We had to use this towing service for several of our customers that needed to get pick up immediately from their destination,had a flat tire or they had locked their keys in their vehicle. Each customer requested his phone number to keep in contact with. Hes quick to get wherever you at, profesional and of course reasonable with prices. PC is happy with your service!

Fast, easy and painless. He was really nice and knowledgeable about the area. I had to drive my car out of the parking garage because his flatbed truck couldn’t fit through the gate. Probably would’ve been the same for any tow truck.10 out of 10 would use tow truck again.

Flatbed Towing and Wrecker Service hauled my Ford F150 truck on a flat bed from Southwest Houston to Friendswood Tx. They gave me the best towing price out of four other tow truck service companys. Rude, I did call and you hanged up on me after telling me you could not get to me. I was not rude at all and you were literally yelling the whole time. After an hour or more you called me again asking in a much friendlier tone if I still needed the service. Which I declined.

Called them to have my car towed to the tire shop and received a quote immediately. The tow truck arrived 20 minutes later; I handed them my keys and the address of the tire shop; and he towed the car with no issues. Zero complaints.

The person i talked to on the phone was very rude. The moment i mentioned that ive been calling around, he told me to continue with the other services. I couldnt even recieve a quote from them.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasnt sure how they charged so I tried to ask the man what the rate for the towing service was and he kept saying just tell me from where to where maam then ill tell you the price. I was confused so I asked so do you all have a rate per mile that you charge? and he didnt want to answer my question and kept cutting me off so I just said forget about it.

I was amazed..... the driver showed up in a very short time ... and he was very nice and professional .. he seemed to know what he is doing and inside of his tow truck was clean which I was glad for ... I would definitely recommend his service
