This was by For the worst experience of my life Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I was never refused service because someone had to pick up their son. I paid before my service so basically they try to rob me, i was told that someone else would do my nail and no one ever came. They kept mentioning tips . I told them i have cash. They even refused to take off my nails. The whole Time they were talking among each other and not listening to the service that I wanted. the lady was burning my toe and seem frustrated she had to fix it I would like for the owner to review the cameras and see how I was discriminated against. I was already having a bad day because my mother is in a coma and they were not trying to understand any to understand anything. I was asking i was nice a possible. She even ask me to turn the massage part off while she do my nails( that never got finished. I asked for a manager several times and also the owner information I was informed that the owner live out of state and no one will provide me with any information or any names of the woman who was supposed to do my nails please review the cameras to see how i was treated . The manager totally ignored me . Im aware that it was close to closing time it was around 6 30, but the lady who was supposed to do my nails was still there after 7 oclock when she told me she couldnt finish my nails because she had to pick up her son .They put the tips on and just left me there. Very unprofessional I Had a important event tonight. Only person was nice was the receptionist but she had no info and inform me shes just the receptionist 😢

Choy (Hope I spelled it correctly) is the absolutely best. I discovered Coco Nail Spa while evacuating for Ida and I wish I had long-term access to this salon. I scheduled an appointment and was served wine upon entry. Choy got me ALL the way together from the perfect stiletto to my beautiful bday design. Im a crazy person when it comes to my nails, super sensitive. I cant wait to visit again!P.S.- I promise my cuticles and hands were hydrated before I left.

This place was so beautiful and really care about their work. Not only did I love the way it looks on the inside but I love the fact that they want to make sure your nails are perfect to your liking! Definitely going back and definitely recommended!!!

I have to say I’ve been going here a little over a year and I was always satisfied. Until my last visit. I went to get polished for my birthday. Between full set and pedicure w Shellac and eyebrows plus tip I paid almost $200 for me to have to return to fix the lumpy acrylic I had 3 nails break after a week. One just from scratching my head. The other from opening my purse and. The third from searching my car. She obviously didn’t lay the nails right. I’m just so disappointed and extremely dissatisfied. And had 3 broken nails by my birthday. Guess I should have went with the black owned.

This has become my new go to place to get my nails done. I have been coming here for a few months now and I am always satisfied. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. They are fast to attend you and do such a great job. Very detailed and clean. My manicurist is very patient and made sure I was okay with shape/length all the way through. I even asked her to start over in order to get longer nails & she didnt even bat an eye. She does not disappoint and is always taking her time with her work! The prices are average (good) and the work is well worth going in for a try if you havent already. Absolutely loved my experience! I would definitely come back to this place.

I haven’t had a pedicure in forever and this was an amazing treat. I saw Angel and she was THE best. I had a little issue w my nail and she took care of it and advised how to help keep the problem from happening again. Professional, clean, super nice but not over the top gaudy style. Very clean and friendly. Had appt. at 9. They were already behind so we waited about 15 minutes. I dont think they do appts well and youll wait anyway hence the reason for 4 stars. The services were great and Phuong who did my nails was awesome. Ask about nail designs before you start bc only two girls do them apparently. I wish they helped each other more bc Phuong really seemed stressed and there are more than enough people working there to help. Also they were out of many colors and it was not made known until you chose.

Really disappointed in how my nails turned out. Not what I asked for and it looks like a blob of nail polish instead of nicely manicured nails. Looks ghetto like my child did my manicure. The nail tech insisted that her way was better instead of giving me what I wanted, a manicure and then a dip. Now the didp looks short because she did the manicure after and tried to use the electronic drill for the whole manicure. Two hours of my day gone and I dont like the result.

This is my favorite Houston area nail salon. Convenient location, everyone does amazing work. My favorite Technician is Shelly, she’s thorough, professional and makes great suggestions! My nails have grown quite considerably since coming here. I now wear my natural nails dipped because of the length now.

I LOVE this place. My nail tech of 5 years moved away. I am very picky about my nails and have sensitive cuticles. Ivan does my nails and he is amazing. I went there as a new client . The place was very clean and the staff was nice. The problem was they painted my nails one color and they painted the toes a different color. Then after one day the paint on my nails began to chip. After spending $ 98.00 I was not very happy. Needless to say I will not be returning.

