My first time, having an unfortunate experience with my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive. I didnt feel out of place.Every procedure was explained to me, and Mr. Israel (Izzy) who does the estimatestook his time to assure that I really, really understood.You dont find too many with that level of professionalism and patience. I appreciate the experience I had; I will certainly pass my recommendation to others.

DO NOT COME HERE! ITS A SCAM! WORST AUTO EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!I will start by saying this is my first EVER public review of any business. I have never posted a Yelp, Facebook, or google review simply because I don’t think it’s worth the time. I’m making an exception for Miller’s Auto Body, because everyone needs to know how awful they are.My Jeep was hit by another car on March 8th and Miller’s tow truck happened to be the first tow truck on the scene, so I used them by default. There was a decent amount of damage, but nothing significant (check out the photo I posted).I called them the next morning and they said they would start working on an estimate and have it to me within a couple of days. I call them several times within the next week and they keep giving excuses why they haven’t gotten to it. They do not get me an estimate until 10 DAYS LATER (March 18th).The initial completion date was set for April 2nd which seemed reasonable for the amount of damage. April 2nd rolls around and I get the news that additional damage was found during the repairs. They did not mention there was additional damage until the day of pickup which was odd and irritating.They push the new completion date to April 10th. I call April 10th and it’s still not done. The new completion date is now April 14th and cannot give me a reason for why it continues to get pushed.April 14th rolls around and of course it’s still not finished. They tell me that it’s being painted that day and will be finished the next. Of course they were wrong again.For the next two and a half weeks AFTER paint is complete and all the repairs should have been made i get a laundry list of excuses of why it’s still not done. Im calling ever other day at this point. The manager in charge of my account is completely useless and rude.I call the manager one morning and he says it should be complete later that afternoon. I decide to make a surprise visit and ask to see my car. It’s still in pieces and no where near done!After this, I demand to speak the owner. This wasn’t easy because I insisted on two occasions the week before and he never called back.On April 29th, (almost 8 weeks after the accident) my vehicle is finally done. I go to pick it up and everything seems to look and work fine. About 15 mins after I drive off I notice my fog lights aren’t working.I call Miller’s back and ask them to fix it. They claim the lights were working during the final inspection and that it’s not their problem. I have never once had issues with my fog lights prior to this, but they continue to stand by the their story that they did nothing wrong.I genuinely believe that this place is a scam and is trying to milk the insurance companies for every penny they can. There is zero reason that it should have taken 8 weeks for the amount of damage to fix.The staff fed me lies and was rude the entire process. They need a tune up in customer service. I will never go back to this place.

11 days turn into 2 months. Once I got the car, the car still needed more work. My spare tire was slashed with a knife in their shop. If you call and the ladies at the front desk say they will call you back (you will never get a call back). Only thing good I have to say is that they were able to match the color of the rest of the car.

Steve is the Mac daddy of auto repair. I have a fleet of cars and this is my go to shop. They do great work, good attention to detail and if anything goes wrong Steve always makes it right.

Right now I decided to use this location to fix my car. RJay that is our consultant and handling our vehicle has been very attentive and explain the whole process very well.Update: I will say that this journey in having our car handle by Ray Lalor aka RJay at Millers Auto Body shop wasnt the best experience of what all others are rating this place. In the end they got the job done but the service level wasnt to what I expected to be. I can say that RJay kept his word in keeping in you up to date in what is happening to your car but he failed to inspect the car before returning it back in good condition and good workmanship. One of our cars rim was a different color from all other rims (How do you miss that?) and some of the upper side door finder was propped up and not flush all the way down being aligned correctly. Before I turned in the car I had told him 3 weeks is what I had to offer to get the job done. He accepted and confirm it could be done. Did it get done...NO. He made false promises on more than one occasion that the car would be done. I personally didnt like that at all nor did my wife giving false hope that her car that she use would be ready. What I dislike the most at the end he wanted us to rate the shop 5 stars and in return he will GIVE US A GIFT CARD. I refuse to lie of what really happens here and I think everybody should know what really goes on at this location #TrueRating Please Share and Like. Seriously had the best experience with Millers Auto body Repair. I was a victim of a hit and run and very skeptical of mechanics due to being ripped off before. Couple that with not knowing much about cars and I was scared I was getting ripped off. That was far from the case. Rob and Stephen shared a lot of empathy for my situation and assured me they would take care of me. They didnt dismiss me for my concerns and really went the extra mile to make sure I understood they were truly there for me and doing what was in my best interest. I would recommend Millers to everyone and anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

