OG OK wonderful service even drop me back off at my house so I didn’t have to walk in 100° heat this is a guy you should really try to keep maybe one day make him a manager he knows what he’s doing.

William went out of his way to help me get my bike towed to a safe location. Going above and beyond to get it moved when the tires locked up. Towing sucks but it’s not bad when William helpin you out!

I waited 4 hours for the truck to arrive to pick up my toolbox. The driver showed up smelling like weed and slurring I refused his service due to him being clearly on drugs. Called and made a complaint with dispatch and the manager they said they were going to deal with it they probably didn’t. Be very careful with this company.

There’s hidden fees involved.I called last night and was told there’s a 60$ dispatch fee, 30/80$ depending on labor plus the additional 4$ for every mile. No problem was willing to pay that. Was told 8-9amThis morning I got a call from the tow driver and he said because the truck has problems it’s an additional 100$ on top of everything.I explained that the truck runs and drives, just needed to do maintenance.I was told because the truck has problems the new total is over 230$ now. Despite the fact that I could have moved the vehicle and parked it in a position to where all the driver had to do was put it on the lift.

Call a different tow company, dont waster your time with these guys.Contacted them to perform a tow. They said they could do it, so I took the time to contact the storage yard where the vehicle was located. Who require a notarized paper proving ownership along with the name of the company/driver would be picking the unit up. After all was ready to go they asked for a picture of my credit card and a photo of my drivers license. It is against our company policy to transmit photos of our credit cards outside of the company. I declined at first, stating I would need to seek approval of management to break protocol. After 30 minutes, I asked them to resend the request and I filled out all the information they requested along with photos of both credit card and my drivers license. I followed up with this tow company 2 hours later only to be told my tow had been canceled on account of quote: The sketchy way my payment information was transferred. It was transferred exactly as they requested it to be, with the exception of me having to retain permission to break our company protocol. I deal with tow companies across the US as part of my job, and this was the most fly by night dealings I have had. Now they successfully have my credit card information along with photos of my drivers license and I was not provided a service. I would strongly recommend calling another tow company.

I got my towing at this place and this was one of the best places to get your car towed. The guy that came was very nice and persistent. My car was in a horrible position and he got it out in a neat and tidy order. They also came really quick and couldn’t have asked for better company.

Typical scum of the earth towing company. Just a heads up for anyone who makes the mistake of using them in the future. When they give you a quote and say itll be between 65 and 95 for the tow itll always be the highest # because its at the drivers discretion. Also was rushing us the entire time because he had another pick up to go to as if that was our problem.Edit: An extra stay because the guy was atleast was decent enough to jump the battery so we could roll the window up.

They charged $350 to tow the car 2 miles.I understand you have a business to run but taking advantage of the public when they are in a tough spot is bad business. I’ve had plenty of cars towed in my life and this by far was the worst, more than double what everyone else charges. I would not recommend using this company, I think they make up the prices as they go.

DONT USE THIS towing service... was lied too twice had to wait over an hour and a half when I was stranded.. I was told 20-30 mins then guy would not answer and when he finally did he told me oh I needed to get gas, be there in 10 mins 35 minutes later still not here .... aslo I didnt even get a sorry or my bad man when the finally did get here...

DON’T EVER USE! The dispatcher said he had a driver 15 min away but it took over 45 min. I questioned the driver about this he said he didn’t know she the dispatcher would say that...I was charged a $59 service fee (quoted $89 but after telling them I had another flat fee quote for $85, they reduced) and then told that the hook up charge would be between $35-$75-depending on the car’s condition and location. The car was parked in a grocery store parking lot (zero body damage) and was very easy to get hooked up, towed 1.8 miles and dropped on the side of the street. Pretty simple right? Before dropping the car, I was told the hook up fee would be $75. I felt this price was unreasonable (and that they were just trying to recoup the earlier discounted rate) considering the tow couldn’t have been more simple than my situation. The dispatcher was threatening me and using legal jargon while accusing me of ‘failure to pay’. That was not the case, I was just petitioning for a reasonable hook up rate. My total was $134...should have just used the other company.*The driver was very kind and patient while I argued with the dispatcher and this review does not reflect any opinion about the driver*

Very rude, maybe it was because I am a black female I’m not sure but very rude and high for the smallest of service what is this world coming to when all you need is a jump for your car at 5 am and it cost you 100 buck. Everyone do yourself a huge favor get yourself triple A road side assistant.

