I’m usually not the one to participate in negativity on social media, however my visit today I experienced total unprofessional, the poorest form of customer service EVER! I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for my nails. The owner schedule an appointment stating that she had a cancellation for 3:30 pm today (Tues). I arrived on time for my appointment. I surprised the owner (who was in the back of the salon) stating that she thought the door was locked. I sat and waited for 30 minutes while the owner laughed & talked with someone who was in the back of the salon with her. I finally called out to her stating I was going and get something to drink and wanted to know if she would be ready when I got back. At that time she informed me (from the room in the back) that she had not had a lunch break & she had just ordered her food and I could either “ RESCHEDULE ” or comeback in “30 MINUTES”🤔. There was no regard for my time or the inconvenience it caused me. The owner of this establishment never left the room in the back to at least come to the front acknowledged my presence or to say that she wasn’t ready to take me. She just let me sit for 30 minutes with NO EXPLANATION AT ALL and expected or thought it was alright to put me on hold for another 30 minutes? I’m a business owner as well, success is based upon Great Customer Service in which I saw nor experienced any of that today. Needless to say, I’m DONE. I refused to step foot in such an establishment where there is such a lack of respect & disregard for the customer‼️
I love them! Great Prices! Great staff! Great work! I have had my nails done by several of the women here and Ive Never been disappointed. I show them pictures and they recreate to a T. Call and make an appointment its worth it. I just wished the served alcohol

Oh my GOD...I cant say enough about these ppl. I love this place. They are very professional and run on appointments only but they might take an occasional walk in here & there. They have snacks. They communicate with the customers well. They make sure you leave with a smile. Theyre good at it all. I LOVE the nails & the staff.
This was my first time trying them out and they did an amazing job on my nails. I will be coming here more often.

I set a appointment with the nail employee and she gave me terrible service by over charging me and rushing with me and not taking her time but I never said anything I have went two time and she still treats me the same so I was done with that shop DON’T COME HERE!!!

Usually I don’t leave negatives reviews, however I’m so tired of bad customer service period. This is my second time at this salon and my last time. The first time I got my nails done, I like them however, the stones started coming off after a week and they didn’t do a good pedi either. I liked my nails so I decided to go back and give them a second chance. It started bad when they arrived late to open the shop 20 mins late. My nail tech arrives another 10 minutes late. (Strike 1) We finally start and all she did was talk to the other nail techs instead of paying attention to me. I had to keep interrupting her to ask her questions. (Strike 2) I told her I wanted my nails shorter and she cuts 2 of them off? (Strike 3) She kept burning my fingers until I just had enough not the mention she was laughing like it was funny. (Strike 4) I asked for another nail tech. I then had to wait another hour to be seen. I didn’t have a problem with that and I understood. The new nail tech (Blanca) was such a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. Finally after 4 hrs my nails are done. So I spoke with the salon owner about discounting my nails because of the earlier events and what happens next caused for this bad review. She couldn’t look me in the face to talk to me and her response was I didn’t charge you for the take off (well I wasn’t charged the last time), I didn’t charge you for the 2 nails (and you shouldn’t because your nail tech cut them when she wasn’t suppose to) and lastly well she did your nails and this is her job so I can only discount $5 for the reshaping. Ok I suppose, I can understand that, but I was still disappointed, because that was your excuse. The entire time she didn’t look me in my face took my payment and walked off. No apology or thank you. I don’t understand why the owner had an attitude. The entire time I wasn’t rude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SHE SHOULD GET SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO HANDLE UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATIONS!!!! I want be back and one-person want stop the show however my $90-$100 a month will add up.
