It’s my first time coming here and I loved it. Everything is so clean and nice.Henry did my pedicure today, I got the “deluxe” o think, I’m not sure but it was the #3 on their service catalog (or menu whatever you wanna call it). I asked for an specific color and also French tips, he asked me if I liked it, if I wanted it thinner (the French tip line), etc. He was so patient.The vibe of the salon is so nice and calm, I’ll definitely be coming back here from now on.

First off, I love this place and the people that work here. I was never the type to get my nails done until last year. As you may know finding a good place where you can trust them to do good quality work is hard. Im glad I heard about this place from a friend and anytime anyone ask where I get my nails done Im like go to Steven you can trust him. They are very professional and care about each customer that comes in. Each time I go in I never leave disappointed.

This a fabulous salon. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean and the prices are fair. Ive been coming to see Steven for quite awhile now. He is extremely talented and a brand ambassador for a couple big name brands in nail care. I keep bringing him complicated designs and he keeps knocking it out of the park. He is always professional and is clear with what he can and cannot do for each design. I will keep coming back for a long time.

First time and definitely my last! I went in with my sister to get full sets, walked in and it was HOT inside . I signed in and was told to sit . The nail tech told me to show him what nail set I wanted . Very simple set with flowers and butterflies . He straight up told me he couldn’t do that set only the color ! Which to me if I’m going to pay for a service I want what I paid for . He said he only did color sets when this place Instagram says other wise, Their sets look very EXTRA . I proceeded to tell him that it was fine that I was just going to go somewhere else and he said “ You can leave!” & pointed to the door. HOW RUDE!

Such a warm, professional and welcoming environment. Each team member welcomes you with a smile and the shop is very clean. I drive from across town just to come here and trust me it is worth it every time! I highly recommend USA Nails.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Steven does such an amazing job on my nails and is a true artist. He is so educated and trustworthy. All of the ladies do great pedicures as well. I have found my forever nail spot.

First Im extremely serious and picky when it comes to my nails, my sister referred me to shop so thus was my first visit and I have to say Steven is no joke hes a master at his craft loving my money nails. Second time and I think I’ve found my new forever place trusting my nails to Steven he has done such an amazing job. I went in for refills an Easter color scheme picked colors and I left it up to him for the artistry and I love the outcome. It’s taken me 16+ shops since moving to Houston to find a place I can trust and do an amazing lasting quality artistry of nail art. Staff is very kind and the people doing the manicure or pedicure do a wonderful job. Service is great. You can tell everyone tries their best to provide good service. Have been coming here for quite sometime. Never have had an issue with cleanliness. Steven does great manicures and designs.

I get my nails done here. I suggest you make an appointment that way you don’t have to wait. The lady that does my nails is older and takes her time. They are clean and respect your appointment time. Highly recommend!!

My boyfriend and I came by yesterday for the first time & we had Steven attend us and he was awesome! He was very friendly and attentive. We love that they also offer brazilian waxing for men and women. Not alot of places do that. We are looking forward to coming back! Thank you

They are all so kind and very accommodating! I have been here a hand full of times now and continue to come back because the staff is so sweet. Steven is the best nail tech hands down. Hes the best in his profession. Him and his staff provide top quality service and an amazing experience. Everyone is kind, polite, and caring. I adore them all. I travel 45 min to an 1 hour to get my nails done and its so worth it!!

Horrible customer service.Can you tell me the difference between: any customer coming in to your shop with nails from a different place and asking for a new set vs any customer coming in with 1 broken nail and wanting that 1 nail to be stripped and start a new nail. I didn’t ask you to take over someone else’s work. I asked if you could fix my nail- remove old one and redo 1 nail. You didn’t even ask what happened or even try to help and then this is what you respond? This has to be a joke. Myself and any future customers are the lucky ones actually, if this is how you talk to potential new clients who would have loved to use your services.

I just visited here for the first time and Steven did my manicure. Best experience i have ever had. I used to jump from salon to salon always with the same experience no matter the area but this is the first time I feel more than satisfied with my manicure. Steven actually took the time to listen to my sensitive nail issue and educated me on different products. I completely trust him and will keep coming back. I am very happy to say this is my new nail salon!!

Came in at 6 (they close at 7) was told they could not see me for mani and pedi after I drove an hour to get to them. Nail shops in LA and ATL take you up until closing time. Clearly it’s different here. No flexibility for working people

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I went to get my nails done last week Friday with my sisters and I regret it. When I walk in I realize the people were different and I ask them for the previous owner and they said she sold the place to them. They beg us to stay😓😓😓 3 of us wanted to do shellac; they had to do them over and over until it was right, my nails broke while she was doing it, I should’ve then realize it wasn’t a good idea.. She said she’s going to fix it.... NOW it’s aint even a week yet and 3 of us nails are offfffff!!!!!!!!! Every time we shower we lose one!!!!!! They are the worst I wish I could’ve given no star......

The Mani pedi experience was amazing. Very fun and welcoming atmosphere. The massage I got was amazing definitely going back again in 2 weeks.

La verdad no tuve buena experiencia me hicieron muy mal trabajo parecen estudiante la persona que me hizo el manicure me dejo las uñas unas más grandes que otras y mal pintadas no recomiendo y muy caro que cobran por mal trabajo y claro ellos no tienen más que decir que llego tarde si siempre llego a las citas en tiempo para no aceptar el error que tuvieron y es mentira que quisieron solucionar el problema simplemente querían cobrar de nuevo por un trabajo que ya había pagado y claro precisamente por que tenía ya dos años con ustedes nunca había tenido una queja pero ustedes cuando ya sienten un cliente seguro ya no dan la misma atención cambia totalmente y aparte ni que fueran los únicos que hacen uñas hay más en el mercado así que no vuelvo a su lugar simplemente ustedes pierden un cliente porque nada es regalado yo pagaba por los servicios que me ofrecían
