They routinely dont show up on time. I paid for my beds and bushes to be maintained, but they only cut the lawn (see included pictures).

Hired ABC to install irrigation system and drainage. They also installed new landscaping, including planting trees. The price was reasonable and they finished the work on schedule. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to reach whenever I had questions. There was a supervisor present with the crews when they did the work. They were also professional and helpful. I already have a lawn care service that Ive used for 20 years, so I cant say anything about their maintenance service. I definitely recommend them landscaping projects.

I take care of my Mothers best friend who is 91 and has full time sitters . It came to my attention that there were some bedbugs . I did some research after first trying to concur the problem on my own - which is a joke I found out . I chose ABC Pest Control because of reviews I read and after calling and finding out how they would go about treatment process after visiting home first . I have had my own business before for over 25 years and service, care and kindness were the ways I treated my customers and value of my service . I will say that I have used many different service companies to fix and repair Kitty Currys home over the past 6 years and Blair with your Company surpasses everyone at all the others! His knowledge and concern was so easy to understand for how bad the infestation really was; which was unbeknownst to me or the sitters . He has great patience and such a calm helping demeanor of someone I would think would be with 25 years or more experience than he did. Prior to ABC Home & Commercial Service we had two other air conditioning repair technicians come to our ranch. The first said our 3.5 ton unit for the guest house had a freon leak somewhere in its compressor coils, and to just get a new unit since it was so old. The cost to replace was quoted at $3,500. We bought the house four years ago and the unit never worked, so we just assumed it had been broken for a long time. The second company that came out didnt even bother to check anything and just said they would replace it for $6,500 - but, hey; they had financing. Still not convinced, I decided to call someone with good reviews and work ethic, and thats how I came across ABC Home & Commercial Services in College Station. The people on the phone were really nice and worked with me on scheduling someone to meet my scheduling needs - not theirs. They sent out a guy named Payton who was one of the friendliest and polite technicians we ever dealt with. The first thing he informed was that the unit was actually only 9-years old and far below the typical life cycle of a heat-pump style air conditioner. Secondly, rather than speculate on what was wrong with the unit, he actually did a pressure test and found that yes, the freon level was zero - but after re-pressurizing the unit it was actually holding pressure, and did so for nearly 20 minutes. Payton said that sometimes people drain the freon from one unit to fix another, and since we had three other units on the ranch - that seemed logical. He also said people like to steal freon. So, after Payton did a full diagnostic on everything else, he flushed the systems lines and put in new freon gas. He then called and told me the good news that the system was up and running and all it ended up costing me was $600. I highly recommend ABC Home & Commercial Services and encourage people to let a reputable company like them evaluate their a/c system before plowing large sums of money for something that may not be necessary.

ABC has done a great job of helping us get the rodents in the attic under control. Mike did a fantastic job of sealing up the entry points into the house and he’s been back several times to check the traps. We used ABC for nearly two years at a lease property. When it came time to purchase our own home we cancelled the service with the intention of restarting service when we settled into the new place. We were please with the service while we used them which is why I gave them two stars.However, for the past month we’ve been trying to get in touch in order to restart service and it’s been a nightmare. We called and had to leave a message in the middle of the week just to wait for days without hearing back. Another call got us to a guy who couldn’t answer any questions and had us on hold for an extended period of time before telling us no one was available that could assist with restarting service. We called again over the weekend. Morning call: we were told only one sales member worked weekends and he’d get the message to call us. Afternoon call: we were told (by the same person) oh no there isn’t anyone available for that on the weekends.This has been such a hassle we’ve decided ABC clearly doesn’t need anymore business and we’re taking ours elsewhere.

The Patrick Team with ABC does an amazing job for my house!! We use them for pest control. They notice things I do not and address without a worry! They are communicative and prompt. I highly recommend. Plus ABC is bar none the better for pest control. I’ve used others and always had intermittent calls but since I used ABC (years now) I never have issues.

Great customer service, called and texted us when he was on his way. Took care of the ant and spider issues we were having and explained to us that we would see a difference in a few days. Mario is professional and knowledgeable.. I have used ABC for about 3 months. My yard had brown spots from a fungus and since ABC Lawn Services have treated it, it looks great. Such a big difference. Mario always apprise me of what he is doing and answers any questions I may have.

I can always count on ABC to get the job done. They are professional and respectful. With ABC maintenance I feel safe from pests, wasp, mosquitoes, ants, spiders and other bugs. Amazing employees andservice. Raccoon in my attic. They covered all soffits with metal vent covers. Repaired two openings into attic which was allowing raccoon to enter and leave. Metal wire inserts into all weep holes around foundation. Two traps are currently in the attic. Hoping to catch the raccoon soon.Salesman Colby was awesome. Polite, professional and informative. Pest control technician Michael was just as wonderful. Amazing staff. They explained everything and I was very comfortable using their services.

I had a slot scheduled for the landscape / power wash estimator to come out. I was told between 10 & 11. At 10.30 having not heard anything I called and the operator told me they would speak with the person who was coming and let me know. They put me on hold and about 30 seconds later told me he would be there in 15mins.An hour later Mark called me to tell me he would be at the house in about 30 mins. I asked him if he had spoken with anyone before at the company about when he would be at the house and he told me no.I don’t like being lied to (does anyone?). I will give my business to someone else.

