Awesome Service!!!! We scheduled them to come out on the 23 December. However the forecast showed rain and 70 degree weather on the 23rd. Not ideal condition. Nevertheless, Paul was flexible even with their work load and moved our day the day to the following day which showed a more favorably condition for snow (we had a cold front come in that night). They came early in the morning and it went perfect. Thank you Paul you guys are the best!!!!

Great customer service good selections on ice needs

Very nice on the phone when I called to order an emergency load. I was told they could arrive in an hour to an hour and a half. Three hours later, I called for another update and was told still about 30 minutes out. If you cant do the job, just say so. I would have had a lot more respect for your company. I cannot recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal company to work with!!! My husband and I purchased 10,000 pounds of snow for our sons 2nd birthday party. Charles and his crew arrived on time that morning, moved hay bales into position before the snow blowing began, and were incredibly friendly and kind the entire time during the setup. Charles even made small hills and a small slide for the toddlers. The snow lasted for 4 days!!! We did have cooler temps in January, so that helped too. We will definitely be using Ice Express again in the future!!!

Crooks! I paid $747 to set-up a permanent ice box at my business with 1500 lbs of Ice, less than 2 months later they picked up the ice box & threw my ice on the hot floor to melt. Worst Company Ever! I will never do business with them ever again.

I booked a snow party last year around Christmas and not only was the snow more than I expected to be, my family and the whole neighborhood loved this. Really a great idea, kinda pricey but memories are priceless. Definitely booking again . In December prices are a little higher being that a minimum amount of ice is required for booking snow parties for This month. Keep that in mind but I really love this concept especially because of Houston weather you can now make Christmas feel like how Christmas should be with snowball fights and snow angels .

Used them for ordering snow (shaved ice) for our daughters Frozen Themed Birthday party. The lady who helped me place my order was so informative and the guys who delivered the ice where really helpful. They were alittle late getting to the party but we worked something out. Great customer service!

My crew and I like to throw parties. We got used to coming here to the drive through window and getting all the ice we need on the afternoon of the party. Excellent service, always.

Ice express is my favorite place to buy ice. We stop here when we are headed out of town to go hunting. They load up our two big coolers with blocks of ice and were all set for the weekend. Great service - and CHEAP prices. Love them!

A lot more expensive than back home in Pensacola, FL, but they have military discount and great customer service! I needed ice to get some perishables back home, and the guy grabbed a small piece of dry ice, set it on top of everything else in my Pelican cooler, and told me dont open it. I got home about a day later, and that little piece of dry ice had frozen EVERYTHING!THANKS GUYS!!! Came thru with professionalism, friendly smiles, and went above and beyond after Harvey wrecked my aunts house.

We booked Ice Express for a snow party 1.5 hours outside of Houston. I worked with Steve, LaDonna, and Rob. Although snow parties are pricey in general, they did provide the lowest quote. Rob made a free site visit, arrived at the exact scheduled time, then spent nearly an hour reviewing the property and helped develop a site plan. Even gave us great idea for how to do a snow slide using square bales. Day of event, started raining right before the party. Ice Express was extremely understanding and flexible. They allowed to us to make a decision to postpone literally minutes before they were due to leave for our site, then allowed us to keep them on retainer in case we decided to have them come later that day. When the rain lasted longer than expected, they allowed us to cancel, then refunded our $100 deposit. Overall, they provided friendly service and timely responses. I will definitely keep them in mind for future events, and I recommend them highly!

Ice Express has provided me with excellent customer service and has stood behind their product. When calling their team with questions, they are knowledgeable but, more importantly, understanding. The genuine nature of which they handle suggestions should be amplified throughout all industries. Now...they just need to figure out how to make ice weigh less.