Had an incident on I-10 just before Easter weekend in the middle of a shelter-in-place order. Tow truck driver, Donald, recommended a tow to Millers. Followed his lead with a promise that they would call on Monday with an assessment of my car. Donald went out of his way to make sure that I got to a car rental place before close on Good Friday. Got a call on Monday morning from the Service Manager, Steve, outlining a plan for my car and promising a return before the end of the week. The rest of the week went as planned. Picked up the car on Friday afternoon and couldnt be happier. I mean, seriously, these guys went above and beyond.

This is a busy shop, high end cars to basic were seen each time I was there. Had about 10k of repair work done on 2 vehicles and very happy with both. Though they wont call every day to give updates(again, a very busy shop), they would call me back same day if not within the same hour if I called. Highly recommended

I dropped my car off for collision repair before the holidays and when they said it would be done right when I was going out of town they did me favor and let me pick it up after the holidays! The front and side was hit and my car looks great after Millers fixed it. They also have great pricing. James M. kept me in the loop in regarding what was being done to my vehicle. I highly recommend them if anyone is ever needing auto body repair done.

AVOID THIS BODY SHOP! They had my truck for over a month and didnt even fix it.I was in a small fender bender and needed a new bumper, grill, and some dents removed. It took them over a week to come up with a $1,300 estimate but then a week later they wanted close to $3,000 to fix my truck. I drive a 97 Silverado so it is not like the parts are hard to find or expensive. I had my insurance company move the truck to another body shop because my confidence was lost in this sketchy shop.A shop just up the street fixed the whole truck up for $1,200 and got it done in 4 days. I mentioned the original estimate from Millers to the new shop and they said Millers was most likely damaging the truck even more to just milk the insurance company.This company lacks ethics and values.

Great place, super pro. Trustworthy body shops are hard to find. We have all heard a horrible story, but this place is top notch. They have worked on all my cars and always done an amazing job. My rental car broke down on I-610 on the way to the airport. This towing service showed up minutes after I called emergency services. Prompt response. Quick to move the vehicle from the interstate. And the driver Mr. Moon was very nice and polite. He brought the towed vehicle and myself to the Hertz Service Center at the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Very impressed with the service and how well I was tended to. Thank you!!!

Of course you always have to hope that you don’t have to go back to the body shop, but if I do, I would certainly go back to Miller’s!

I wanted to say thank you- my vehicle broke down on one of the coldest nights in Houston weve had so far this year. After waiting for almost 3 hours for my insurance roadside service I called Millers and the driver was out in only 10-15 minutes. Thank goodness for you guys, who knows how long Agerro would have ended up taking. The driver was very nice and was even able to angle my car safely into our driveway, despite the narrow street. Insanely happy with the service, top notch communication and service time. Steve and Alex were a pleasure to work with, couldn’t be any happier. I got stuck on the side of the road with a huge nail in a tire of my work truck (while pulling a 40 foot gooseneck trailer). It was about 6:45pm on a Friday near the Galleria and traffic was crazy as usual. Just as I got out of my truck, one of this companys tow trucks pulled up. It was an awesome guy named Earl Moon. Before I could even get the spare detached, he had my truck jacked up and the damaged tire off. He grabbed that spare and had me ready to roll before I knew it. I was back on the road in 10 minutes. This guy truly saved my day. I will forever be thankful for his willingness to help, his efficiency, kindness, and skill. With guys like this working at this company, you cant go wrong!!!

Excellent, professional work that was completed in a timely manner. The front desk is polite and patient, and the main PoC, Rob make the process seamless. The body repair work (2004 A4) was related to an insurance claim. They worked directly with the insurance company to sort out estimates and payments. I received the car entirely washed, waxed, and detailed on the inside.