Shane did an excellent job going over the place from top to bottom from attic to crawl space, inside the building and out. He explained what he was doing and how it would control pests. He paid special attention to problem areas. He even removed a large hidden wasps nest which we didn’t know about. Highly recommend.

So I wanted to wait about a month (since the initial treatment to our property) to determine the quality of service, and I must say…I’m very satisfied! Yes, I have still seen a couple spiders (and a roach) but over all, it’s a big improvement compared to before. I’m sure all I have to do is give ABC a call for a follow-up treatment and things will be fine.Now as for the technician—Jose—he really went above and beyond for us. Not only did he arrive early but he also sprayed a bit of treatment in some specific areas in our home for our peace of mind haha. The service technician was very professional and did a great job getting our system back up and running in a short amount of time. He did a full diagnostic of the system to make sure there were no other issues.

ABC pest control took care of the rodent problem we had in the attic of my house. Our technician Christopher was really nice and he followed up to make sure the problem was fixed correctly and therefore the rodents don’t come back in the house. They also service our house quarterly for pest control and we never have a problem with bugs in our house.

ABC is taking care of our commercial pool. They installed a new pump, changed the sand in 3 filters and service our pool once a week. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone did an excellent job. I no longer have to worry about racoons in my attic. They removed the racoons, sealed the places where the racoons were coming in and gave me a warranty. If any rodents or racoons enter the attic again, they will come back and remove them at no additional cost for one year. Excellent service, very professional. I am very pleased with this company.

I called this company earlier this week. We scheduled my service for today at 3:00pm. I received a confirmation email stating 4:15 but allow 45 minutes before and after the scheduled time. I rearranged my evening schedule for this initial service. At 5:06 pm I received a call from the technician stating he would be another 30 minutes. At this point I tried to call the office and tried every option listed leaving messages on all. No response. Called the technician back and told him not to come. This was way after I originally asked for and way after the time the company confirmed. I have not received a call back and the website says they are open until 6:00pm today. I would NOT recommend. If they can’t get here on time for even the first visit what kind of confidence does that inspire for a regularly scheduled maintenance.UPDATE: Today I received a text saying the technician finished my service. Funny! I was home all day and no one came to my house to do anything. I am happily leaving this totally accurate review of your LACK of service.

My technician, Kody, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and put my troubled mind at ease. He conducted our usual pest control maintenance, but I informed him of our spider problem outside the house. He went to work, assessing the property and spraying to rid of future spiders. He was great and I would highly recommend ABC Pest, Pool& Lawn!

That are very nice. We have struggled to get them to weed our beds as promised in our contract. I don’t fault the crew as it seems they have a 30 min time limit imposed on them. They just never weed it all. It’s disappointing especially after contacting them multiple times about the issue.

Contacted them this morning regarding a pest issue within 30 minutes someone contacted me stating they were on their way he arrived in the expected time frame. Did a great inspection and provided the complete services the same day! Blair is very knowledgeable, kind, and is a great person to have on the team! I was also able to set up future treatments in the upcoming months and the warranty leaves me feeling very comfortable with my choice!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! I basically pay almost 1000 dollars for nothing!!! The tech who can over to the house was not on time on top of that once he got here he was outside on the truck just par for like an one hour. What was supposed to be a one session to eliminate termites took almost a month because the tech keep saying they didn’t schedule him enough time to finish! When clear they did but everytime he will come he was just sitting out there on the truck! On top of that the job wasn’t finished. When I cancel what they have installed they came over to the home to take it out away because I cancel the contract. Clearly I wouldn’t have cancel if the service was better and it was never stated that if I cancel they were going to take away what was already installed.

Eric provided excellent service! He thoroughly treated for silverfish and quickly completed the job. He also did our every two month service and asked if we were having any other issues. Great work, would definitely recommend to others.

Two guys came out and did an initial treatment inside and outside my house for insects. They said they saw alot of bug activity outside and it looked like it hasnt been treated in ages. They brushed and sprayed the outside of the house to get down all the spiderwebs and nest. We just moved into our house and have lived here about 3 weeks. I knew we had bugs because there was alot of spider webs and spiders inside. The guys were both nice and communicated with me on when they were going to be here. Before they left he even gave me advice on what to do for other problems we may have and how to treat them. Cant say much on the treatment yet since we just got it done today.

We have rats and squirrels in the attic following major freeze event. They had created multiple entry points into attic. ABC pest control sealed the entry points and set traps in the attic. Our service technician was very professional and explained what he was doing to keep the critters from re-entering the attic. He verified the follow up appointments to check the traps. A Squirrel that was trying to attack people and tried to get in my front door.. Charles did a great job of catching the squirrel that was at my front door that attacking anyone that came to my house. Jason usually comes every 2 months for pest control; he is very nice and professional; always asks if there is any thing in particular. I have video surveillance around my house and can tell you with confidence that he does spray all the way around the house and treat the yard if there are ants. I get an advanced notice and then notice day of with picture of whos coming. Love that! This is, hands down, the best pest control company I have every worked with. The initial visit (which was years ago) they sealed the house from outside pest incursion with spray sealant, wire mesh, ect. I pay a fee every 2 months and have called in between their regular visits and dont get charged; they put a cage in the attic and sealed the house where a large animal had gotten in through the soffit outside. We dont have any bugs to speak of in the house; might see a spider every once in a great while but thats it. We used to get a mouse when it got cold every year but we havent even gotten that in maybe 5 years or more (I cant really remember as its been a long time). They are great and I have referred them to family and friends.
