Only a decent set if you all for Nu[New]

The first time I went there was Valentine’s Day 2019. It was last minute. The customer service was very good. The place was very clean however the guy that did my pedicure did good but the polish job was sloppy. The manager came to me to make sure everything was going okay & she showed me her nails that she had just got done & they were pretty so I told her I would come back to get the same (off white) I went back yesterday to get the full set & that manager was not there & no one knew what I was talking about. But KAYLEE took very good care of me. She SLAYEDDDD my full set. It is so neat & clean, no dried powder on the sides of my nails & fingers, no dents. She took her time & fixed anything she saw wrong before she moved on. All of my nails are the same shape & size. I’ve never went to wash my hands & said “wow, my nails look so good even before the top coat” but that day I did. My nails were gorgeous. I recommend her & hopefully get her when I go back.

This was my first and last time at this place I was assigned someone that does not know how to do pedicure, he kept watching his neighbor on what to do next. He missed scrubbing the bottom of my feet completely. My feet left the same way they came in and I was still charged $19.99 to lightly message my feet.

This place is beautiful. A must try! Ive been going to the same nail bar for years and havent ventured out....until today. Upon entering, the nail bar is gorgeous. Beautiful bird cage chandeliers, 5 TVs all playing different channels and high back regal chairs for all your pedi and mani needs. Yes its a little more expensive than other places in the area but the service is impeccable and they truly make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend a visit to COCO Nails Bar!

Oh my goodness! They are amazing! I just moved to the area and needed to find a new nail place. Kaylee was my nail tech. She was very professional and took care in her work. Anytime she had to step away she was quick to apologize and warned me before. I felt comfortable here. I would recommend making an appointment as I had done, since they do get busy. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. You can tell everyone takes pride in their work. Everyone was so nice. My nails turned out amazing, which never happens for me. I think I have found my nail home 🥰.

I have mixed feelings for a few reasons...This was the first time I had been to this salon. The end product the first visit was beautiful and the service was amazing. The cost $80 plus tip.Within a day a nail had broken where the false tip had been applied and another nail was chipping from the top coat. I went back in and they fixed the nails with no issues. I had stated that due to the length of my nails I was afraid there would be more because the apex just didnt have enough definition. Two days later the same nail broke so I went in again. They fixed it again trying a different method and thicker application and it stayed. Two days after that 2 more nails broke and then after another day a third. By this point however I had tired of returning. Usually (even long nails) can stay beautifully on me with normal growth at least 3 weeks, and up to 4 weeks. Only the regrowth shows and then breaks begin when I dont get fills, etc. I had another nail tech at a different salon review the nails and stated the apex and thickness was not adequate for the length of my nails. I also do nails at home (but who doesnt love being pampered and having others do them) . I understand the importance of proper care and also, but more importantly proper apex placement and thickness on longer nails.I would like to resolve this or change my review if you want to reach out to me.** 11/18/2019After the owner left the message in response to mine I call the store stating who I was and asked to speak with the owner as requested in this message. The lady who answered said he was not there and took my name and number. I asked for him, Mike, to call me the next day and he has yet to call me. Ive waited now for several (six) days.

Loved this place! Aside from it being beautiful every employee in there was very welcoming from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The guy who did my pedicure was the best not only did i notice the fact that all their tools are clean he also was very informative regarding nail care due to the powder thinning my toe nails out. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to my friends & family.

The atmosphere is so relaxing. I got their signature pedicure and lovedddddd it. Good products, they lady took her time. Definitely worth the money. I also got my nails done, dip was suggested, so I have it a try. They were beautiful but they started lifting sooner than I expected.

I’m always pleased with my nails when I leave. Everyone is so sweet and they always make sure you are comfortable while being serviced. This is my new nail salon for sure! If you want good quality and professional service, make sure you stop by. You won’t regret going!

Moved here from Colorado and took some time to find a nail shop that knew how to do dipping powder. Second time there and I absolutely love my nails! My new nail shop for sure! Very nice place. Even had a Mimosa. 😁

The staff is very friendly. I went in for a shellac manicure on a Friday evening. By Monday morning, it was peeling and by Wednesday, three nails were pretty much done. I have gotten shellac in other salons and it will last 2-3 weeks. They are more expensive than other salons, so I expected quality. Again, the staff was great but the service was not quality.

I came here because a different nail salon (nearby) turned me down and I have been loyal to that shop so that was insane. Im coming here now they have excellent service. I guess its worth the pay. Plus free drinks. Including wine

Called and asked whether they had availability to fix my nail that broke less than 48 hrs after doing it.They said to come in 10 min which i did and i waited for over an hr while i saw other people come in after with no appointments get taken care of before me.They finally go to me between people and did a horrible job at fixing the nail because the lady rushed through it. Complete waste of my money and time.They are too many nail salons to deal with this level of incompetency .Horrible customer service!!Will not be back! I would expect a newer establishment would have better service than this !Be ware!

This place is so elegant! The staff is super sweet and I Love Nu! She is so sweet and patient. It’s always good to find a place where they actually care and remember my name.

