We were required to use the Perfect Touch through our venue, and I wasnt looking forward to it reading previous reviews. Originally we had someone else helping us for our wedding, but then Ali took over. I cannot rave enough about Ali. She was even still contacting us from home when she had the flu. She was willing to be flexible with meeting times and location (We live in north Houston so this actually made a huge difference for us). I hated our original choices as far as florals, but when Ali came in she talked about the options and showed us different flowers that were still in the budget. I ended up with a beautiful bouquet that wasnt all roses! She went over every detail with us (even if I had no idea what was going on), kept up updated on any changes, and personally made sure everything was set up accordingly at the venue. We had the backdrop for the ceremony custom made, and it came out perfect! She is still working with us to get our mirror engraved after the wedding. She definitely made the process much more fun than I expected! If we ever have to host another large event I would definitely work with her again. PC: Khanh Nguyen Photography

I see now why this place is highly regarded. The staff is beyond wonderful. Their linens and rental furniture are gorgeous the selections are fabulous. These people are seriously amazing, under their direction, my event was left in their hands and I was not let down, I was over taken with joy by the setup. Ask for Daryl when it comes to the floral arrangements, I recommend his unique craftsmanship. I will use this service again and again, I will also send my friends and family here. There are not enough words to express the quality you will receive here.

I met with PT 8-9 months before my wedding date (probably too early on my part) and met with a woman named Shelley McDonald. She seemed like she was going to be great to work with because she knew what I was looking for and very friendly. She was actually one of the main reasons we decided to choose PT because we liked her so much and she promised to get us exactly what we wanted and even lowered prices on some things. However, Shelley decided to jump ship and left for another company about 3 months later.That is when Coral, their admin and sales, stepped in and facilitated our wedding floral and linen. She was helpful in getting us what we needed and introduced us to William, who became our floral designer.To be honest, we were wondering if we made a huge mistake at first when Shelley left. But William was really great, and he eased our worries about the floral and decor. We sat down and went through every single line item on our previously signed invoice with William and Coral and he gave us his own suggestions and recommendations that helped knock down the price and what he felt would look better. We liked that he made it his own and didnt do exactly what Shelley previously did for us.Closer to the wedding we did a mock set up of the linens and floral for our three centerpieces. I was very relieved to see that everything was going to look great and Williams vision was actually really good.Wedding day: Floral, linen, and decor looked really really great! My bouquet was beautiful and the reception and ceremony altar looked amazing. PT didnt have a large cross for the altar but they found one for us to use, which was really great on their part. William even came to the venue himself to make sure everything looked perfect and looked like what we discussed. We didnt have scratched chargers (that I know of) at our wedding like some other customers did.It was definitely an unfortunate circumstance at first, but overall they exceeded expectations. I think they have really turned the company around in the last year or so. Some previous reviews are pretty awful, but I dont agree with that from my experience.

We have been working with The Perfect Touch for over a year now for our wedding and they truly made our day so special. We used them for all our decor and florals. Ali was very responsive to our ideas and has a wonderful eye for design. She was present from the time they set up our decorations to the time they took them down, making sure everything was just as we discussed. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the decor was. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Perfect Touch did an outstanding job on my daughters wedding this weekend. They were not only professional, but proficient, on-time and created a beautiful setting for the wedding. We used their linens and florals which were exquisite and elegant. William and Coral were FABULOUS throughout the entire process. They were patient, detailed and captured EVERY aspect to make my daughters wedding a magical day. As an event planner who host events all over the Nation, I will not only use them for future events, but I will recommend their services to anyone.

They almost ruined my entire wedding! Do NOT use them for any of you events. Ali who was my contact there and failed to show up to my wedding reception as promised claiming she was sick. I paid for a service I did not receive by her not being present. Also, their chairs were defective and one of my elderly guests fell. When I contacted them about this, Ali and the company did not care and never got back to me. One of my guests hit her head because their chair broke out of no where!!! And she had to leave early and this company was so insensitive about this issue. The Perfect Touch also messed up the main flower pieces which I paid $2,000 for and did not properly install them from the church to the venue at the Corinthian. I would never hire them again. The high tables set up for cocktail hour were not placed properly and the linens were wrinkled. I knew I should not have hired The Perfect Touch. I was skeptical because of their reviews and asked Ali why they were so bad, she claimed some crazy story and blamed it on a previous employee. Now I know the truth- they promise and do not deliver! Daryl was the floral designer and he was nice and did a good job, but sadly as a whole this company is terrible and do not even get back to you after they take your money. I am still considering suing them and probably will. Beware of this company they offer lower prices because they simply cannot deliver professional services and will ruin your event!

