I had custom Save the Dates template bought and ready to go and I contacted them via email multiple times with no response so I called and explained and the woman I spoke with was rude over the phone and then proceeded to be rude over email. I shook it off and printed my own Save the dates for my engagement party to avoid the hassle (wanted to give business to these people because they’re right next to my job! would be easy for me).3 months go by and i’m ready to print wedding invitations and it’s nothing but a rude hassle again when trying to communicate with whoever runs this place. Don’t even bother it’s almost like they don’t want your business. I would recommend DGZ Invitations and More, Debbie rocks!!

We spent a lot of money at H.I.S. The experience was so disappointing on so many levels. The quality of the product was the most disappointing. We began our visit with a specific budget told to the designer we were working with. The layout, design and font was all approved in person and then finalized online but the end result did not look like what we wanted. There were also A LOT of extra charges after we sold on a product. For example we had to purchase the rights to use a frame or a logo we wanted. We felt like we had been conned into thinking we could get a custom look at the budget we set but in the end we paid much more than we expected. The programs were poor quality and the color font they suggested could not be read easily. Also the escort cards were a joke - You had to have a magnifying glass to see the table number - total bust!! When you spend the kind of money we did you have expectations that the quality and finishing touches will be perfect. I would not use them again.
