If you want or need to rent Margarita machines this is definitely the company to go with. Literally zero hassle. It was so fast and easy to order the 2 machines. I received a confirmation email the next day and the day before my event I received a reminder text. I also received a text that morning letting me know the machines were on the way. CJ sat the machines up for us and provided great instructions and information. The machines really added the special touch to our get together. The mixes were really good. One machine was regular margarita and the other was hurricane. We’re already planning the next event and will be renting the 2 machines again. Thank you, again for the wonderful customer service.

Great experience!! We went with the regular margarita flavor and used the recommended “better” tequila and it was amazing! CJ was so kind and helpful with quick set up & take down. Will definitely be using them again!

Rented from Houston Frozen Drinks and let me say everything was great. From awesome customer service, with communication being prompt and working with timing to having the margarita machine available for the party. Delivery and set up was quick. A text then was sent with instructions but it was as simple as mixing the Tequila to the margarita flavor mix, pour it in and turning machine on by just plugin it in. Loved that it was that simple and the following day it was picked up with no extra steps as a customer to have it ready for pick up. They have different flavors to choose from, my guests loved it, with comments like wow and how delicious. So definitely would rent again from Houston Frozen Drinks and recommend the service.

We got a machine for my husbands surprise party. The machine was great, margaritas were delicious, and the service was wonderful. The gentleman who brought the machine set it up and waited to ensure the machine was up and running before he left. He was also very polite and respectful.

I have called SEVERAL times over the last 8-10 days trying to rent a machine. Ive even left voicemails... NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK, NOTHING whatsoever.. I wouldnt waste my time dealing with this company that cant even return the call of a potential customer

So I didnt even get a chance to even conduct business with this establishment I contacted them via email about quotes, etcI get a response back with one word: Zipcode?Then when I apologize and give them my zipcode, all I get back is We dont deliver to that zipcodeMy response was: okay? I can always pick it up...but if youre not interested in my business, thats fine and Ill look else where...thank you anyway..I guess....Chad Js response was: No Problemumm hello? Sent them an email and was going to rent from them all I got back was an email demanding my zip code and yes I do live outside Houston but have decided to take my business elsewhere I would not recommend this company
