I barely made it into the salon, my daughter had hit herself accidentally and started to express her frustration & pain verbally, I was already trying to keep her calm when this rude lady tells me “you need to stop that” in front of everyone in the rudest way. Had she taken a different approach like “ma’am could you please try to calm your baby” or something amongst those words things would have been different, I wouldn’t have felt so attacked. I told her “ma’am she’s a toddler being a toddler” she said “no stop that” again, rude, I asked if she was being serious and she said “I’m serious.” My issue was how she was extremely unprofessional towards a mother & her child in front of EVERYONE. Of course I stormed out mad saying “you shouldn’t talk to your customers that way” I did nothing, simply wrote my name down, sat down, tried to calm my kid. I’m definitely reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This is not how you handle a small business especially when people are paying for their service. I went to a dif nail shop after this and the ladies were AMAZING and even took great care of my kid and communicated with her in the friendliest manner. Customers are the reason why small businesses stay running, professionalism along with a welcoming environment is crucial. Never going back.

First time coming here and long wait but honestly worth it, I love how my nails turned out. service was good and people were nice also clam & relaxing atmosphere... if you dont mind the wait then I would suggest you come here.

My first time here. Glad it was open on a Sunday. They immediately tended to me. I went with hopes of relaxing. It was hard to understand the pedicure person. They give off messy petty vibes like if theyre talking about everyone. Well while sitting there, my thought was confirmed. With every customer, they mocked.Then Tommy, asked me something while I was on my phone and I didnt realize he was asking me because it was very low. He took it the wrong way and asked someone else (a older man that took way too many smoke breaks) to do my nails.They never let me pick a color, and literally picked one for me. Said it matched my toes. I asked for a different color and just kept to myself. I asked for square and still got a rounded square shape.. left unsatisfied. But they got busy and didnt feel like being talked about in the shop so I left it. Idk if ill ever be back, but they have some things they need to work on..

It was a great experience. My nails last quite a while. Pedicure was nice too. Would recommend!

I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened, LOVE IT! Always super quiet and I always happen to come when it’s not too busy. I sometimes don’t have time to come due to a busy schedule but wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love the people always so nice and welcoming. And always clean!! This is something important to me and so far I haven’t had any issues. If you’ve never been worth the try, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed! 💖🥰

Terrible service! I waited for so long and when finally someone was able to help me I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the guy said he was too lazy he didn’t want to do my design and asked me to look for another one. So I did it and he didn’t want to make it. Horrible place!!! People don’t want to work!! I’m not coming back to this place… they’ve lost a customer though I don’t think they care.

The staff is absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk in they take every precaution too keep you safe. Emily is who I schedule my pedicure and nails with and I am never disappointed. Tiffany and Tommy are absolutely amazing as well. You will never walk out disappointed because they know what they are doing. These people take care of you like family. Every single one of them have a great sense of humorI will never going anywhere elseThe quality and prices are very affordableIf you havent yet tried this amazing team I highly recommend too. Vi was so good and artistic, she helped us choose better colors, her nail shaping was on point and she was very sweet! The decoration was cute and most of all the wall mural of dolphins was gorgeous!

Best pedicure Ive found. Very relaxing. Prices are fair. Employees are nice.

Wow! I absolutely love this spot. The staff is very kind and treat you like family. They make sure their customers feel welcomed & their work is amazing! This is my first time coming here and I loved the services it’s clean not packed people are nice my husband loved his pedicure and the massage my sister loved her nails that Tom did and I loved my nails too my tech took her time made sure my nails looked perfect and I fell in love i would definitely recommend this place and FYI my nail tech was Chen not sure if that’s how you spell her name but she’s awesome and I’m definitely coming back oh and one more thing prices are good and reasonable.

By far the best place to do your nails here in Houston . I drive 30 mins just to come to this salon. They are so professional and their prices are cheap compared to other salons. I will continue using them to do my nails. Highly recommend!

First impression: super cute and clean.I got a shellac pedicure for a decent price, and they have all their prices neatly listed in a menu book that i have seen them sanitize. I walked in and waited for 5 minutes, they sat me down amd went straight to work. They have a very nice variety of colors, polish, gel, powder, you name it. There were a few children there but i personally have no problem with parents trying to balance thier profession and childcare. Side note: the kids were SO well mannered, not at all in the way and even did their best to help. While i was sitting down the youngest one offered me something to drink, she was adorable. My only problem was i was there for more or less an hour and all i got was a pedicure? But thats ok, id rather be taken my time with than be rushed out the door! Overall the workers here are very polite and understand and most importantly, clean. I will be coming again

Was here from 8:28 am to 9:44 am. Never greeted, not taken out of the waiting area so I just went home. They dont need my business if theyre not going to service me, Ill do my nails at a different salon.

The salon does great work. But, I dropped in for a mani/pedi today and I was turned away at the door. The reason being was that the salon was fully booked for the rest of the day with appointments. It was 3pm. This is not an appointment only salon. And if thats the approach theyre going to take, it needs to be on their IG page, their Facebook page...anywhere they promote their business.Taking my business/money somewhere else.