From the moment you walk in, youre in awe! The facility is gorgeous, well maintained (new), has a classy aura about it. I was a walk-in and they treated me like a queen from the moment I walked in the door. To my surprise, my pedicure, the Tropical Paradise Pedi, came with a shoulder massage. I didnt know what to do with myself. I also got a color powder/overlay full set. Im used to washing my hands once theyre done, but no, they take a warm towel and wipe/massage your hands then apply oil. I didnt want to leave. Throughout my pampering session, they made me feel welcomed and beautiful with their superb service and warm affirmations. At the end, you get an itemized receipt of the services provided. It was worth every penny. Everything was 20% because of their grand opening. I went in May and Ive been hesitating on whether or not I want to share my experience with the world or keep this place to myself.

Friendly nail salon. I tried ombré dip for the first time with almond shape. Love how my nails turned out. They’re usually busy on the weekends so it’s good to make appointments in advance.

This is my initial time here however I like it. The saloon was terribly neat and clean. I used to be conjointly terribly quiet. The individual area unit was very much friendly and skilled. Leanna did an eexcellent job on my nails. I like to recommend to everybody and sure come here for my pedicures.

Staff was very kind, the place is clean and has a great color selection. People getting the more expensive services in the back seemed to be enjoying themselves.However, the nail painting itself was honestly not very good. I ordered a polish change.I felt the filing and buffing stages were rushed. Left the salon with rough nails. This is minor.My tech used a base coat that turned my nails green...This is fine for normal colors, but my chosen color was a (sparse) glitter polish. The tech pained on two coats of the glitter and stopped, leaving my nails looking green with a sprinkling of glitter on top. This is not a good look.In the future, for customers who select a glitter polish, I suggest the techs 1) use a different base coat, 2) apply more coats, and/or 3) suggest to the customer they pick a colored base coat.Bottom line, I ended up running next door to Walgreens to pick up the closest polish I could find and do it myself at home. For the time being, definitely doing glitter at home. I attached a picture of the polish from Coco and of my re-do.

They have pastel Easter colors so I chose lavender, blue, pink,yellow and green. Quick and professional. Quality service. Offers you a drink as well as options for hot towel treatment and massages for hands and legs.

The customer service was really good. They are nice and took me right away and the nail art was very well done. The reason why am only giving it 3 stars is because the color change for my acrylic was done sloppy. Some parts are missing the new acrylic color and the old acrylic color shows thru and I just got the service done today, but my nails look like they have had a week of nail growth.Quick update the nails started to lifted and I called the salon to let them know that I was not happy with the quality of how my nails where and then on top of the sloppy application of my acrylic color change. They where now lifting and all they said was for me to come in so they could see them and that they would consider fixing them but it was not a guarantee. I decided to not waste my time and cut my loses and decided to go somewhere else. I am so disappointed and will not be returning.

I used to LOVE this place. I had a coupon that I needed to use and I had a friend coming from Cali and she said she wanted to get her nails done, so I took her here. She ended up getting Mani/pedi and waxing done. When it was time to check out I tried to use my coupon and the lady told me it was expired. It was 1 day expired and I understand that, but I just brought you new business and my friends bill was pretty hefty and you cant honor a 10% off coupon?? Never coming again. I go to marquee nails now and theyre always giving discounts and i love it!!

I liked it here when I first came, but I’ve now had back to back bad experiences. Bad nail Polish that peels the next day. Sat and waited 3ins to get nails removed, no one was available to help me.

I used to be in love with this place and the staff, until i walked in on a friday asking for a nail to be fixed. one nail. although i expected it to be busy, the woman at the front desk asked me to leave instead of having me wait. she also ignored me when i walked in and had me wait to be approached. never coming here again.

Coco Nail Spa is beautifully decorated, spacious, and the staff is is courteous and communicative. I opted for the 45 minute pedicure/massage and was completely happy with the entire procedure. The massage chair was fantastic and the wash, trim, shaping, wax treatment, and hot stone massage were precisely executed. I highly recommend this nail salon.

My daughter who just turned 6 requested a manicure for her birthday! We had not being to any nail salon or hair salon since Christmas last year because of the pandemic! I absolutely love this place. As a germophobe, I go months without getting mani/padis because Im paranoid that they dont clean the tools well enough. However, the staff here made me feel really comfortable. They used new tools and everything had been clean and sanitized immaculately. They did an amazing job. 10/10 would go again.

