The people who set up (in particular the white truck with the utility trailer with the workers setting up at Kroger‘s) are extremely rude and have no consideration for anyone in the area with the exception of the Hispanic guy who seem to be more aware of his surroundings. I guess they forget that they’re wearing uniforms and are driving trucks with the company logo. I work as an event planner work and work with several rental companies. One thing I’ve learned in this industry is that if vendors don’t care about the people around them as they are doing their work, they won’t care about how their work is being done nor will they care if things are not done correctly.

These people suck, really bad service. Please go somewhere else, for your own good don’t contact them, they are really disrespectful and rude.

We do event planning and production nationwide and we have 25+ years experience. I contacted them today about at 25K event. The guy said not interested in working with any third-party company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Was lied to and two weeks before event they dropped the ball leaving me to find another vendor! They need new staff - people who actually know what they are doing. Waited 2 weeks for a contract and I had to follow up just to be told they couldnt help. SAD! Please go elsewhere, do business elsewhere! Spoke with Rod/Ron the manager and he was RUDE! He didnt apologize or take accountability! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, please!!!!!

Workers were great!!

Ordered a banquet tent for a corporate luncheon. When the tent, tables, and chairs arrived they were beaten up and the tent was full of holes with rust stains and duct tape all over the interior. Not presentable at all. The set up crew was rude, and neglected to wear proper attire inside the plant after being asked.
