I went to this place because the place I usually go to was closed. I wanted a manicure and Shellac initially. I figured powder would be quicker than shellac so instead I asked for powder. Rather the nail tech doing a manicure, she only did powder. So when I went to pay, they asked how was my experience and I explained horrible. I told them I requested a manicure . She says well when you changed to powder she didn’t do the manicure because it is the same price as shellac and manicure. Excuse me? I never said I didn’t want a manicure. If I initially asked for a manicure that’s what I wanted. And she rushed my nails. Will never go back there. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great customer service and my nail tech was so gentle and caring. Im a handicapped person and she really catered to me.

I wasnt completely satisfied with my nails, they kept telling me that it wasnt them it was how my fingers were shaped so i dont think id come here again
