If you are looking for a pool company to service your pool, Sweetwater Pools is the one!We have been a loyal customer for over 8yrs. The customer service we have received is beyond excellent.Primarily due to Dan, who is the residential service manager. He is the BEST! Any time I have called Dan, he has responded quickly to whatever the issue is at that time. We recently had our pool acid washed and it came out sparkling white. This process was done in an efficient time frame and we are very pleased. Dan was available throughout the entire process.First impression are important and Diane, the receptionist, is always kind & courteous and will help me with any issues and get me to the right people.

I worked for Sweetwater for three summers while in school and it is the best place to work! Very flexible with your schedule and do a great job training you to tackle different scenarios. Not only did I learn how to take care of a pool, I learned leadership skills and customer service skills that I know I will be using later on in my career! I am forever thankful to have worked here!

Cleaning the pool and picking up dirt while people are swimming 🏊 in the pool. This company cares only about making the quick buck, not about the customer who can get sick while cleaning the pool.This is at LA Fitness on Richmond.Don’t recommend swimming here unless you like to take in chemicals from their cleaning.

This company sucks. We contracted with them to take care of our community pool and they didnt show up when we called them for emergency service and then they didnt show up for their first day of service with us and their communication is horrible. Stay away from them!

I wish there was a zero stars option. Very poor service, the service technician did bare minimums each time. He was never there for more than 15 minutes. They do not inspect equipment and you could end with a serious problem. My cartridge filter is way over due for a cleaning and was not told about it. I noticed it because it affected the pressure of the returns and the water feature. I gave them plenty of chances to get it right over several months but he could not get it right. They would never leave door tags either. Most days I could not tell if he came at all. One day he was gone in (literally) 7 minutes (I timed him). The pool got worse with them in charge. STAY AWAY.

I live in the Berkshire subdivision where this trash company manages the pool. Their lifeguards are absolute clueless morons. Every time Ive gone they are on their cellphones, at the lifeguard tower not paying attention. This isnt about that however, its about the ungrateful coward lifeguards who work there. I was in the pool with my friend when I see the lifeguard approach our table. He throws our stuff from the table onto the chairs, phones and watches included. Then he starts to close the umbrella. There was plenty of room for clearance. He does not have the right to touch anyones stuff without asking. Especially if he wants to handle it in a disgusting manner. Hes lucky my phone didnt hit the concrete because I was going to raise hell.

I have the Catcha kid net on my pool for safety for my 3 year old twins. Sweetwater has been incapable of taking it off and putting it back on correctly. I have tried on numerous times to show them and get this correct but they are incapable of doing this simple task. I even explained how dangerous this could be for my children.For the past few months they have decided to not remove it and not clean my pool, yet continue to bill me. When I confronted them they have evaded my calls, not returned calls, and denied the truth that the cleaner directly told me. Both Diane and the manager Dan are guilty in this.Sweetater is a company that cannot perform tasks necessary to take care of your pool and maintain the safety of your back yard. The company bills for services not performed. They should be reported to the better business bureau.

I called to have my pool deck redone and was told an estimator would call me back later that day. Two weeks later, I am still waiting. Not much luck with another Houston pool company, same thing, but this time I just left a message. Does nobody want my money?

Was treated incredibly rude by the lifeguard manager at the eagle springs pool on 6/7/16 because I was wearing basketball shorts and not a swimming suit. They are totally unprofessional and I definitely will not recommend them to lifeguard a water bowl. They allowed people to get drunk there but my shorts were against the rules

Don’t know about how their service is but their driving ethics is horrible. Just witnessed them drive out of a neighborhood off of clay rd in Katy into oncoming traffic and didn’t stop at the stop sign. If they don’t care about courtesy and safety on the road I can imagine how their customer service is?

Do not work for them, they will make you work long hours in the heat and harass you when you take one day off. They pay well but you are abused for the whole summer from them, they also do not follow basic OSHA regulations, one of there supervisors is extremely prejudice and homophobic, he is also very sexist he will favor female employees over male employees. on top of all that the abuse you have to put up with the whole summer is not right, you will be abused by both the HOA and the company itself. My advise is to not work for them avoid them at all costs youll be better off working at a fast food place then with them

**Terrible** Steer clear of these guys. Pool became infested with biting insects THREE times over the course of one year. Also had to have pool drained and cleaned by new pool company b/c of the chemical disaster these guys made of our water. Lousy service, dishonest techs.