I had a mishap with the event I was doing regarding table sizes. I was promised a certain size, but when I arrived at my event, my tablecloth did not fit at all. So i had to find a place that could give me a pastel pink tablecloth of the size I needed and at that instant, and I was on a super tight schedule. I called places around the area and no one had what I needed. Finally I called these guys and the nice lady on the phone dealt well with my request! She said they had exactly what I needed and I could get it immediately. The rental fee was affordable, the tablecloth fit great, and best of all I was able to pick it up instantly after calling. I highly recommend this place! :)

I loved Ali! I originally had someone else helping us with our wedding decor, and I appreciated the fact that she reached out to me to let me know she was taking over. She responded in a reasonable amount of time everytime I had a question or needed to change or add something. I even had a freak out moment on the phone, and she calmed me down and followed up with a sweet email. Picking out the decor, I trusted her and felt comfortable. I didnt feel pressured or being judged by what we were discussing. The flowers were exactly how I explained to her without having exact pictures to show her! I even gave her a picture stairway flowers that I couldnt find an exact photo of what I imagined and it was the closest thing to it. The picture I gave her didnt have any of the colors on it of what I wanted or anything, it was just like close to what I wanted and she was able to make it what I imagined!! The center pieces were way more beautiful than the bouquet I was provided from a different florist, which made me regret not having my bouquets done by them.The overall pricing was reasonable, not way out of my price range. She even emailed me on the day of the wedding providing her cell phone if I needed anything, which on my end I didnt see until afterwards, but it just shows that she is professional and is not out to make a bride cry! She made my planning easy, and I truly appreciated the words of support she gave.

The Perfect Touch is my all time favorite company to work with. Their staff, Coral, Amanda, William, and Vik, are always helpful when I have questions, and prompt to answer as well. They have a really wide selection of decor, their linens are always beautiful, their selections of furniture and structure rentals is vast, and they always deliver and set up on time. Theyre reliable, competitively priced, and friendly. Wouldnt use another company in Houston over them!

Vik, Delanna, & Hannah are the absolute best to work with. I had a last minute issue with another company I was renting from 3 days before my event. I contacted Vic who immediately reached out to Delanna. Delanna helped make sure I got the vision I wanted at a much better rate than I was paying the other company. I was able to get everything I needed for my event – tables, chairs, linens - with the addition of beautiful candle votives (as recommended by Hannah) and a lovely white velvet backdrop. The entire team at Perfect Touch has shown that they go above and beyond in order to make sure their customers get exactly what they want and more.

I wish this was a more positive review of my experience with the perfect touch. The florist was a big part of our wedding and I was one of those brides that actually cared about the details regarding the florist. We spent a good amount of money here and I was disappointed with the quality of the service I received. Savannah worked with us the entire time. She was late to our initial meeting and her coworker covered for her. Terrible experience with him and Savannah scheduled another meeting with me. Things went extremely well and I was excited to move forward with our contract. Fast forward to 5 months til the wedding, we scheduled an appt to see a mock up of the florals that we would be receiving on our wedding day. The week leading to this appt, Savannah called to cancel and gave us one date with one time to reschedule based on her availability. No apology on the phone or voicemail until she realized how unhappy I was. There were many times where miscommunication occurred. I had to follow up on emails when it wasnt my job. I wish there werent so many hiccups along the way. The week of the wedding arrives and the floral designer called to tell me they wont have my peonies in time for my bridal bouquet. This is THREE days before our wedding. They promised me flowers they couldnt get in time. I called other florists and they told me peonies are seasonal and they never promise brides those flowers. Well, the perfect touch did promise me. There were details I changed leading up to the wedding. Savannah reassured me everything will be fine. The day of the wedding arrives and the groomsmen boutonierres are the wrong color (I wanted ivory and they were blush). One of my bridesmaids bouquet was falling apart and roses broke before we even touched it. Despite peonies not being in my bouquet, it was still beautiful. However, it was not as big as I was promised and I was disappointed in the final product. My table centerpieces and floral arch were beautifully made. This review would have been a 2 star, but I am giving credit to the manager Jessie who tried to make things right and offer us complimentary chargers. He was very professional and efficient with emails / phone calls. I only wish this was a more pleasant experience since I will never get this day back and my bouquet was not what I originally wanted.

Horrible working with them. They dropped the ball so many times leading up to my wedding, promised rental items that they didnt even have, fired the event designer assigned to my wedding, reassigned to me someone else who went weeks without responding to a call or email. Talk about a nervous bride!!! I found another company to work with for my wedding.

We are still trying to get a call back from the owner/manger, Vic, about how disappointed we were with your service for our wedding last Saturday. You were 2 1/2 hours late having the chairs and linens delivered, not to mention the chairs were not in the great condition you promised. You also were nearly 2 hours late picking up, which you can imagine was a huge inconvenience as the bride had to wait at the church until everything was completed, which also resulted in us having to pay more money. We have been trying to get Vic to call for a week now. Your lack of communication is truly upsetting. Please have him call us asap. He has the number as I have called every day. Thank you.

Spectacular .... It has everything you need to decorate your party .. a little expensive, but everything in very good taste and luxurious ... The staff that attended us was very attentive and very professional .. I loved this place !!
