This experience was ok I feel like it was extremely busy today and the facility was a little overwhelmed but I was eventually seen. Work was about a 4 not worth sixty dollars though. Imperfections because of rushing. I did leave a tip because I felt the Technician did the best she could under the circumstances!

Kevin is a magician!! I am so insecure about my big toes because of the thickness of them after the winter. Other shops could not achieve the look I was looking for. But Kevin did what he does best!!! He filed them down and gave me a big toe nail!! Cant tell me nothing now!!!

Top nails is growing company. The owners Kevin and Jennifer and their staff are a power couple working from opening to close to give its customers the best service and nail art. Ive been with them for years and gas always received excellent service.

Other than any other nail shop I have been to this is the top one I love this shop and the nail techs here.

Love love love a little bit pricey but its well worth it especially if Jennifer or Kevin do your nails you wont regret it

The first time I went I LOVED IT. I dont know the guys name who did my nails, but he shaped them (coffin) PERFECTLY, a very nice fill job, not too thick and he took his time, plus I had gel polish removal and got new gel polish applied. I was very happy. This time when I went, though, Im not sure what happened. The girl must still be learning, because Ive got thick bubbles in several places. The paint job was executed PERFECTLY and she did a good job on a nail repair, but I had to file down the underside of the corners myself. All in all not bad, but I should have been informed that she was still learning and I should have been given the choice to not go to a student. Im not sure if Ill go back now.

I ONLY LIKE JENNIFER DOING MY NAILS. She does an awesome job.

We all want a peaceful time while getting our nails done but when I went inside there earlier there was this lady that was just too rowdy. They could not really control her. From what I’m used to you the place is not that clean and out of date. They do have a large selection though and do a decent job on the nails. But unfortunately they charge for everything, including nail color and the finish (matte). After I tried telling the guy what I wanted he transferred me to someone else even though I had an appointment with him. If you do go there I recommend Shantel. She was a sweetheart and very good.

They always have amazing work. I have been going to them since they were at the shop in Hopewell and now they have had their own shop for the past 3 years. Always clean and polite, they move fast and work hard.

The staff was super sweet and helpful. I showed photos of the color and shape of my acrylics that I wanted and got exactly that. Overall very clean, and very good service. Highly recommend and will return for future services!

Very argumentive with their black nail techs . If you cannot respect them, you definitely dont respect your black customers! You dont need these black dollars, that most definitely keep your doors open. I left and will not return!! And will pass the word along.

I made an appointment for a pedicure but when I walked in I stated I also wanted 2 fill ins & a full set (the guy that checked me in said it was ok). After receiving my pedicure (which was awesome) I was told by that same guy I was unable to get my fill in. If you come here ONLY get your pedicure by Monique. Shes awesome & takes her time.

They do whoever nails they want to do. They take who they want to take. Jennifer don’t do your nails unless you’re spending 100+ dollars. They have new people working every other week and expect customers that’s been going there a long time to go to new customers. They get mad and will reject you if you ever express yourself to them. They make appts for who they want to make appointments for. They have gotten so big headed w/ the growth of customers that they no longer know how to treat people.

I go for the pedicure had injured my toe was very ashamed about it but the assured me it will grow back and made me a nail 😊😊 I was so happy I told everyone my kids laughed they just didnt know how I felt so thank u top nails from ms Scott I usually come on Saturday with my daughter and grandbaby

Horrible!! customer service. How is a nail tech able to tell someone for no reason after you request them. They don’t want to do your nails after waiting just for them. Then they say “he has the right to refuse service” for what? Don’t come to this country trying to enforce rules you don’t understand to mistreat paying customers the right to refuse service is for a person that is being rude and unruly if someone request someone those are no grounds to refuse service unbelievable this place is the worst

Got a pedicure at this salon. Prices are good. They get you in and out pretty quick - at least this is the case for pedicures. There’s a 4% fee for using your credit/debit card.

