Joke of a place to shop online and pickup in store. Spent 15 mins in the store while all employees tried to figure out where my order was and why it showed picked in their system but not pulled. Comes to find out no one talks to each other and it ends up being a finger pointing babe. Walked it without my order and then having to cancel it because they sold my products. Get better managers

Lines were long not enough cashiers. One of the attendants that was working with the air blower for the balloons was not so pleasant. But everyone else was very pleasant.

Its ok. Was my go to place for balloons and decorations. Still had discontinued balloons (which i needed) on wall. Didnt buy anything after that. I had based my whole party around that theme.

I really like this store for Halloween season it helped me make my haunted garage. I know its only Halloween for a small amount of time but they have good things to set a scene. But as far as outside of Halloween I also come here to by things for birthday parties cause they have just about anything you need. You can get creative and put stuff together. There just a good party store.

Party city is the same as always a huge section of whatever cartoon boy/girl is sweeping the nation followed closely by whichever current box office vixen we feel men are lusting after for the ladies. They have wedding basics and bunches of balloons equal to the likes of Michaels and Joannes I particularly enjoy the wigs.....

They have a decent selection of seasonal party favors. The merchandise is a bit on the cheap side but it definitely gets the job done. The staff here is really good.

If I could give 10 stars I would. These past days have been very hard on me and my family we lost a family member due to COVID and we decided to get balloons to release them after the service and me and my husband drive a small car and it was over 50 balloons we never would’ve thought they weren’t going to fit so the General Manager OFFERED himself to followed us in his truck! The fact that it came from him the second he seen our car he ran inside got his keys and put them in his truck. And I still can’t believe someone would do that and to top it off the store opened at 10am but the service was at 10am so he wanted to give us the best quality and let us pick them up @9am. This warmed our hearts and we tried giving him money didn’t accept one penny. Just AMAZING customer service. We wanna give a HUGE thank you to him and his kindness .

Went to return some items I bought on Monday! The Mexican Cashier need Customer Service Skills. I had my receipt and my card, I wanted the cash so she needed to see my ID🤔🤔 Wonder why. Look I gave you the receipt! Bad Customer Service.

Saturdays should be all hands on deck. This store is always so slow with everything. This is not where you want to be on the weekends

Visited this Party City the other day to purchase a birthday balloon had barely loaded the balloon into the car when it came off the string and flew away. I went back into the store with my string. No words spoken the employee simply blew up another one and handed it to me. Good customer service like this is rare nowadays.

Steven was so helpful and cool he helped us get what we needed and even gave suggestions! Store was clean and organized! Found everything I was looking for!

Horrible customer service.I bought a nun costume for my wife.I asked the manager (Yovana) on duty if it did not fit, was I gonna be able to return it.She said yes.I went down to the store today 10/18/2020The same manager denied the return, she did not even allowed an exchange.I advise her of what she had told me the day I bought it; she denied it and told me to get out of her store before she called the cops.This is not the way to treat any human being.I asked for corporate number and she denied it.I will be contacting my lawyer and will sue the company and her directly.

I like this store but the fact that they changed their prices at the register makes me wonder if they done this before, my daughters costume was $29.99 but when u got to my car I looked at my receipt they had charged me $34.99; and when I called the girl was like ummm let me get you a supervisor hee didnt even have the audacity to speak to me I will be going up there.

Tons of choices, very organized and employees were helpful and pleasant while helping with my questions.

Ballon service sucks, they dont even ask for your name during pick up, we have to wait in line until they finish balloons while mine is already done, they ask why I didnt say anything.. they suppose to organize your service!

Got everything I needed. Had a long wait to get my balloons filled but its to be expected. Go early if you need them by a certain time. Dont do like me and wait to the last minute. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Very helpful and professional customer service. Do not end up at the Party City in Pasadena. Not worth it. Find my Google review to explain. I love to acknowledge excellent service and on the same token I will definitely hold people and businesses accountable.

Great service at this location. Friendly staff thats willing to go out of their way for you. They have a good system for their costumes. Only negative is they only have one dressing room right now so be prepared to wait to try things on.

Found what I was looking for the manager helped me and was very nice. The store was well stocked and had a lot to offer everyone was very friendly this was a nice place to shop.

The guy behind the counter was a poor representation a Party City.He had the most obnoxious sarcasm ever witnessed.

Always the best costumes at the cheapest price. With so many Halloween stores that open up in the month of October it is hard to pick which one to choose. Every year after searching the web and locally to find the best deal for all 4 of my children I always circle back to Party City. All the licensed products and accessories that my kids want in one place. Party City is not just a store we go to for our holidays it has become a tradition.

The store was stocked well and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to find everything I needed. And the prices are reasonable.

Employees and manager are useless, online it showed they had qty51 of the item I needed and was told online is different when they couldnt find it when I had bought online and picked up in store the same day, the manager was rude at the end because they dont even know where they stock their items. Customer service is going down the drain by the day, they think they are doing me a favor when Im paying for a service.

Expensive place! Not well stocked for party goods. Surprised! Since they sell nothing but party goods. Had to keep changing colors due to not enough plates or cups or silverware for the colors chosen.

Still had quite a bit halloween stuff 2 days before halloween. Employees were nice and helpful and the checkout line went fast.

Slow!! We ordered 20 balloons to be picked up by 10 am and once arrive at 10, on the dot, the young lady working the counter goes oh we havent done them yet and proceeds to slowly make her way around and start the balloons! She stops multiple times to talk with other workers and even check out another customer! By 10:30 she had FINALLY finished! If the order is meant to be picked up AT 10, dont wait UNTIL 10 to start blowing them up and then take 30 minutes!! Just terrible. Not to mention, the balloons started popping in the car on the way home because they were blown up too much! Worst service ever!

I went there to get baloons only. The girl that charged me was new, very sweet young lady. I asked her if there was a separate charge for helium she said no. When we went to the station where they inflate the baloons. There was an older lady there named Darlene. She asked the girl if I had paid the .98 cents per baloon for helium. Of course the girl said no. She then preceded to belittle the girl. Raising her voice at her telling her dont you ever do that!! She said she would get written up for that. She was a very angry lady, the young girl looked like she was going to cry. My heart broke to see this. I just thought of my daughter and how I would hate for her to be treated that way by an employee. All this going on in front of the customers. I took out my cash and waved near Darlenes face so she could stop yelling at the girl. They quickly took me to the register where Darlene was rude to another employee!! Another customer noticed her attitude and made a comment to the employee. I left there and told the young girl not to worry about it. She kept apologizing. I called the store and spoke to Claudia the manager who was nice enough over the phone but seemed in a rush to get me off the line. Not once apologizing but saying how they have so many new employees and its been really busy for everyone. I said that it was no excuse for her to have treated this girl that way. Yes yes I will talk to her and she thanked me for calling.

Horrible organizing and bad customer service. We had to go back and forth from the register to the isles multiple times because the price on the shelf was priced different from what it rang up. After the 3rd time the least they could have done is sent someone to help or price matched the label but they did neither.

Employees were ridiculous rude hung up on me when I asked for a manger. I then went up to the store and they switched the size mask in the costume so I went back 3 different times. Will never do business with them again!
