The owner is really friendly and the hall itself is really big with ample parking.

Very cool and safe environment but the only snag there is the slippery floor.dont know what they used to polish or clean the floor nearly all the guests complained about the slippery floor.aside this its a good place

DO NOT BOTHER. I called inquiring prices & packages for my 30th birthday. The man who answered said I called too much & hung up in my face. I called back and informed him that was my FIRST time calling. I dont know if my voice sounded like someone he previously had spoken with, but it was extremely rude & I wanted to let him know how unprofessional he was. He then asked me how many guest I wanted... I said something small, maybe about 50...he replied I dont have small & hung up in my face again. He cant be getting any business, I dont see how thats possible. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & IGNORANT.

Its very clean and when decorated, very nice! I just went to a wedding there this past Friday, the place has great potential actually. Youd never guess by the outside. The only complaint I have, is the owner himself. We are in Houston and in the middle of summer, and he refused to lower the air conditioner any lower than 79! The place can hold up to 250 people, yet only 60 people were there, and we were all sweating. Several people, including myself, asked him directly to change the a/c setting and not only was he rudely dismissive, but he said well its on, and Im not hot. Ridiculous! You dont conduct business that way, and Ill be sure to tell everyone I know to tell everyone they know not to send business his way.

Very rude! I was trying to plan my daughters sweet sixteen and they rushed my off the phone didnt give me an address or a price.

My mom celebrated her 50th birthday here and the services was terrible. I found a dead cockroach in my food and they didnt even say sorry to me. The dj was the worst dj in existence, my mom gave him a list of songs and only put about 10% of that list, the rest was random songs she didnt ask for. The party was suppose to end at 12am but by the time it was 11pm, the staff was around removing table and chair decoration even though people were still sitted and talking which is rude because the people sitting would have to get up and wait. So in conclusion, I dont recommend this place and we will never rent in this place again.

Horrible atmosphere. The lady and guy were very rude. The wait staff They had gave is horrible service. wait staff was rude and were asking all my guests for tips and got upset if my guests didnt have cash.. so dissatisfied with this choice I made.

We had party there with 200 people, it was nice and clean, very confortable place.
