AA Nails was not my original nail salon but my nail technician Tracy and pedicure technician Mai both now work at AA Nails. I only let these 2 ladies work on my Nails and feet. There are several other technicians but I stick to who I know. They also have an eye lash technician who does great extensions and eye brows. They also do facial waxing as well. Appointments are welcome and get first priority. I love AA Nails.

Vi is definitely the best! Love how clean, detailed and professional she is. I also believe the lady (recentlty had a baby, don’t know her name) that does most of the waxing is as good as Vi, I really like both of them. However, I highly recommend Vi for manicure, pedicure and acrylics. I passed with two different ladies and hated the experience, did everything in a rush, my nails looked crooked and when I told her I had changed my mind about the color, she made a rude comment!

I love my pedicures I get done here and the lady does my eyebrows beautifully. Linda is so sweet, I really like her but her nails won’t stay on. I literally got my nails done 7/10 and had to come back 7/11 to get 3 nails fixed because they were loose and one came off. I came home basically doing nothing and 6 more nails came off. They just keep popping off. I have never had nails to come off completely. I literally just had them done and they keep flying off like press on nails. The only ones on is the ones she repaired for me today. My birthday nails are a disaster

I went here 2 years ago and decided to change the one star to three. Although the employees were pretty nice, the nails were quite funny-looking in shape. Im giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping theyve gotten better.

I wanted a refill, tech only filled the bottom half of the nail left the top half the faded color I originally went in with. Told me if I wanted to pay $15 more she would cover it with shellac. Waste of money, place looks run down.

Excellent customer service .I went to have my nails done at the shop on Sunday. They where very beautiful but by Wednesday my nails had cracked and chipped. And its an handled the situation perfectly she redid my nails Im very satisfied they came out excellent. I will definitely be a returning customer am very happy with their service.

This is actually my very 1st time here, as my naiil tech moved to this spot. It seems like everyone at A&A are good at doing hella nails, and pedicures. Its a bit small, and busy.The lash lady is the owner, and she is bomb with arching the brows evenly. NOTHING is out of sync, the overhead music makes my visit much more pleasant, keeping jammin and providing the services, my business is your business for sure.No disappoint if youre looking for a good down to earth nail salon on the Southwest side of Alief.

They do the best eyebrows! Decided to get my feet done and didn’t like the outcome. The lady cut them uneven and really did a poor job all around. It was not relaxing at all like a pedicure should. I’ve watched them do others so I know they can do a good job, guess the lady was just being lazy. Don’t like how they press the tip first when paying with a card either.

They are taking CDC guidelines seriously while still doing a great job on nails.

I must say Ive been coming to A & A Nails off Beechnut since 2004 for My nails and pedicures. The Staff is the BEST.....Love them All!!!Paula been doing my lashes since 2013. Not one time I havent liked them. Paula and Thuy will give you Excellent Service EVERY TIME!!!! Always natural looking, no nasty glue build up and my lashes last up to three weeks. I recommend A&A Nails to Everyone that want their Eye Brows, Nails, Pedicure, Lashes perfect everytime. I dont mind paying for service where the Specialists/Technicians take pride and is very passionate in what they are doing. I have NEVER had a complaint. Not to mention.... Anna is a beast on nails. Candy does the most on your feet and Paula & her niece Thuy does the best lashes plus eyebrows. They have you looking however you tell them you want your stuff to be. So Ive been going for 3 years and Paulas niece T did my lashes and charged me twice. I showed her that she did it but she did not care. The next time I went she said she couldnt do it and to call the manager Paula. Well Paula never answered the phone and start sending me to her voice mail. What pisses me off is she never tried to hear my side. They were wrong for not attempting to resolve the problem when black females are their main customers. Do not go there. They just want your money

Paula is absolutely AWESOME!! She’s been doing my eyelashes for 3 yrs now! I get compliments all the time! I drive an hour to & hour from just so Paula can do my eyelashes...every 2 weeks! And she’s sooo sweet!!!!

