I love this place! My first time going here and it was great. Very friendly staff and very clean. I was nervous about getting my hair cut and the stylist was very reassuring and helped calm my nerves. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs their hair cut!

I actually left. The day I entered there was one stylist and she was with a customer. I had no problem waiting. After the customer left the stylist said she needed to make a quick call to resch a customer again, I had no problem with that.Heres where the problem arose!Keep in mind Im still waiting. She decided to make a personal phone call to discuss the super bowl! She remains on the phone with no acknowledge of me what so ever! So I left and went across the street! I nor my family will never return.

Tina is the greatest. She is something of a methodical perfectionist. I gave her an idea of how I wanted my hair cut and the next thing I knew, she was styling my unruly beard, taming my eyebrows, and making me laugh with her blunt sense of humor. I cannot recommend her enough. Oh yeah, and the hair on my head looks great too. My mom said that this is beat haircut Ive has in decades. Im in my late 40s.

I was hesitant to get a haircut here due to the fact I have been going to great clips for years. They did a great job and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I checked in online and the wait was very minimal. Thanks for the great service

They gave me a great cut, and when they did not have the color I wanted for my hair Misti went to Knoxville to get it and had it colored the next day. She did a beautiful job and a long time customer added to her. Thank You Misti for a great cut and color

Jessi Y. Cut my hair. I brought in a picture of what I wanted. She did not cut it like the picture. She decided on her own my she didnt think it wasnt right for me. She yanked very hard on the knots, it literally hurt as she cut the wrong layers around my face and she jammed the comb into my scalp. Also, instead of taking two inches off the bottom it was closer to six. This is the first time I have not left a tip before.

I know it all depends on the stylist... She was awesome! I have taken 15 selfies just to show off my hair cut. She didnt rush me through. She took her time and did a fantastic job. I have really thick and natural wavy/ curls that make my hair unmanageable. By taking her time cutting, then blow drying, and striaghtening she was able to give me the cut I was looking for. I literally got a $50 cut for a $14 Supercuts price! Thank you for my angle bob stacked in back hair cut.

I drive to this location for my stylist. If they leave I will follow them and discontinue frequenting this location. Five stars while my stylist is here. Otherwise, I give it three stars for being a clean average Supercuts.

Unless you want to be insulted & ripped off DONT GO!! I had my hair colored and was not satisfied with the outcome. I called the day after having it done and was told it would be no problem to have it redone as long as I had it done within a week after receiving the service. I made 3 attempts to go back for a redo within a weeks time. The first time I attempted to have it done, I called and explained my circumstances & asked when I should come in and was told anytime before 4:00; I arrived around 2:00 & wad asked to come back the next day because the stylist who originally colored my hair was not there. The 2nd time I went back, I was told that the manager had to be present for all redos and she wouldnt be in until the day after next (which put me at 6 days into their 1 week deadline). Finally, I came back in while the manager was there and she treated me like I was crazy for wanting my hair recolored and refused to recolor my hair while making a spectacul of me in front everyone in the salon! I was so embarrassed to be there and on top of that, I was out 67 dollars for a service that was done improperly, leaving me unable to afford to fix what I did NOT like about my hair. Thats bad business!