The response time of this companys was very quick. The tow truck driver, was extremely knowledgeable and took care in making sure that our car was secure before leaving the site. He was very professional and kind and we would highly recommend this company.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY. I will explain this later in this review. Well I had called them initially at 8 am. A male answer my call and gives me a quote $59 credit card deposit for the initial tow and 35 to 75 if the tow goes further than a 10 mile destination. So I thought, since my tow stop was only 6.5 miles away, Im thinking less than a hundred dollars. Right? Wrong! Well the gentleman on the phone says my deposit is nonrefundable, even if I cancel the tow, or my truck is gone on their arrival. It didnt really click to at that moment why he said this. But I needed my vehicle towed ASAP, to get fixed to get on the road again. So I proceed with the tow. 9 am comes, and someone calls but I couldnt make out what he was saying and I ask him What? And he hangs up, so I took it as a wrong number call. About 9:15am I call the center and ask for an ETA, the gentleman puts me on hold. 2 minutes later he comes back and says the tech had called me. And I said oh, that was him. Then he just says he is on his way, and hangs up. Right then I understand why, they want a non-refundable deposit. They automatic take 60 dollars from the customer, so at that point, the costumer is on their time and not the other way around. They can take their time, or not even show. It was almost as if they wanted me to get frustrated and cancel. Why not? They already have my deposit. Easy money for them. So I call again at 20 minutes later. Then the gentleman says the driver is 15 minutes out. So now its 2 hours after my initial call. So I wait another 30 minutes call back, then the gentleman says the tech is now lost. So I say tell me where he is and I will give you directions. He says hell call me back on 3 way with the tech and I can tell him. Well I wait almost 10 more minutes and someone calls me and says hes 20 minutes out. So I asked him what happen to those 15 minutes almost an hour ago. He says he just got my orderright before he called me. So this honest trustworthy folk back at the office just transferred me to another tech. So he comes 30 minutes later. Its now 3 hours and 30 minutes after my initial call. And did I mention when I tried to call the office they started forwarding my call straight to the new driver to avoid me. Then on arrival the tech informs me that since he drives a flat bed, that its automatic $75. Wow! So now, do I say no.And start over, lose my deposit and wait even longer. No, I reluctantly have to move forward at this point. Horrible experience with this company.

This was my first experience with a towing service. I’ve read many of the reviews... so here’s my take:Overall pleased.. it did take longer than I expected.. but I can understand I’m not the only person on the side of the road in one of the biggest cities in the United States.When the driver (William) arrived... the first thing he asked me was ..”are you doing ok?... you know your not in a great area?” He could tell I wasn’t used to being camped out near an interstate on-ramp by a homeless compound. He was super professional and kind. Since I was there A while, I had the chance to see 4 other towing truck drivers picking up other calls. He was HANDS DOWN the most professional! He deserves a 5 star rating.Next, I wasn’t happy about the $89.00 non- refundable credit card charge prior to picking my car up... but after I sat there and watched so many other tow trucks drive around.. I can completely understand why they do this... otherwise they would be chasing no pay calls all over this ridiculous huge and busy city!They understand their industry better than their customers.My fee was really high...but William did have to tow my car from DT Houston to Lake Charles Louisiana. Little over $1000. Not to mention no other tow company would take the job.I did have one minor issue. The remainder of my bill was supposed to be billed to my car dealership (The car dealer called and set up my tow and arranged payment) instead someone attempted to charge my credit card the remaining $990. This was declined by Visa fraud protection. Had it not been declined, I would have contacted Visa... and they would have removed the unauthorized charge. So I really don’t care too much about this... it may have been in error or a misunderstanding.All in all... I would use this company again.Thanks William!

SAVE YOURSELF THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! After waiting 2.5 hours for them to arrive, after they originally told me 15 mins (I was literally two miles away from their office), they show up and tell me its going to be $170 when they quoted me on the phone $80. So I told them I do not want your service anymore if you are going to raise the price that much and later I get a call for them telling me they are charging me $80 since the guy showed up (2.5 HOURS LATER) I told them I am not paying that and the guy was like well the driver called me and you obviously need a tow you might as well just pay it. I even told them after an hour and a half that I do not want to pay for the tow unless it is discounted since you originally told me 15 mins and they said well you can talk about that with the driver just let him show up first. Obviously they wanted him to show up so they could charge me $80. I even asked to speak to a manger and they said oh well they arent here you can call tomorrow. These people do not care at all about you. I was stranded for 2.5 hours and they had no sympathy and did not care after I called them about 6 different times over the course of the 2.5 hours. Seriously, use triple A they have amazing service and are extremely reliable, even if you sign up for it the same day as your tow the price is a fraction of what 360 towing solutions will charge you. It is unbelievable to me that this place got 4 stars. On yelp they have one star and even that is incredibly generous.

I requested their service for a blowout because I didn’t have a jack with me and the person who came to assist me with that said I didn’t have the right tool to get the spear tire from underneath my truck so he would have to towed me to a tire shop if I wanted too, I pretty much had no more options so I ended up finding out I did have the right tool and he just didn’t know or took advantage of the situation to charge me more money.