I just went today and got my nails done. Jennifer been doing my nails for about 20 years give or take. I would leave, but I always have to come back because no one can do my nails like Jennifer. She is the Bomb!

Lol this is Roberts wife ! So This is strictly my review from walking in! Was greeted before I even walked completely in. And Omg they have so many options and I’ve already driven to 6 other nail shops and they did not have the color I wanted from very limited colors. I even went to Venus and nails and they were closed but I normally go there and they have not even half as many colors as this place have !! I’ll make another review after my nails are done.

Great place! Ive been going to Jennifer and Kevin for years. Great work and Im always very satisfied with my nails and designs. Usually very busy so expect a wait.

Nails were very tender after service i spent $91 for full set, pedicure and eyebrows original price was $88 but since I used my card it charge an extra fee that they have at their salon I also recommend nobody to ever go to them because theyre expensive my nails broke within four days and it took my actual nail off my skin I have real bad nail damage my nail bed is terrible my feet chip within 2 days and they did not want to compensate Me or Either fix it it was just the worst service ever and if you like pretty designs yeah go to them but actually doing the service on your nails I would never suggest anyone to go it was my first time lesson learn but I know not to go back to them ever again.

Went there the 1st time it was good. I got a full set, pedi for myself and daughter. Paid $145 plus $10 tip. So the 2nd time for my fill I went back, and requested the same guy who did my nails the 1st time. I waited 45 mins. A guys calls me to the back To get my nails done by someone else. I politely asked for the same guy again. Because of my experience with him. He then tells him me he didn’t want to do my nails. 😳 This is by far the worst customer service ever. Then his excuse and reason is we offered you the lady. I said if he wasn’t available then you could have said that, when I walked in when I initially asked for him. Instead of rudely telling me he didn’t want to do my nails, and him refusing. This is beyond crazy. How do you try to force me to get my nails done by someone I’ve never experienced?. I’m a paying customer it makes no sense. All is well though I will not be returning, and will happily take my money elsewhere. If you enjoy rude, forceful, and bipolar customer service this is the place for you. I for one don’t so I do not recommend.

Jenifer and Kevin are the best! Definitely go here for the latest and greatest designs. They have swarovski, glow in the dark, mood changing polish, chrome, unicorn nails, aquarium nails, etc.

The girl who did my pedi tock more then an hour. When it was time for my mani they told me the price that was more then what they had told me through the phone prior to arriving. Then the person told me they couldnt do my nails. I showed them a pic of a simple dip in and they told me no. Also it is messy, first impression is everything. I came here bc it was a bit cheaper then other places, but I rather spend a little more else where. Would NOT come back.

The guy there messed up my nails so bad so I went back today and he charged me to take them off when HE messed them up?? This place is 100% the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too.

I love this place I drive an hour one way to go here. They always smile and speak when you walk in the door. Ive been going here for a few months and RaRa is my girl. She always goes above and beyond to make me look good, and she keeps me laughing the whole time. I also got my first pedi there the other day. I dont know the girls name but it was The BEST pedi ive ever had. I wont be going anywhere else.

Awesome place to get your nails done. They are very artistic, and the prices are very reasonable.

Love the work, can be a little rough sometimes depending on who does your nails and slow b/c they are over crowded. So I just try to go on Mondays or tuesdsys.

I have been coming here a couple of months and love my nails every time; however, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Last time I went, Henry did not use similar glitter colors as the picture I showed him so I got Jennifer to change them while she did my design. Well the next time I came, they let someone I was there before go in front of me because Henry was being petty and didnt want to do my nails. I was very upset because I always liked his work. He shouldnt be allowed to refuse service for something so minor. Kevin told me that I cant make him do my nails if he doesnt want to. Im actually ok with him not doing my nails but Im not ok with letting people go in front of me when I was there first. Im never going back.

Been coming here for a month and have been paying the same price every visit. All of a sudden my last visit they decided to add extra pricing on my visit . After the fact that I had to run to the ATM to get money because there system was down . They informed me of the extra cost after I was done. Which is not professional nor how they should conduct business
