Came for an alignment and left with multiple other problems along with a vehicle that did not start back up. They left the vehicle running since I dropped it off 2 hours ago and drained the battery. Never going back to this location again.

Nicholas is a lazy piece of work hell find any excuse he can not to work on your car.

Hung up on during an emergency fix

Came for oil change and left paying $649 for all wrong things they found. 2 blocks away my car broke and store was already closed. Had to leave car overnight on parking spot and now they’re charging $$$ for some more “xtra” things need to be done. Car is a Corolla 2015.

Usually they have food customers service this time they went beyond.

Don’t do alignment here they will mess up your vehicle horrible service and u ask for corporate number and they refuse to give it . You need to teach your employees to do alignments correctly

Pepboys I decided to go to, I just recently had my rotors done and the manager suggested that I had my front control arms tires done. The job cost $1100 It was a 15 hr job qouted by the manager and turns out it only started as a 3 hr job. The next day I now standing in pepboys my front driver tire is leaking white fluids and the manager isnt present to take care of this matter. To make matters worse the 2 of the mechanics said it was okay for me to drive with fluid leaking out of my front tire. I drove less then a mile up the street to another mechanic shop and they told me that it was not okay to drive with fluid leaking out of my tire and took care of the job right on the spot after buying the part. This pepboys location just lost my trust as a costumer.

Went to this place over a year ago. The bill was close to $900 & I had to get financed through Synchrony. The problem wasnt fixed because my truck broke down again and was $700 to repair elsewhere. The check engine light came on again 3 months ago and cant drive for the last 2 weeks. If Im going to pay close to $1000, I expect the problem to be gone. Not only am I still in debt with Synchrony because of this location, I cant catch a break to save up enough to get my truck fixed for good ANYWHERE.

Pulled up last minute with bent rim. They gladly helped me out without hesitation 🙏🏻 Fast and fantastic service!! They saved myself and my family from tire losing all its air and leaving us stranded. I will definitely be back

I highly recommend this tire place to everyone!!! I caught a flat tire early this morning today and I called here for help. They helped me for a reasonable price and got me on the road in no time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I got my oil changed here a few weeks ago. They said it came with a complimentary tire rotation, and windshield wiper fluid refill, they did neither. At this point Im just hoping they actually changed the oil..

I went in for brake replacement (9/22/17), as it turned out I needed new pads, shoes, rotors, drums and a fluid change. The manager was able to save me about 200 dollars in hardware just by taking a few minutes and guiding me to a good value without sacrificing quality. It took a few hours, but the work was quality work, and my brakes feels great. Friendly staff, and a clean and organized shop. I will definitely be returning here for other vehicle needs.

This place was great when Tracy worked there, but I havent seen her in a while. Some guy was there, and didnt even acknowledge my presence when I walked in. I waited for a full minute without even being looked at. There were no customers in the waiting room but me. I left went to Jiffy Lube next door and they did a great job, and in a timely manner.

Very good staff intended to do help us without charging extra bucks for minor repairs and replacements . I’ll definitely prefer my further auto repair stuff here .

Awesome service! Unlike Triple A; the man REMEMBERED to put my tire lock where he found it!!!! I didnt think about it until I got to Dallas TX. However, I was relieved to see it in the glovebox!!! The cashier was very knowledgeable about tires as well. It was a great experience not to mention QUICK!!! Thank you for SUPERIOR customer service.

Please do not! Do not use this facility if you have a warranty through Silver Rock. The only good thing is Pep Boys will send a tow truck out. Other than that this has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Child like games over the phone. Do not use them!

I stopped by there because a coupon on line to change oil, my first impression was a little expensive service however the service worth every single dollar, they even replaced damaged oil plug with any extra fee, Justin change oil in no time in a professional manner but Cesar definitely goes above and beyond he kindly replaced my SUV windshields! If you need an honest, fast, conscious and ethic place to solve any car problem you will definitively stop by here, you will not regret .Keep it up Pep boys!!

Great service and awesome staff. The woman behind the counter is just as nice as they get (and her voice is cute as a button). These people know their stuff! My last visit they put new rims and tires on my sons mustand, even though the tires and rims werent purchased from them. Took them less than an hour to rotate and balance the new tires and had me on my way.

I went in early this morning because I was having problems with my Ac. I thought it was the blowing motor but these guys found the problem that made the situation way more easier. I had a new Compressor installed at the beginning of the summer and the idiots I took it to didnt add enough freon after replacing it. Luckily I took my car to these guys and not back to the Pep Boys by downtown. I recommend these guys to anybody, theyre reliable and honest with their work.

I have been coming here for a few months now. Traci is so sweet and helpful. They take care of my car like it’s one of theirs.

This place just became a pepboys tire shop. Its Sunday & my mom needed 2 tires desperately. These guys helped me out, found 2 tires at another store got them in & installed them. Oh & its Sunday so its a light crew. Theyre busting their ass, give them credit.

Just horrible place . Do not fix your car . Brakes . Nothing here.. im so fustrated . Dont be fooled by the name change . Its still justbrakes. Same people working there. Just different name. I was going to go in and use my coupon for a discounted coupon and oil change but these people probably would get me to leave with other issues with my car. I had a green Volvo. They kept my car for many weeks never fixed issue. Charged me for something didnt fix. I have all my detailed reciepts. I went up to corporate office . Still all they want to do is make excuses. My car used special brake pads and came out with a whole suspension issue and broken strut. I wouldnt give them my car even if they offered to fix it free.. do not go here . I promise Im not over exaggerating not even a little . It got bad . Stay away. Dont risk your car. Dont do oil change they are the kind of people that will charge u for a plug because it was stripped while oil was being changed. This is your vehicle people dont risk it. I made the mistake of not reviewing before going. Last time I do this.. this was 6 months ago . Im just getting around to this review but I will be also reporting to bbb .