It saddens me that I have to go back on my initial 5 star review. I had such a good experience the first 2 times I came in.12/22 *updated review* This was my 3rd time coming here unfortunately because of this experience I may not come back. The young ladies in the front were super sweet and helpful. I had already called earlier saying what services I needed. I had an hour drive to get to the salon. So of course, I had to get my nails soaked off because I had color acrylic on them. The man (mike) who soaked my nails off initially very nice and even told me about possibly getting dip the next time. The lady who end up doing my nails, was the worse. She checked on my nails twice and threw my hands into the acetone, so I told her let me take my engagement ring off first. She let me and then threw my hands back in again. Left me there for a long time and my hands felt weird so I took my hands out. She finally came back and asked me if I wanted shellac. I said no I asked for a regular manicure and she started talking in another language. So then she asked what color even though my paper with the color on it was right next to me. She asked me did I want a cut down and I said yes. I appreciated that she asked me was that ok before just cutting my nails. I said a little bit shorter. She end up cutting them all the way down, which agitated me but whatever they’ll grow back. On my manicure she only puts one top coat versus the 2 coats she put on my other hand. At this point, I’m ready to go. When she finishes my nails, she says ok have a nice day. I said I’m getting a color change on my toes as well. She got mad and started talking in another language and then pauses before she tells me to get in the pedicure chair. She rushes through my color change as if I did something wrong. I want to know how do you work on someone and not know what your client is getting done. She can tell I’m upset but keeps going like nothing has happened. So she finally finishes and tells me again have a nice day. So I wait for my feet to dry, she’s talking about me obviously because I can read body language even if I don’t know the language. So when it finally dries I get up to pay. I’m so ready to go. I was going to complain to the young ladies at the reception desk but decided not to. She was absolutely terrible and I’m never going back. I wrote this review initially to them. I have yet to hear back from them, so I’m letting everyone know my experience.

Ive been 2x and my second time was just not that enjoyable as the first time. This second time around the young lady kept having to get up and check ppl in at the front, answering the phone and I feel that the quality of my nails reflected. I hope you guys get a receptionists ASAP.

Went to Coco nail bar yesterday and receive wonderful service. Unfortunately four of my tips on my nails had broken off. And the polish on my toes was chipped.I have a visit Coco now but by two other times before the visit I had today. So I was expecting the same wonderful service that I always get but instead I received a rush job on my nails and horrible service. I was serviced by mate who did a wonderful job on my toes but when it came to him doing my nails I did not receive the same type of service. In the process of him doing my nails he had to stop several times to greet new customers who are coming in. In these several times never Once did Mike ever say excuse me or can you give me one minute so that I can service these people. I pay full price for all of my service that I received I always tip over gratitude for everyone who always helps me so I do not understand why I was treated so poorly and receiving service today. I thought it was gonna be something simple Going in and having my Tips replace because they had broke off because the powder was too thin at the Tips Of my nails. I asked Mike if we could make the powder thicker on all of my nails so that way they will no longer break. But he said we could do that that if they do break for me to come back in and he will just replace them. As a customer this waste is my time to have to continue to come in and have a problem fix when it could’ve been fixed today. I was very upset during the entire proces of my nails. Came in for lunch to get a full set took forever to get started then my lunch was over so I paid $10 for removal only had seven nails on 😂 and I schedule to come back after work they took 2 people that came in 15 minutes after me first I’m good I’ll take it somewhere else.

Nails broke within 2 days. They also didn’t want to do powder on my nails because they specialize in dips. Maybe that explains my broken nails.

I go see Paige everytime I go because she does a wonderful job .... the designs I have her do and she execute them every single time !!!!!! I was worry when I moved back home I wouldn’t find another nail designer like I had back in college but I got luck and found one 😊

Nu is a amazing nail tech it was my first time at coco nails and i loved everything about it very kind workers and the complementary drinks were delicious.

If im paying $60+ for my nails they shouldnt be popping off so easily. Even the ones i came and paid for to get fixed popped right off too! Such a nice & pretty nail shop with nice employess, I wanted to make my regular but sadly I dont think i’ll be returning for this reason & a few other things I wont mention.

Short review... I was cold the entire time.Long review... when I entered, I inquired about the different types of pedicures. The person at the front desk could not tell me the difference of the two higher pedicures. I selected the lesser one because the both seemed the same. I was instructed to choose a color and then make my way to the pedicure chair. I put my feet in the water and they walked away. The water was about to overflow so I contacted someone who was working on a manicure. He came and turned it off. He asked if the temperature was ok. I told him it was on the cooler side. He said it would be adjusted. My nail tech then showed up. Temperature was never adjusted. He processed with my pedicure. I believe in being gentle with your client but I barely felt the massage. And the hot stones were not very hot. Mind you, my feet are very cold now. He left my legs wrapped in the hot towel which is now cold as ice. I asked him to remove them and then later had to ask for the excess oil and lotion to be removed. He then brings the wrong polish color. Pedicure all done. Then on to the neck massage. Why was he going to use cuticle oil on my neck to massage? I asked him not to and he complied. The best part of the massage was when he was hitting me at the end. The rest was subpar. I waited quite a while (at least 30 mins) before putting my shoes on. He even sprayed the quick dry. Checked my toes a couple hours later and the toe where the polish was applied first is now messed up.Everyone was very nice. I just felt like the service should have met the price.