First time here and I loved it. Rob called me several times to keep me updated on the repairs to my vehicle. They did a really good job on the repair and it looks like nothing ever hit car! IF I COULD GIVE ) STARS I WOULD! Millers was recommended to me by my insurance company. I had never had an insurance claim before so I went with their suggestion. MISTAKE. I was initially told the repairs would take 7-8 days. They have had my vehicle for 28 DAYS now. Ive been told 3 different times that my vehicle would be ready on a certain day only to find out ON not before each of those days that it would not be ready. AND the only reason I found out on those days is because I called them. Since receiving my vehicle they have not once contacted me to give me an update or a change in plan. They have cost me $$ and loss of work due to their lack of communication & poor estimation. As I write this I am awaiting a call back from a supervisor to my estimator because they are all out to lunch. Apparently going out to lunch is more important than making good on their promises. My car was promised again for today...so far it doesnt look good....again.

R J was awesome from beginning to the end. They listened to what I wanted done and was timely and did an awesome job. I would absolutely recommend them! The other shops I visited couldn’t compare and on a side note: the lobby was nicer than a doctors office I was just in!

Alex wrecker # 543 and the Officer where I was stalled are the absolute best!! Seriously don’t know what I would have done! If you need a tow truck he is the guy to use! Hopefully I can update soon with the police officers name! He really is so kind and helpful, I have had to get towed many times and never came across the sweetest people!!

Wrecker charged me $175 to tow my son not even half a mile from my house . That’s ridiculous.

I’ve brought my car to Miller’s twice this year and had great experiences both times! I had a broken headlight for 2+ years and went to multiple mechanics who couldn’t figure out the issue and just did a quick fix to last me a few months. After a few hours at Miller’s, they had the issue figured out and fixed it in no time. The second trip was this past week when the heat in my car went out. I had researched about how much it would cost to fix so I wasn’t going in blind and they got it fixed for less than I was anticipating based on my research. This is the first auto shop I’ve found that I truly can trust. Definitely recommend Steve and his team!

I have had several dealings with Millers. The staff is helpful and gracious. The work they have performed to my sisters truck and two of my own vehicles have been excellent.The tow service is also excellent. They are part of the local Safe Clear program. Their tow trucks seem to have a higher visibility on the freeways and their responses times much faster than all the other Safe Clear wreckers in our city.The only reason I give 4 stars was due to the fact that property security is kind of weak. A break in occurred when my vehicle was in their lot and it was burglarized. The company failed to notify me but in their defense they had no idea until I checked the vehicle myself. To their credit, the minor damage related to the burglary was corrected at the shop. I dont know what would be more cost effective; hiring a overnight guard or relocating to a better neighborhood.Expect slow service as they have to deal with high volume repair requests, low balling car insurance companies and parts collecting. But the repairs are performed with such quality, it is hard to tell your vehicle was damaged in an auto accident. Overall I would rate their service as honest, dependable and excellent.

New to the Heights area and had to file a claim on my car. No really knowing where to go my insurance recommended Millers Auto Body Repair Experts. Rob called me within the day to set up getting my car looked at. I got my car looked at on a Friday, that very same day he got the work approved, set up my rental for me and scheduled to drop my car off that next Monday. Dropped it off on a Monday and got it the next Monday. They did great work, my car looks like nothing happened and they were always so helpful at every step of the process. I cannot speak highly enough of Rob and Millers Auto Body Repair Experts.

Millers has been my go to place to get my car fixed for a number of yearsnow in the Oak Forest Area. The key thing is for me is trustworthy and honest. Steve: (GM) and the staff are awesome. If you live close they have a courtesy shuttle to take you home and pick you up. A real Mechanic you can trust!!! Plus they have a Towing Service and do Quality Body Work.

I have dealt with the general manager, Steve Newcomer, at Miller Auto Body Repair Experts since mid 2008 when i moved into the Heights. I have had several of my cars repaired by the company, when it was originally located on 24th street off of Shepherd. I will not let anyone preform any body repairs, by anyone else, as their service is second to none. Even though I now live over 25 miles away, Miller Auto Body repair experts is the only one I would recommend if you want your car to be restored to a LIKE NEW condition.

I have come across this tow truck driver twice in the past 2 days, the first time he ran a red light nearly taking out a car. The second time he flew out of private parking lot without stopping and almost hit us, thankfully by husband swerved in time, otherwise I would be the new owner of Miller’s cause if any harm came to my child you better believe they would pay for it. If this is how they conduct business I am happy to go to every social media outlet there is to tell people to STAY AWAY!!!

