad

One of their drivers said we were a hazard because I was ALL THE WAY on the side of 288 completely out of any way of traffic and he said if we didn’t let him change the tire he would call the cops. Then he damaged my vehicle and said that the damage was already there, then he charged me 60 dollars to change a tire. This company is terrible and a criminal will be screwing you over on your towing service.

If I could give zero stars I would. They towed my car and during the time they had it several of my things went missing out of the car, not everything, just things that had some value to them. Called two times to see if they had it and they told me no. Called a third time and spoke with two employees (one was apparently the manager Ann) and they told me they were sending someone to go look for the items in their storage units. This was on a Friday so I call back on Monday to see if they found my stuff and they say they are sending someone to go look for the items again. Whatever you do, avoid getting your car towed by them! Terrible business.

Took my friends to get their vehicle first they said they only except cash and wouldn’t take a card then we come back with cash and they lost the keys vehicle wouldn’t start cause they left the lights on and then wouldn’t allow us to jump the battery and charged 80 to use their jump box but wouldn’t let them use mine straight fraud!!

Driver cut me off along with others and had no respect. So dangerous! Here is a picture of the great service that Green Towing has to offer!

They illegally towed my car for “parking without a permit” but when I got my car back my permit was in my car and they still wouldn’t pay us back.This place needs to be shut down immediately

Rude lady tried to tow my truck illegally and when I told her to drop it she rebuttled with profanity and all sorts of slander. She had no problem dropping it when she saw cash though.

Illegally tows vehicles and charges over double the usual for towing services. Corrupt terrible business, should be shut down for illegally towing

Illegally towing, was authorized to be at an apartment complex to fix the internet because the Internet and TV is through this company while he was working on it they towed his truck illegally! they did not call to confirm that the vehicle was allowed to be there. They just up and took it. Yes we will get company lawyers involved if this is not resolved soon.