My experience initially was great. I enjoy my nail tech customer service and even gifted her $25 not including my total fee of $69. She was pleasant and seemed like she really enjoyed her job. However her products used may not have been that good because within 3 days my nail design was falling apart by the 5th day my nail was lifting. When I finally had time to try and resolve the issue she wasn’t available. So literally 8 days later I paid another $25 for a refill by another tech because she wasn’t in. I was initially upset because when I explained to the nail tech why I was upset he made a comment that upset me “if you want your nails done you have to pay” well I have never not paid for service and always tip. Sometimes be mindful what you say to people because not everyone is in the business of getting free nails let alone not pay. But in this case within a week my nails already destroyed I believe I deserved to be compensated especially when I showed so much gratitude for what I thought would be a wonderful experience based on just my first nail tech great attitude! Might I add just a few days before Christmas! And lots of customers in the Nailshop!

So initially i was having a good experience but once i went to pay the lady who did my nails demanded a tip... i was already going to tip her but she had her hand out expecting me to already give her one before she even gave me a price. That instantly soured my mood. Worst part is when i handed her the money, she snatched it out my hand. This turned a good trip to the nail salon into a negative one... tips arent mandatory.

Nails were $25 which I dont mind, but their work is not the best and then I asked if I could get the coffin shape, the guy said $5 more! I pay $15 somewhere else with the shape I want!!!.. Not sanitary - kept their files, clippers, and the like in plastic baggies. Just poured alcohol over the cuticle nippers before use. Did not clean the bowl before or after pedicure. Polish smudged and did not even offer to fix it. Looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it to be touched up b/c it was her hand that smudged it... both Finger & Toes are filed slanted and uneven... My girlfriends and I go every 2 weeks. I read the reviews and followed them. I am guessing these 5 star ratings on here are actually people who work there. Wishing I had found another salon before putting my friends through this experience. This was the worst for each of us ever and the lack of sanitation I am reporting to TDLR. I would not advise going here.

Do not come here they never have given me what I’ve asked for. I ask for short and they still make them long color is never put on right. They don’t file down right on a full set. Wait time is horrible. I’ve tried giving them chances but no more I’m done I should of stopped coming a long time ago. I will be going to get this fixed tomorrow elsewhere I’m not giving them anymore chances. So disappointed because it was highly recommended.

The service I received on February 1, 2018 was horrible. The man that was serving me had a bad attitude and was acting as if he did not want you complete the work he was doing. I have been going there for about 2 years and I have never had a problem, but I will not be going back.I do not believe in giving people my money and I get bad service.

Ive been going for about 5 yrs but Ive seen this place do down n down n down... theres no disinfecting of the foot tools or fingernail cutting tools. They complain when they dont get big tips. She said the other workers complain about tips also. This one lady actually asks for tips or mentions tips n always does my nails all crooked n different lengths. She always tries to get customers to do stuff to their nails that they dont want to do n has arguments with several customers. She said she dont understand when you ask for a design too. Today was my last visit! I dont recommend this place at all!

Hello all..first time writing a review. I have been coming to A&A nails for about 8 years. I have Thuy to do my lashes and wax me up (Excellent) ..and Thao to do my feet..(feels so good) stressful job, you guys..Well I have seen a lot of things happen in this establishment ..what business doesnt. Well, I have never been over charged or talked to rude. Ill be honest... Im picky and very bossy and they accommodate me..like Im royalty. I do know if you pay with a credit card its takes transactions a cycle to run to post whether it be a credit or debit...some immediately. I never ever would think that they would cheat me in anyway..they have the best customer service Ive seen in years..okay they dont have wine or treats but Im cool with that. Well, you dont have to take my word ...go see for yourself and experience it yourself..everyone has different opinions, likes and dislikes..thats what makes the world a unique place. Hope you have a great experience...!!! God bless you all..Nothing but lifting my fellow women ..GIRL POWER!!!! Shine like a star...run your life like a BOSS!!!

I asked the tech that was doing my pedicure if she could clean the clippers again ( she just sprayed with alcohol) Pedicure came out ok. However nail tech Tam (doing my full set) cut my finger. In stead of letting me walk to the sink to wash my hands, I was made to hold my hands over the emptied pedicure tub while she ran water over my hands. 😐🙁 AWFUL PLACE. UNSANITARY.UNCLEAN PRACTICES. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

If i could i would give a negative rate. The lady who did my nails constantly pulled on my arm when i told her my nail was crooked. Paula does my lashes. I DRIVE 45 minutes every two weeks to get them done. Robyn does my nails she is a killer at curticles.