There no way to put zero start so I put 1, worst people ever, unprofessional team starting from manager till drivers. Those people towed my car for no reason (car was not parked in reserved parking and it’s on the lease).The phone operator was totally rude and he was trying to blame it on my apartment office.Message for this company (the way how you towed my car you gonna bring back in a same way because law is above all and when you want to make money you have to make it with loyalty)

Do not use this service. I called and was given a price double the last place i called. But the last place would only take cash (cant go to an ATM with your car in a ditch!), so I needed a company who would take credit. I finally agreed after a lot of fast-talking by the representative. I called back a few minutes later and was lied to. The rep told me the driver already confirmed with me, which had not happened. So I said I wanted to cancel it. He got mad and hung up on me. I am shocked that they are able to stay in business.

360 towing solutions showed up in 15 minutes when I lost my keys. Was able to get my car into nuetral after opening the door and conveniently dropped my car where requested.

Horrible customer service over the phone! I was literally just hung up on by a representative because they do not provide service for what I needed. It is not that they do not provide the service I needed, I understand that all to well. It is the blatant disrespect form whoever answered the phone and ended with what they wanted to say and hang up.

Should be zero! This is a horrible company. If they damage your property they lie cheat and steal to not deal with you. They put me on hold after refusing to connect me with a manager, and after one hour of waiting they hung up. Next call is to file a police report and get them to pay.

This place is not to be trusted. I requested a tow via telephone and prior to the tow I asked for an estimate after giving them my addresses. They took my credit card info and after the phone conversation I asked for an estimate and he said ONLY the driver will give an estimate after they come out. I had to have my car towed up the street less than 10 miles so I figured it wouldn’t be so bad. When the driver arrives he quoted me $300 for a 10 mile tow. WOW ! And because I did not agree to this price they then charged me $89 for coming out. Consumers beware of this business. They are a set up for failure and designed to get over on peoples emergency situations.

I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience today.The operator I connected with on May 8 2019 was completely unprofessional; he wasted my time and left me hanging repeatedly. This is how the interaction went down:At the initial call the operator estimated 45 minutes for the truck to arrive. I called 45 minutes later to request an ETA so I could make sure to be with my vehicle when the driver arrived. TheTsame operator answered. Apparently he had just talked to a driver who was on his way. Again it was supposed to take 45 minutes. Two hours after our first call, I called again for an ETA on the driver, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back. He answered again, but as soon as I talked this guy hung up. I gave it some time....maybe this guy is having a busy day ... 30 minutes later I call back asking again for an ETA, same guy as before says hes going to check on that...on hold for 2 minutes and then we get disconnected. I call back giving this dude the benefit of the doubt, when he answers I say I think we were disconnected...he hangs up again. OK I get it now...he either has zero clue or gives zero fs.I think this company contracts with drivers so I have no clue whether or not the dude even called a truck for me (no driver ever called). The guy was smart not to give his name, but unless he owns that service he will probably get an earful from his boss not too long from now.Next time I will skip the middle man and not buy into the ad placement. Lesson learned. Edit: when the driver did call he came right away and he was awesome. He drives for Dexters Wreckers. If I need towing in the future, they are at the top of my list

On yesterday 11/29 around 4:30pm I called this company to get my car towed less than 8miles away. The dispatcher told me the driver by the name of Gerardo Calderon was coming in 30 min. 1 hour pass by still no wrecker truck. My car was parked at the mechanic shop and they were closing down and would charge me to keep my car there. I called the dispatcher back and he said the driver was suppose to call me in 5 min, 1 hour pass by still no truck; still no call. I called back and demanded the wrecker truck driver call me. He finally called and said hes 20 min away......30 min passed by and still no wrecker truck. I was so frustrated and disappointed at this company. Its almost 6:30pm Ive waited 2 hours and when the guy gets here I asked his how much will I have to pay because the dispatcher told me $59 first then $35 later, but the truck driver told me $59 first then $75 later. I was so mad at this point because I was quoted two different prices and he didnt have any sympathy for me. I called the dispatcher back to get a refund or a discount noone answered they didnt want to help me out. I was so desperate and needed my car towed I didnt get home until 8:30 on top of that the truck driver took over an hour to put my car on the flat bed, this is outrageous. Im still looking to get a refund or a credit back into my account I will NEVER CALL THIS TOW COMPANY AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

Quoted a starting price of $89, and I was charged $161 to move a van literally 20 feet or less from the street and into my driveway. I’ll leave that to anyone reading this to decide whether that’s a “fair” price or not. The guy also arrived several hours later than indicated. Won’t be using this company again.

I called them at 5:30p and they told me they would be there within 45 minutes. They just wanted my credit card number so that they could lock me in and they ended up showing up 3 hours later. These guys are not organized and will flat out lie to you. Don’t trust them.