Liked this place, nice welcoming from who was in the reception. Place looks nice, clean, organized, beautiful style inside, prices are a bit pricy but worth it (I can speak for my first visit as of now, I got the OPI pedi) I do want to come back to check out mani service and back for my pedi. Only thing to point out right now is that on line it said 15% discount on new customers, but I didn’t get it nor was it mentioned at check out either, maybe next time. Other than this, I enjoyed my visit as a first timer and will like to come back.

Would never go to that place. After making an appt, i was told it would be 15 minute wait. It smelled aweful and finally left without service after 30 minutes. They let children play loud music on cell phone and not relaxing at all

Great experience! Staff was super friendly and the pedicure service (I got the “tropical” package) was very relaxing. The outcome of my nails was very nice and clean too. They’re also Covid conscious which is always a plus; all of us customers/staff were spread out w/masks on. Definitely try em out you won’t be disappointed!

She waxed my eyebrows while I was getting my toes done did not pluck or trim Them . Also, seemed like they were rushing me out the door when my toes were still wet. The guy that did my toes was great but unfortunately it just seemed like they were trying to rush me out of there and she still charged me for an eyebrow wax that she didnt finish.

It was my first time there and I just went in for a pedicure but ended up getting manicure as well, the lady who attended me was so gentle and did an amazing job the place was clean and well presented will definitely go back again

I’ve been crying for the past hour over my nails. i asked for a beige pink color and ended up with a hot pink. the ends of my nails are bumpy and they are not shaped on the corners so they are sharp. i hate my nails and will never be coming back here.

Very nice and professional staff. Clean location and they do really go work. Love my ombré nails. They also had mask available if you forgot yours. I recommend!!

This has to be one of the best nail spas I have ever been to. The ambience is gorgeous; with white marble floors, light gray walls, crystal chandeliers, full massage chairs and relaxing music. The staff is phenomenal. They are attentive, they listen to your needs, they are polite, and they are very good at what they do. They offer a variety of manicures and pedicures. From quick inexpensive ones to very serious and relaxing ones with paraffin wax and exotic oils. I am a guy so I have no idea how they doo on fake nails and polish, but from what I can see while I am there they do phenomenal work ladies. Highly recommended.

I love this nail place! I’ve been to a few and have never gotten the customer service I do here. It’s clean, the nail tech all speak good English and are so patient and kind. I’ve been going to them since April/ May and I love going there. I just wish I could afford to go more. I went in to get my feet done a week ago and just went back today to get dipping powder. They take their time and make sure my nails look natural. They always ask after painting 1 nail if I like it or the color. If not then I have the chance to tell them I don’t like it and they have no problem changing it. They even do designs and it’s so hard now and days to find anyone who will do nail art. I can’t say anything bad about this nail place, great massages, relaxing, customer service on point!

I am a repeat customer. The facility is always clean and the techs do great work, but the lady at the front desk makes you feel like theyre discussing you and thats never a good feeling as a customer. Its awkward and uncomfortable. Apart from that, its always a good experience.

I recommend this salon to EVERYONE!!! I used to live right around the corner from this salon and I used to stop by every two weeks. Now, I live in the other side of town but I still make the drive to get my nails done here! I love the dip and OPI pedicure! It’s so worth it!!!

Nice and clean nail shop. The basic (refresh) pedicure starts at $29, but I recommend the deluxe -the extra inclusions are a good value for +$10. I make appointments but walkins are welcomed. Good selection of dip powders and polish colors. Sign up for their rewards program, they send routine coupons like $10 off combined services and offer $10 any services after a certain point threshold.

I had to review this nail salon. It is very clean and nice inside. But mostly, their customer service is amazing! I broke my nail very badly for the first time and it was extremely painful. They fixed my nail, re-did the dip on all nails and were so patient and gentle. I am moving across town but I will drive over here to continue going to this nail shop. Emily was great!

It is a very beautiful place and they are app so welcoming. As they direct you to take your sit, they ask you what drink they can offer you. The option varies... water, coffee, red wine, champage.....etc. I loved the dip manicure and the honey and milk shellac pedicure. To top it all up, the shoulder massage. I definitely needed the massage.