My son is in the US Air Force. His duty station is in Okinawa. He was deployed to Iraq last summer and on completion of his tour began planning for his return to the states after Okinawa. He found a really good buy on a particular Subaru that he liked in Austin so we went and picked it up for him. The car was mechanically sound with fairly low mileage but had some hail and neglected other body damage. I had met the owner Mr. Rex Owens some time back and asked him for help in getting my sons car in tip top shape for his return to Texas. Rex took on the project and he personally supervised the restoration himself. His staff went far beyond a normal repair for a very fair price. Rex and the staff at Millers are a credit to the business community in Houston and because he honored and respected my sons service he is a true patriot. I would highly recommend Millers to anyone with an auto body repair need.Thanks Rex!

Someone shattered my drivers side window, I called Millers they gave me estimate ordered the glass brought my car in the next day at 8am and car was finished by 11am. They even came to pick me up. Awesome, place and people are super helpful.

My car was sent here for Auto body repair in April of 2018 by my insurance company. I get it back in May of 2018 and all of my windows dont roll down. My driver seat doesnt move and my side mirrors no longer work. I was told I have a warranty on everything that was replace. I have been back to the shop 6 times, and its now September. The issue to still not be fixed. Im working with a man name James thats impossible to get in touch with. He waits 3 weeks at a time to callback, and acts annoyed that Im asking for the issue to be fixed.I came in for auto body repairs and I leave with everything on the drivers door no longer working. Dont get me wrong the outside of my car is beautiful. but Im a short woman and I need to move my seat to reach the pedals. Ive been polite and patent. Never once raising my voice and Im getting the run around. I live far from the location and driving to the shop for the same issue is inconvenient. Again Ive never been rude or showed any sign of anger.Here we are 9/4/2018 and Im still not able to move my seat, roll down my windows, or move my side mirrors and James is once again giving my attitude of annoyance. Once my car is fixed correctly I dont care about the warranty. Id never return to this shop.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!I got in a fender bender about a month ago, very simple car accident with about a week wait initially. The week went by and I hadn’t gotten one call from Millers regarding my car so I assumed it would be finished at the originally scheduled time. I took off work so I could go get it, give them a call before I leave the house and one of the guys, RJ told me it would be another week before a part was able to get there. I was frustrated with the lack of communication but understood that stuff happens and the insurance was able to cover another week so no worries. It would’ve been no worries, except for the next 3 weeks after that, the same exact thing happened. RJ would tell me my car would be ready, would never call for updates and then when I took off work, he’d tell me it isn’t done. So you can imagine, each week is going by and I’m getting more and more impatient. So about my 15th time calling them without them calling me at all, RJ tells me that it’ll be done on Monday the 18. He says that I can return my rental car and be there by 4-6 to pick up my car. I arrive at 5:30 and he walks up with a big smile and says “man I forgot to call you again!” And proceeds to tell me that the car still isn’t finished and they had to reattach the bumper and put a new light in. Something they had said they had been doing for about 2 weeks. So now I have no car and have to Uber home. RJ calls me on my way home and tells me how sorry he is and that he wants to make it up to me by personally delivering the car to my house or work the following day for the inconvenience. I’m very understanding and polite with him and we decide that he’s gonna call me in the morning when it’s finished. Fast forward to the following day at 2:00 and I’m calling him yet again trying to find out the status because yet again I haven’t received a call. He said that it’s finished and they’re just detailing it and he would bring it by my work at 5:30. I again, scheduled time off so that I could be available for him. 5:30 rolls by and I get no call, I call RJ’s cell and there’s no answer. I call the shop and the receptionist tells me that he’s at an “after work meeting” and is unavailable to talk. He texts me around 7:30 and says that “if I haven’t already figured it out, he won’t be able to bring my car to me” again, no call. Ever. He then sends me pictures of my car with NO BUMPER ON IT and says that it still isn’t finished and they have to reattach the bumper. Mind you this is 3 hours after telling me it was finished and they were detailing it. I’ve now had to get police involved in order to forcibly remove my car from their possession because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing and I’m $40-$60 out of pocket for ubers every day now. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. By far the most unprofessional, unorganized, insensitive company I have ever dealt with. Not just in the car industry, but any industry. I would recommend trying to fix your car on YouTube with your friends before taking it to these idiots.****quick update, I’ve had my car back for less than a week now and it’s leaking and if I drive over 15mph it overheats. I refuse to take it back to this sad excuse for a business and let them mess more stuff up for a few months.
